I went to Lexus of Towson, one of the worst mistakes in my life, they charged me for work that they didn't do, specifically they charged me for fixing a rough idle, Bank 1 cylinder 1, cylinder 3, cylinder 5, and cylinder 7 they never fixed it, come to find out, it was as simple as a cut wire, they upcharged me so much..... over $3,000 cash money, in closing, Apple is totally expensive, I would say go there before you go to the Dealer they will beat the dealer hands down!

Always happy with Apple Auto’s work. Great at communication and have even let me know when something was under an extended warranty with the dealership which saved me a lot of money. Edited 11/14/23: still extremely happy with Apple Auto. My exhaust was in bad shape after hitting a nasty pothole and they got my car back on the road quickly and did what they could to find economical options. Edited 12/19/24: yet again, Apple Auto has gotten my car back to me quicker than expected and for a great price. Didn’t need it this time, but love that they have an option to pay online and be able to pick up my car after hours in case I can’t get there in time. Great folks continuing to do great work.

I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in to have the air conditioning serviced after an initial diagnostic showed that the refrigerant leaked out. I dropped it off Monday morning as requested They told me I would hear back by 2:00 or 3:00 I didn't hear anything so I called around 4:00 or 4:30 they said my vehicle was being worked on and I would hear from someone soon. I didn't hear from someone so I called about 6:20 got an answering machine walked up there lights out and doors are locked no one's there no idea what the status is. They ended up recommending a new AC compressor, but after the nearly $500 to determine the problem I just can't afford to do it.

This has been the best auto shop I've ever been to. I have never really trusted mechanics, but David and crew have changed my mind on that. I came originally for an oil change, and David was a pleasure to work with. He explained things to me and I felt he really looked out for me, as cars are not and will never be my thing. Following, about a week later, I had an unfortunate breakdown and the first person I called that I knew I could trust with my car (and money) was David. He was so willing to help me and troubleshoot problems. I towed it to the location and they took really good care of me. He was very positive, amidst my freak out, and I appreciated every step him and the team took. This is now my forever auto shop, no other mechanics has ever made me feel as comfortable and trusting as they have. Next time you go ask for David.

Anything you need done to your car these guys can do! They are kind, knowledgeable, and even funny to boot. David took care of my and my husband's cars and not only him but everyone we spoke to were just so pleasant to deal with. We are now life long customers!

Horrible customer service! Guy at the front doesn't even greet you when you walk in. He looked right at me then put his head down as if I didn't just walk in for service.

I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of work my car received from Apple Auto. I took my car there for some warranty work that needed to get done. They had the option of rebuilding the part going to a junkyard to get a refurbished part or getting one new. When Ford sent the wrong part, they found out the part was back ordered until September. They drove several hours to pick up the right one. I am so impressed with that level of service and how they went above and beyond both with the part retreaval and dealing with warranty representative. With understanding that they were super busy with other customers, it would be nice to have some sort of message boards or status message so I didn't t have to call for updates. That being said, the level of service received was exceptional!!!!! And has made me a customer for life. I will definitely return for more work as needed. Thank you, Apple Auto.

I've been coming here since 2017. I'll continue to come here as long as I drive a car. This is a super honest and talented team. It's extremely difficult to find a talented, patient, AND honest auto repair service. Apple Auto is one of the best businesses in Baltimore in any category. There's a reason why Dan and David are heavily praised throughout all of the reviews here. They are the soul of the place and do a fantastic job communicating and facilitating needs. In my experience Apple Auto's mechanics are fantastic and do not cut corners. Those guys are the backbone of this place. My car is a Toyota SUV that is over 20 years old. I do my best to stay ahead of things and take care of the mechanics of my car. I love my car. Apple Auto does quality work without ever blindly telling me to do something that is unnecessary. They take time to talk to me concerning repairs that are appropriate at that time and how to be patient and save money when something is not necessary. Lastly, great small businesses start at the top, BJ who owns Apple Auto is a pleasure to do business with. He is highly accessible if he's needed and he treats customers with respect. I'm glad he's a member of this community and I can't recommend this place enough.

