After someone messed up my ignition trying to steal my truck, they towed it to their shop and got it back up and running. They even coordinated some interior repairs while waiting on parts. Really appreciate the great service! Services Electrical, General repairs & modifications, Service not listed

He was on time, reasonably priced, and got me back on the road as quick as he could. I had a blown drive cost me less than LOVES SHOP and quicker.

Made the mistake to stop here and replaced an wheel seal, paid $1400+ ( regular price range $400-$450 qouted by other shops in the area ), they take advantage of people that are brokedown and cannot go to a different repair facility. AVOID this place at all cost.

So much going on at this place that I cannot express my negative experience with them. They don't honor the agreement you have with them over the phone, a total waste of time and lot's of $$$$$$$! DO NOT STOP HERE!!!

The owner behind this Roadservice is very kind and cordial as well as very professional. Understands your urgency and tries his best to resolve your issues with your truck problems. Daniel I believe is the owners name. The service is 10 out of 10 and the price is reasonable. It’s in a great location and open 24/7 unlike Loves down the street or others who close early this place is new and just remodeled you can tell they care about the business and clients.

They charge you an arm and a leg for their poor service, I won't recommend this place to anyone, unless you have money to throw away for parts that cost $150 and they charge $600, I guess they stay in business only to rip off people!!!

Went there to pick up a customers truck that broke down and customer decided to take it elsewhere. Was there 11am, don't meet anyone, I call the number on the banner, the guy who apparently runs the place is on the road call, says that truck doesn't run and needs to be towed (pushed) on my trailer. I ask him should I call the owner so he assigns a tow truck? The guy says don't bother the owner, we'll figure it out. Comes back in 8h, I finally meet him, he acts surprised to see me after I waited him for 8h. We go check out the truck and he says he has no time for this and just leaves. Totally wasted my day, absolutely unreliable person, I wonder how that business still exists if he's in charge of it. I called the owner, he arranged a tow truck who came and loaded it up on my trailer. I came 11am and left 10pm. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

1.Very expensive.,they charge $ 200 per hour of work.2.Very long,they are in no hurry to repair you,but they will present an invoice for all the time that the truck was with them.3 Do not do their job well and refuse to return the money or redo the work. The service is designed for transit drivers who do not know the essence of this company. I do not recommend!read other non-payment recommendations and you will understand what I am talking about

Says 24 hour service but that’s a lie. Not sure what hours they work but they don’t answer the phone. Definitely not 24 hour service. Recommend trying somewhere else.

Not many service shops work on a Mercedes Sprinter but Brett did not hesitate to replace an alternator in my van. Highly recommendable! Update.... After 2 months of having the van fixed by Brett the alternator light began to come on and decided to have it rechecked. One the screw was not all the way into the alternator and was arcing against other wires which caused the insulation of those wires to melt. The van could have caught on fire, even though I still recommend this place but once you get back to your regular mechanic please have them double check the work.

Had an air leak, drove there, changed one valve and charged me 725$. Still had air leak, mechanic in Tx said the volve is after market has to be changed

Hello mother truckers. I need you guys heads up on these peoples before you guys use them for the repair get in written anynegotiated price because these guys gonna charge you soo much over price and when you take your truck on there Shop, make sure they don’t let them charge you road service because they normally do that. I am sharing my experience and very very rude people can we careful with them.

Im not a person to review companies unless they i see what they are doing is unethical. If your an owner operator make sure you have everything in writing even better record the conversation secretly. Fleets if you don't care about throwing money then that's your place to go. Owner operators beware, just saying, police had to get involved to resolve our matter, record every min they work on your truck or whatever, best believe it adds up if you don't pay attention to details. I won't be getting into details, but be careful. Bret is the one you need to watch out for, other guy tech was cool. Good luck guys .

El peor lugar que e visitado más de 5 horas esperando, y muy poco profesional con los clientes.No tienen ni una oficina donde puedas esperar que te arreglen tu camión, tienes que quedarte dentro del camión pasando tremendo calor o irte al patio como.un bagabundo, si estás buscando donde arreglar tu camión este no es lugar busca otra opción, aquí son unos vendidos cobrando horas de trabajo que que no trabaja,así pueden ver las fotos lo que cobraron y lo que estaban era arreglando su taller eso debería ser penalizado, que te cobren horas que no fueron utilizadas en el camión

Frankie did a good job on my truck. This was not an easy fix! Replaced both injector harnesses and the #1 injector on my C15 Cat. Truck is running great again. Thanks guys!

These guys were awesome. Work trucks Def system went out 5 hours from home, they got it in right away and got to work. Got me all fixed up and back on the road the next day. Highly recommend if you're having diesel trouble. Im in a duramax 3500 so they do pickups not just big rigs
