I found this shop at Broad & Lehigh after I couldn’t schedule with my regular mechanics until the following week. I needed a parking brake repair, I called & Anthony said he could look at it after noon. I came by, they fixed it in about an hour while I waited. Everyone was friendly and professional, parts & labor rates were competitive and reasonable. I asked about them being listed as open 24 hours, Anthony noted that they work later hours, and overnight, if a repair is urgent (at a higher after-hours rate, which is understandable). They also provide towing if needed. They don’t yet take credit cards, but do accept cash and CashApp payments via smartphone. It was a good first impression, good to know about these guys. I recommend.

I was having possible troubles was my transmission. My car wasn't driving like it was supposed to and I couldn't figure out why my car kept overheating, I brought it to ants to figure out why it was over heating all time my car was missing anti freeze pipes was rusted and my temperature Thermostat had gone bad which ants diagnosed was the possible problem of overheating and why my transmission could been acting the way it was . Ants saved me alot of money in the long run and the possibility of blowing my engine and transmission so Thank you for that. I will definitely be coming back for more work he takes pride in his work and let's clients know of possible of things that need to be done sooner rather then later which I appreciate.

My bands bus had some charging alternator issues when we were in Philadelphia. Ant got us in as quick as possible and worked around the clock to get us back on the road to make some shows. Great service, Great people, Great results! Can't ask for more!

The guys at Ants were really professional and fixed and electrical problem my car had. They worked late to get me back on the road and kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs. Highly recommend these guys

Can’t recommend Ant’s shop more. Super friendly, super professional, you can tell he loves what he does and knows what he’s talking about. My car overheated on 76 one night and the dude opened his shop in the middle of his break so I could drop my car off. He kept me updated the whole time, walked me thru what was wrong with the car, and made extra effort to make sure it was running smoothly after the repair. 10/10, will be back (but hopefully not)

This place is excellent!!! We broke down in the city late at night on a Friday. These guys had us back on the road that same night! Our mechanic even greeted us with cold bottles of water. Very nice people and skilled staff! I definitely recommend!!!!!!

Ant’s Auto Repair and Tow was the most professional mechanic shop I’ve ever used. My car broke down in Philly and another mechanic started working on my car, but unfortunately he didn’t know what he was doing and charged me without fixing the problem. I called the business at 10pm Saturday and they saw me first thing Sunday morning, which was amazing because most mechanics don’t work on Sundays. They tried to discount as much as possible which I appreciated. Anthony offered a warranty that if the car continued with any issues after it was fixed, they would look into it for free. That reassured me to use their shop since the previous mechanic didn’t care to finish the job. If I’m ever in Philly again I’ll be sure to use their services.

I called Ant's auto repair he was there in minutes my car needed alternator with other minor issues I was amazed by the time and prices of the repair. Man went I went to 4 different shops and called 2 for a oil change nobody was trying to fit me in all tomorrow or was charging crazy prices I called ants auto repair straight told me to bring it in they will wait for me I called the jawn on Ave black buhl talking bout 100$ for labor and I gotta buy the stuff 😂yea rd y’all want better prices and service come to Ants Auto Repair 💯 get you right they was working on my vehicle within 30mins of the call

This place starts working on your car and runs the numbers up as they go instead of providing you with a proper estimate from a proper diagnostic. Then when he doesn't want to deal with the customer, he gets other family members to handle the situation.

Might be good mechanic but not an honest one. Jacked up the price on parts and labor. Took advantage of stranded females who needed the car fixed. He's good at what he does. Mechanic and lying. Karma watch out ANT!

AVOID!!! Never came!!! Ignored all my phone calls! I waited 2 hours on NYE, finally got a call from the tow driver saying I was next and he was 10 minutes away, then I waited for an hour more and he never came. I spoke to the dispatcher and driver at first, after 3 hours passed I called each of them back 10 times and they both ignored every single call.
