Amazing team I broke down on my way from GA to PA . In a lifted Jeep wrangler . They took me right in found the issues immediately and got it corrected and got me back on the road ASAP . I highly recommend they are amazing / friendly and super knowledgeable about all things 4x4 especially jeeps .

I went in expecting it to be another shop that oh look at what we can do look at me. To my relief, they’re real down to earth people very understanding and they care about what you got to . Their environment feels like home to me, and I think it’s worth the check it out at the very least.

These guys were fantastic! I was having problems with my jeep after spending a whole lot of money on a new rear end, and brake lines and they threw me up on the lift and took a look for me super quick. These guys are great and sooo nice. And I will definitely be back to have them replace my tailshaft bushing and axle bearings. I’ve found the perfect place for my super old jeep Cherokee!

First I would like to say good job! We had a flat out suspension installed at line x of London Ky . They had the ride height all messed up. Brought the Bronco Sport Badlands to this shop and adjusted ride height great very happy! We should have came here at first everyone was very nice! We might even move to the Bristol TN area Thank you very much Ron and Philomena Molnar

My Jeep Wrangler TJ got the dreaded death wobble, so I took it in to Appalachian 4x4 to diagnose. They spent about 20 minutes going over every part of the front end with me to find out what was causing it. We decided to put a 4" Suspension lift on it since that would replace all of the worn out parts. They did an awesome job. My Jeep drives and rides so much better now!

They were the only shop capable and willing to get our c-clip eliminator pressed off and on to replace the bearing. Got us back on the road and ready to race at bristol for Hot Rod Drag Week 2023. Thanks.

So far experience with these men has been wonderful. We have an older Jeep that needs a lot of underbody work. They've been hunting for the parts, showing us things that need to be fixed, and have been very diligent about communicating with us. We do wait for the final outcome. But we sense we found a decent shop to rely on. I'll try to update this once we've gotten the Jeep back.

I've talked with the owners and they both done everything they could to help me figure out what I could do with my truck and what kind of price range. Id recommend them to anyone needing work done. Brad talked to me on the phone for almost 2 hours just trying to figure out everything when he could've said he was busy and to just bring it by but he didn't he has went above and beyond. If you are looking for an experienced 4X4 shop in the Tri-cities, this is it. I will not let another place in town work on my FJ. Extremely knowledgeable and great guys. They have helped with simple fixes such as axel seals to dropping my transmission for clutch and flywheel work. If you have a 4x4 and have been burned at a previous shop, this is the place for you. Go see Dustin and Brad, you won't be disappointed.

If you need any automotive work done, Brad and Dustin are THE go-to guys! Extremely professional work, great customer service, and impeccable attention to detail. I searched a good long while for my perfect truck, and once I found it they’ve been happy to answer any questions I have and help me to build exactly what I’m looking for, including exhaust customization work that many spots claiming to be “exhaust shops” wouldn’t touch. I’m new to Tennessee, and Appalachian 4X4 will be where I go for absolutely all of my automotive work, no questions asked. You need custom work done? These guys know their stuff! I have had a steering/wobble issue for months and after replacing the track bar, drag link, tie rod, shocks and ball joints .....these guys figured out what my issue was in a matter of 10 mins then spent some time working on my sway bar links to fix it for me. Very honest boys working here and really passionate about what they do! I would send anyone here to get service done!! Fantastic....this place will for sure be my Primary care physician for my Jeep!
