They were absolutely amazing and totally saved me! I called on a Sunday as they were getting ready to close, but they still came to help me out anyway and got me fixed up and back on the road in less than 45 minutes. The cost for the new tire and emergency roadside service was very affordable as well, and I'm just extremely grateful for their help and that they made a very stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. I highly recommend going with them if you ever find yourself in a similar situation! Thank you so much A&O, I truly appreciate your help!

I definitely felt unhappy with how much they charged me for the little work they did. I felt ripped off and won't be back. Go to ACE tire on 82nd. These guys have the best prices I've found.

$70 for a replacement tire. Showed up with my old tire was out of there in 15 mins. 30 day guarantee was mentioned. All on a Sunday after 5PM. Thanks guys! I will be making this my regular spot and recommending it. Seems like a fast paced, family business.

The worse & I mean THE WORSE experience of my life to not only get ripped off but to be put in DANGER is sickening. so I was told that I was receiving 80% tred for $150 for 2 tires which was not true at all also during the process I asked if he takes card or cash he said card or cash then proceeded later to say only cash I’m assuming because he ripped me off he pocketed the extra money & once I found out that the tires were not anywhere near 80% tred my dad decided to take me back to see if we can fix this issue, when we pulled up the owner assured we could fix this then the guy that gave me the tires (I’m assuming his son or younger family member also the one who put the tires on) asked if we want to do get the old tires back we said yes I don’t believe he was expecting that answer because he immediately after said he can’t do that and nothing else for that matter ,my dad said okay that’s fine you do bad business then the younger guy charged my dad (handicap by the way) got in his face yelling and telling him to say it again he’s been around a long time so he couldn’t do bad buisness, I stepped in and he did the same to me fast forward to a week and a half later I go to get an alignment because my car is pulling extremely hard to the right now but 2 alignment places turned me down to get my alignment until I changed my tires because the tires were so warped not only were they in bad condition they were mismatched tires & now I have gone to Firestone to purchase tires again in less then 3 weeks but I have purchased 2 BRAND NEW tires for the price of $139 I suggest staying clear from this place it’s disgusting they will burn you!!! Rude and for your safety don’t question this company unprofessional at its finest this man charged me and acted as if he was going to put his hands on me disgusting behavior STAY AWAY if you are a woman or know nothing about tires because you are better off buying new tires or going somewhere else these guys are a RIP OFF they shouldn’t be in business

Lack service and bad communication. Don’t go there unless you had agreement with the price on the phone they will try to get you to the shop and make you pay for the insane prices.

Amazing service and prices. I've been there twice without appointment and both times they were able to figure out the issue and replace my tire in less than 10 min. Always respectful and personable. This is my go-to place for any tire needs!

Highly DISAPPOINTED in this company. I was referred by my mechanic that it was a trust worthy business with good people and prices, so I stepped away from my regular shop to try A&O. I called them to get a quote on getting a spare tire put on a rim I had, I had a flat I couldn't fix due to our winter storm this year. (We were still in the midst of the storm) over the phone, I got quoted 25$. I was super thrilled and headed straight in. When we arrived he charged me 75$!!! Staying it was for labor.... Mind you. He didn't install the tire. They literally put a spare tire on a rim and put in the back of the car I got a ride with. Since I didn't have an option I had to pay them. Absolutely disgusting practice. Knowing I was in desperate need, and charging me TRIPLE ..I WILL NEVER GO BACK. photo is showing I couldn't even get to him due to the storm

I really appreciate everybody in the shop. I got a good tire under hundred dollars. The problem is I had two tires but it was still under a hundred dollars. One tire could be fixed the other one could not. But I think in terms of the best price. This was definitely the place to go so I would definitely recommend them.

Sold me a used tire and rim for 100 bucks that I desperately needed. Rim didn’t work and the tire had a bubble in it. They put a tire back on my car with no refund of any of the hundred. Used tires cost like 50 bucks but whatever. They were the only ones open to help and they did help so I gave them 4.

The team at A&O were amazing. They saw us immediately, assessed the problem, and changed out our tire for a super reasonable price. The whole thing probably took 10 minutes. Plus when they found out we were going to yard sales they recommended one close by. Great experience.

These guys literally saved me so much money and stress!! Away from home and on a Sunday when most shops are closed of course I’d get a flat tire 🙄 thank goodness they were not only open but so accommodating and extremely kind. 10/10 definitely recommend thank you guys so much!!!

Fast, friendly service & well priced. Stumbled upon this place as it was open on a Sunday and I am so glad I did. Never, I REPEAT NEVER, go to this tire shop to get your tires replaced! They say quality in the name of the shop, but there’s nothing quality about them! I went to get my tire replaced by them yesterday because it was a Sunday and majority of tire shops were closed and they were the only ones open. They seem fairly nice at first and willing to help. They overcharged me for a used tire, $75, for starters. When they replaced my tire, there was a slash and a bulge in the tire. I went back after I called them, and they agreed to replacing it. I took it home the second time, and the tire was smaller than all three of my others. It was a tire intended for a smaller car not a Dodge grand Caravan. At this point, I was very upset and I called them to let them know of this issue, and they yelled at me very unprofessionally and wouldn’t let me get a word in. They said they don’t do refunds and there’s nothing they can do. Come to find out later on they just didn’t have the size tire that I needed and instead of allowing me to have an option to either order it with them or go to another place they disregarded the whole thing and didn’t tell me at all. The next day (today) less than 24 hours later that same tire blew on the freeway and the reasoning was because the tire valve was defective, which they should have caught when putting my tire on. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING CONNED AND SCAMMED. PLEASE READ ALL 1STAR REVIEWS!!! ITS THE TRUTH!
