🙂I went to the Arandas Auto Repair Shop (North Tryon location) to have 4 struts, wheel bearings, & CV axle, installed on my Toyota Camry, and an A/C blower motor installed on my Toyota Highlander. The service and pricing were great. Additionally, the staff and technicians were friendly and professional. Mr. Juan and Mr. Pedro informed me of the cost and time frame needed for the repairs. True to their word, the repairs were done within the time they said, and the price was exactly what they quoted me. The technicians diagnosed problem areas like the CV axle and went above and beyond by checking fluid levels and topping off my transmission fluid. Also, as a veteran, they gave me a military discount. Overall, it was a good quality service. My vehicles are running great, and I recommend the North Tryon shop to my family and friends.

This place was awesome they fixed my ac last min because my original person had a family death but the owner and clerk was sooo understanding and amazing I would recommend them to anyone please goooooo!!!!! See this place and reasonable prices also

Definitivamente el estigma de que te componen una cosa y te desarreglan la otra se me quitó. Hace días hemos estado en este taller para arreglar un problema con el aire acondicionado, fueron varias ocasiones pero definitivamente lo arreglaron. El carro también tuvo un nuevo sonido saliendo de ahí y automáticamente asumí que fue por algo acerca de la compostura (error) Hicieron y deshicieron para encontrar el desperfecto, al final no fue nada referente a lo que compusieron. El mecánico muy amablemente me explico los posibles problemas y oh sorpresa... El motor de arranque (la marcha) si fue recién cambiada! No siempre la primer impresión es la correcta y es válido, pero cuando uno ve el esfuerzo que ponen por tan solo encontrar el desperfecto se da uno cuenta que estás en el lugar correcto. Gracias es bueno saber que los buenos mecánicos y los buenos talleres aún existen!

Don’t waste your time coming here. They will tell you to wait around then say they can’t do the work. It’s happened to me twice simply over an inspection. I have legal tint and everything is up to par with all my vehicles.

Juan is very caring and even had one of his guys come jump me off for free .I live down the road. He also give me a good deal on my oil change for my Mercedes.

We have taken all our family vehicles here for years, with consistent quality service. They always are friendly and caring. Today I had a concern that the transmission might be slipping and Pedro helped me test drive and reassure me. I always appreciate their service.

There is pre inspection cost of 90 dollars if you are not sure on car issue. There are other Auto centers do it for free inspections or 10-20 dollars . Look for other Auto shops if you want to save money .

Es un buen lugar para reparar el vehículo donde su carro anda porque anda y lo bueno que le facilitan todo el trabajo, con llantas, alineación, balanceo, inspección y mucho más

Already went to auto zone n had a diagnosis on my truck, they wanted to check the cylinder bc of misfires. Informed them I had my own parts they quoted me 191 for labor. Only would give pricing in person

For a minor issue of car tire losing air pressure after few days, which I thought was because of loose tire stem valve, mechanic came out with a justification with a need to fix electronic pressure gauge and not the real issue. Don't they realise people carry tire pressure gauge in their pockets? Got my issue fixed from somewhere else.

First and last time I will come to this place . Worst service ever . Make sure when you guys take your car to this place that they only do the services that you requested because they will come out with so much more just to charge you extra and the worst part is that they charge double the prices .

I called after being recommended by a friend Pedro was very pleasant easy to work with. Identify the problem immediately . Advised I was going to have my car. Towed my car on a Monday by Monday afternoon. My car was ready. I picked it up on Tuesday and my brakes are fine. They did a great job. I am now going to have my next car towed to be repaired. Highly recommended

Mal taller ladrones y ni arreglan bien tardaron un día y medio Aver que tenia mi carro y solo eran mentiras de paso con los precios elevados querían casi 500 dólares por algo que en otro taller más rápido y mejor calidad pague 200 y de paso me hicieron una alineación mala que dañaron algo más

My son borrowed my car to travel from VA to Charlotte. On the way home he broke down and I had my car towed to the nearest shop which happened to be this one. Such a blessing to have an honest shop right there. Pedro was very honest and helpful. He did a diag on my vehicle and stored it while I waited almost a week for a tow back home. He didn’t charge me a penny. He even had compassion about my motor being blown. His crew even helped push my car onto the hauler because it wouldn’t start. That weekend, and the month of that week, had been a hard one and this shop was definitely an answer to my prayer after hearing my son broke down 5 hours away. Thank you Pedro and crew!!!

Basuras me hizo esperar 40 minutos y nadie nos atendió primera vez y la última que pongo pies en esa basura de lugar gente que miran estos comentarios no vayan a este lugar no vayan no son personas amables son puros animales falta de profesionalismo no vayan yo primera vez que voy y fue fatal fui por emergencia que un amigo me recomendó y lleve una mala experiencia

They are observing and informational. Only downside of Arandas Auto Service is they did leave a mess. Other than that, the guys done a great job. Will recommend, and will be coming back to get the rest of my issues fixed by Arandas Auto Service.
