My experience here was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. From the top down, the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. In an age where most business just see you as a number, it was refreshing and humbling to be treated as a valuable customer. John went above and beyond to solve my problem and more than earned my business. Aplus will be the only place I'll be taking my business for mechanical needs.

I have say in this day and age it’s hard to find such authentic businesses. John and his went out of way to help me get my car moving form the oil change place next door. He sent his team member to help me diagnose a problem that we all couldn’t figure out. Long store short, his team member helped and got me back on road. I just want to give a shot out John and his team. In case you don’t remember me. I had the Acura that would not start. Really thankful of you and your team. Truly exceptional!!

A+Plus Auto Service provided me immediate service and are the standard of excellent customer service in my opinion. The staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful as I was pushed for time and needed my vehicle as soon as humanly possible. They exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them. I've had no trouble with my vehicle since and will be using them for all my automotive maintenance and service needs from now on.

DO NOT GIVE JOHN CASH! You will need your credit card company to dispute the charges to get your money back! File your complaints with the Texas Attorney General, they have an active file with this business! Keeping this as brief as possible, my vehicle spent 5 months here with a resulting bill of over $8,000. After fighting to get my vehicle back, I took it to an ASE cert. mechanic and they verified that $5,538 worth of repairs I was charged for were either done poorly or not at all. BBB has posted the complaint and the Texas attorney general now has a file to build their case. Being charged for repairs that are not done or recommending needless repairs is illegal, as is my issue. Do the BBB search before dealing with this company and when you find these issues, contact the Texas attorney general. They have the power to press charges. The photos show improper installation/repairs, repairs that were not completed, or parts damaged during installation.

I cannot overstate the professionalism and courtesy that John and everyone working for him has shown me over the past several weeks. I came in for a small problem that turned into a much bigger issue involving recalls and an engine replacement. They were not able to replace the engine themselves but they did all the leg-work in communicating with the dealership and helped me get it resolved. I have been recommending this repair shop to everyone who will listen. In my time of need, they went above and beyond expectations.

These guys have had my car since September, the shop never knows what going on with my car and i have to call the owner for the same excuses as to why my car hasn’t been done, week after week it’s a different excuse or the owner is “sick” or dealing with “allergies”. I’ve been told for 3 months they need just a week or two more. They’ve charged me $5000 and I still don’t have my car back, update get my car back after 7 months, and the photos speak for themselves, not only was my car not taken care of, my radio was also stolen

Reporting this place to BBB and suing them. Truck was never fixed and charged over $900. John is full of excuses and business will not be around long.

This place is a joke. I'm not saying they can't install parts but definitely can't diagnose something without throwing a bunch of parts at the vehicle.

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this business. After multiple attempts of fixing my car, I was still left with unresolved issues and many misdiagnosed repairs (as verified by another certified mechanic) and several bills including with a different mechanic who finally got it right. The worst instance with this company being my car was brought to my home with under 10 miles of gas left and when I went to fill it up, the car completely shut down. I contacted the owner immediately and was told twice (in writing) he would give me a full refund to only later say he put more money into the car than the refund and he had quickly said he would refund me out of frustration in the moment but did not hold true to that. It’s been months and the lack of communication when I have emailed, called and texted has been baffling for a business. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to others.

Came here to get the air conditioner checked and wasn’t sure how much it was going to cost but we ran into the owner which is a awesome man he checked it gave us the cost and we was like can’t afford it trying to get to Illinois and don’t have the funds for but thank God he was willing to work with us but it needed more work so we just going to do our best to get back and then the front desk person not sure of her name but awesome sprit they really look out for u still good people n the world

Paid $150 for them to tell me my light didnt work, which is the reason I took it in. Original time estimate given was 2 hours. After 3 hours passed I called to get an update on my vehicle. At this point they said the entire part needed to be replaced and they would contact me with options for the part. After more time passed I called back and informed them I would go ahead and replace the part myself. The gentlemen on the phone said his mechanic had to "go down the street to pay his insurance" but when he got back he would put my truck back together and come get me. More time passed, which was now really irritating because it caused me to miss appointments, so i call for a third time to see whats going on with my vehicle. During this call they told me that someone had left with my truck about 5 minutes ago and will be here shortly to get me. I asked if she had a phone number or a way that either they, or I could reach her, but they just said she would be here shortly. another 20 minutes or so pass and FINALLY my truck arrives, when i live about 2 minutes from the shop, and this individual tells me she did not have a phone and she had printed directions on paperwork off the computer to find her way to my apartment. she claimed she nearly hit debri that fell from a truck in front, so she had to take a wrong turn and take my truck down the highway a bit..??? On top of all of this after looking over my truck they failed to properly re-install 2 pins, and then tried to tell me they were doing me a favor by fixing them after I pointed it out. Even worse, as I was replacing the part myself I found that they broke a screw head for my front grill and just left the broken screw inside. Absolute worst service I have ever received from a mechanic shop and would never EVER go back.

I had a major repair done by them recently which they replaced my turbo that went out on my 16 Chevy trax.My car was in driving in reduced power mode with the check light on.I was having a hard time driving it.I told John the owner who was on site when I showed up that I was living and working out of my car and he was really understanding to me and put me priority over the other cars they had in the shop.I got my car repaired first thing next business day as it was late Saturday when I arrived.He had the part delivered same day. He also gave me the best deal for this repair compared to all the other quotes which really helped me as I was low on funds.He and his mechanics,Matt specifically are on point.Extremely professional and are the most knowledgeable people I have ever met about cars.They installed my new turbo in my car successfully and did a clean job and also fixed a coolant leak from a hose that was leaking coolant that they found which i knew about already.What I like about them the most is that they are honest and they have this kind of confidence in them mixed with knowledge/experience that you can feel assured that they know what they are doing.I would highly recommend them and will be coming back for all my future repairs.The office manager Jackie is also way cool and it’s just really hard to find a mechanic like this place.Im really grateful to have found them!Thank you guys so much!🙏🏼❤️

They are fast, efficient, incredibly helpful, cost effective. I could not recommend enough after haven taken my car there a couple of time for different fixes. They explain everything, give you preventive maintenance tips. It really is top notch service and work
