Excellent, and time-efficient. I called in before I arrived, and the receptionist (I apologize for not having her name!) was very helpful and to-the-point both on the phone and in person. The technician was awesome, and I appreciate the honesty! These guys are here to help, and not over-sell. I’m so glad to have found this spot in my area and will tell all of my friends about it. My tire issue was remedied in less than one hour. Thank you guys so much for being awesome!

I stopped here today on 11/7/24- I live in Central Phoenix, but struggled finding a tire shop that had great customer service and all the amenities that I needed- I was blessed to find this tire shop right next to my Newly located Jujitsu gym 💎 And will make sure to let everyone know about the great service I received! Two gentlemen help me today I didn’t get their names but they were awesome thank you. I was in and out.

I brought two shredded tires here and they basically said they couldn't get them off... sent me tk try and get them off.. smh... why am I at the tire shop trying g to figure out how to get tires off? They suggested i take a grinder wheel to my rim! I had to go to discount tires

I can't say enough good things about Antillon Tires! I initially took my tire to Discount Tire, and they told me it was unfixable and that I would need to purchase a new one, which would have cost me around $200. Not convinced, I decided to get a second opinion and took it to Antillon. They not only removed the nail in the tire but also repatched it without any issues. I was super grateful they saved me from spending so much unnecessarily. Excellent service, honest staff, and great pricing! Highly recommend!

I had a good and honest experience with the shop, like many other reviewers. I brought in my car, ready to replace a tire. Armando inspected the problem and informed me it was only superficial damage. I opted for a tire rotation since I was due soon anyway, and it was done promptly.

I needed an emergency tire change and they were able to take me in almost immediately. Very minimal wait and everybody was super friendly, offering great service!

I think I had an out of body experience. I'm joking, but wait till you read. A certain very large tire place has told me twice in a row that I need 2 new tires and that one of them was badly bald. So I went and got an alignment-then went to Antillon Tires to get replacements. After a pretty short wait, the gentleman that helped me at the counter came back and told me that ALL of my tires were fine and he didn't see anything that needed to be replaced. They aired me up and sent me on my way. They could have sold me tires and I would have been blissfully unaware. This store and the employees are legit. I will absolutely be using them for the rest of my car owning life.

Took my truck in to have the spare put on and get a quote for new tires. They put the spare on the truck and put the other wheel and tire back under the truck where the spare goes but they did not crank it back up where it belongs. The tire was swinging underneath the truck and banging. Then I get new tires and the center cap for my wheel is now gone. This shop had to remove it in order to put the tire under the truck. Of course they don’t know what happened to the center cap. No apologies, no solutions. If you come to this shop just know that they fail at very basic services and don’t care if they cost you money. You won’t even get an apology.

Don't take your car here. They will mess up tires and damage the brakes. They don't want to take responsibility. Didn't offer to take care of it putting people life's in danger. They care more about money then safety I will be calling some one else to inspect this shop out.

They seem to always have tires in stock when other tire shops have to order them. Their prices are extremely competitive! Nice staff. Highly recommend!

Quick! Easy! Fair priced. Not busy. Be sure to ask questions before and after about the tire and any warranties as you would all places I hope. I would Definitely go back if I ever need too. I had a tire go flat before work, so I popped on a donut and drove down Close by .

5 stars, zero questions asked! The prices, customer service and duration of services performed all exceeded expectations. 1st time here and I would 1000% return. Alex (the technician) turned a bad start to my day, into a quick turnaround and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I came to have a nail in one of my tires fixed, Alex and his team fixed this and I also ended up purchasing a new tire that was needing to soon be replaced any how. ALL IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. Just WOW. Great job to this team. You earned a new customer! Best of luck to this small local business!

BEWARE of alignment scam: they waited until my vehicle was on the lift with cameras set on the wheel to advise me that passenger vehicles (cars) like my 2014 Prius don’t have adjustments to make corrections to the wheel alignment; they said only trucks have those adjustments. That would’ve been nice to know before agreeing to pay $83 to park on their lift. Took 4 minutes to set wheel camera on tires, glance at monitor to tell me that; $83 later my car still pulls right. They can NOT correct your wheel pull unless something is broken or loose in the front components. Save the $83 and get a FREE front end inspection instead.

Great service-changed 2 tires very quickly. However I purchased 2 used 265/50/20 tires for my grand cherokee and BOTH tires were bad (non-repairable sidewall damage.) Called store several times and nothing was done nor did they offer any solutions. When your on a fixed income, $120 is a lot of $$ and I can't afford 2 more used tires.

Had a bad day. A blowout on the front passenger-side tire just as I was exiting onto Greenway off of the 51. I pulled into the parking lot near Greulich's (an auto repair shop). I asked if I could borrow a real jack (scissor jacks are bad). They offered the put the spare on for me for $75. I put the spare on myself (the little donut kind). Then I saw Antillon tires and pulled in. The tire tech was nice and found me a used tire to so I could at least finish my day of driving. $72 was worth it, given what Greulich's offer was. I tipped the tire tech $20 because he's a good guy and laughed at my stupid jokes. One suggestion: Put AC in the waiting room. :)

I had the alignment on my Toyota Avalon corrected by Antillon’s staff and my car drives straight as an arrow now. It was pulling left and the steering wheel was off center too. The price was good.

I have used many tire shops in the Scottsdale and Phoenix areas and none have compared to Antillon Tires. Their service is top notch and they always try to give you the best options. I have sent and will continue to send all my family and friends there. As a woman I feel comfortable coming alone and knowing I won’t be ripped off! That is priceless!

I went to this shop to get a tire patched. Parked in front of the garage with my window down, as I always do. They have a sign that says do not enter the work area. Waited 20 mins, not one employee said hi or asked what I needed. Extremely rude and unprofessional

Just had a single tire replaced after getting a flat a few days ago and just having fix-a-flat in it until I was able to get it replaced. First time going to this tire shop and my experience was great. Service was quick, easy, and done right! The person in the office confirmed they had what I needed, gave me a total cost for service, and an accurate estimate of time. Couldn't have had much better service than that!

Just had all 4 tires replaced with new ones. They did a great job, were within the time they quoted me and didn't overcharge for the job. Will definitely be back again!

Was referred to get an wheel alignment here, I came down to ask, even tho staff wasn’t super friendly, the work was done fast and a good price, would recommend, also if you have an issue, come down your car and ask for help, they will answer, thank you 👍🏻