My wife choose Apple Auto to replace the alternator on a 2003 Honda Accord. On line an alternator can be purchased for less than $100. Apple charged $309.62 for a remanufacturer alternator. I went to YouTube and watch a removal and replacement of the alternator on a Honda Accord like mine. In real time the alternator was removed in eight (8!) minutes and replaced in a similar amount of time. Apple charged $221.86 for labor. Apple did allow me a $50 coupon deduction. My advice: Decide for yourself before you go to Apple if you think their charges are fair. There are two othe compentent car service places in that area of Harford Road. John Dorsey

OMG! I wanted so badly to have this be my new auto shop as it is literally right next to my home I can literally walk there. However, I was completely turned off when I need a part replaced and I had my own part and I was told I had to pay extra. Smh...good thing is I found another great shop.

Seems like an ok shop, but they have overpriced parts and give the response "thier insurance doesn't cover parts that aren't provided by them", this is a way to get customers to pay the extra costs as the parts that are provided come from the same provider. What's the difference between me bringing it in than the provider having thier delivery guy drop it off. Shop around and see that the parts cost way less than their pricing for the same part. Also, their customer service could be a lot better. Hope this helps.

David is awesome! He made sure I had a ride home and a ride to come back to the shop! He also hooked me up with new windshield wipers for free! Oil change was cheap too! Now I have my husband trying to make his next appointment with them. You can’t beat the amazing customer service, affordable price and great work done at Apple Auto! Ask for David when you call; he will make sure you get all the perks and he’s super friendly too!!

Ok so wow!! I like everyone else did my research about finding a repair facility, I just moved to Baltimore and I was worried about getting work done on my vehicle that I have always taken to the dealer. I saw alot of great reviews about David, I called he answered and was such a pleasure to talk to on the phone, answered all of my questions, did not try to rush me at all. Felt like he genuinely cared about my vehicle. I knew I had the right place. Brought my vehicle in and dropped it off. David called me and told me that the concern that I had was not a big deal at all, the last place that looked at my vehicle told me I needed a head gasket to the tune of $4000. David told me it was merely a thermostat and $380 he would have me fixed! If your even thinking about going somewhere else?? I promise that is a mistake. Apple Auto is amazing!!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about them and their great customer service, especially David! David was able to explain what was going on with my car and kept me informed everyday! David and the owner worked together to do as much as they could for my car and David offered alternative ways to get my car repaired to decrease cost. I appreciate them for going above and beyond to find a solution to my car troubles! I will definitely be back. Just fyi, they also do routine oil changes!

Came in with my daughter's 2012 Lexus RX350. Brakes were shot plus needed an oil change. Said it was urgent as she was in the hospital and we needed to turn it around fast and 1 day if possible. Dan was super understanding and helpful and YEP they got it done in 1 day. Folks these guys are great!!!! Thanks Dan & team at Apple Auto!!!

This is my 2nd visit to Apple auto. Each time I've been impressed. I recently went in to get a bunch of things done that I'd been putting off for awhile and David was amazing. He took the time to explain the work, help guide me on what needed to be done now vs what could wait. My car hasn't driven this quiet or smooth in a long while. This is my spot. Had a bunch of minor stuff to get fixed after a Carvana purchase. BJ and Dan always take care of me. Hybrid oil change is cheaper than anywhere else. The new guy, Jim James, helped expedite my biggest repair yet, a steering coupler replacement. I was back on the road in a day! Free coffee. Nice people. Fast, reliable service from mechanics I can TRUST. That's important!

Iam out of state and sent my daughter to them for electrical problems on her vehicle. They did great on diagnosing the problem and repairing it. Very reliable and dependable. My family and I get what we pay for, and we’re always satisfied. They even stay open late if you need to pick up your car after they’re done working on it. David was very pleasant to work with this particular time.

I received my truck back from service with dents on the hood near the lip/bottom. It looks as if something vertical was placed on my truck and it left indentations. 5 places across the hood that I have to pull dents out and one of them is on the curve of the hood. I wouldn't recommend overnight services but maybe for service you can wait on
