I’ve been coming to Arandas for over 20yrs. I ended up at the Ashland location instead of the usual Grand location. Was time for tires on my Tahoe and Arandas is STILL THE Best place for tires and More! Good prices compared to box retailers. Quick service! Place is clean and inviting. GIANT selection of Rims. Ask for the owner Jimmy and you will not be disappointed. Happy and Safe new year to all and Thanks Arandas/Jimmy. :)

Blew out a tire on LSD and learned that my rims were bent on top of losing a tire. Costco referred me here and they fixed my rim and gave me a new tire for a VERY good price - took all of 30 minutes including balancing and filling my other 3 tires. These guys are great!

Thank you for the awesome customer service! From the front desk rep to the mechanic, all around excellent service. Very informative and they were up front about their prices and whether or not the work was necessary. I will definitely go back if I have issues in the future.

If you need tires or wheels, you need to come to this place. Jimmy the owner. And all the employees here are fantastic. The only place to go in Chicago is here. Aranda's tires and rims. I give this place 6 stars out of 5. The service, the communication 6 out of 5 stars. Especially on Mercedes Benz BMW Audi etc, Cadillac Honda. Any vehicle a call? The owner will make the car look phenomenal beautiful exotic.

I absolutely love it here. I will NEVER go anywhere again . Princess who runs the counter (and I believe is the manager) is so nice . As a woman I always feel intimidated going into car shops but I can walk here confidently knowing that she's behind the counter ready to greet me. The technicians have always taken such great care of my car and have never given anything but top tier work. A customer for life.

Came in first thing Thursday morning. Needed a patch and was out of there in 30min easy! $40 for the patch.

Had a small screw in my tire that needed to be plugged. Walked in here and the lady upfront, who said she is the manager told me $30. Walked out but then decided to do it so I walked back in and ask her to fix it. Long story short she told the technician to do a patch and charged me $40. Why didn't you ask me if you weren't sure? I asked, she kept telling lies about what I did not ask her to do. A new tire, 195/65/15 at walmart cost $52, I even told her this before the work began, why will I pay $40 for a patch when I clearly asked you for a plug for $30. This lady upfront is not even qualified to pick a phone call for a business since she has no clue what she is doing let alone be a manager. Aranda Tire, Chicago, IL owes me $10 that I was overcharged. The lady upfront refused to charge me correctly as I requested for a $30 tire fix. These guys are shady and dishonest!!!

I just got my 3rd set of tires for my truck. The grand ave shop needed to do the alignment and found some issues with the suspension. they got it all done and fixed in a day at a great price. the truck has 300k on it and drives like new! thank you!

Arandas TP is hands down the best tire shop in the Chicagoland area. I have after market black rhino wheels and multiple dealers have been unable to help me. Jose has been amazing providing multiple options for my tires and wheels. There’s really no other place I would go. Could give 10 stars if I could, amazing establishment!

Friendly and accommodating, they fit me in on short notice for a wheel alignment. But They were not able to adjust my right camber within the specs of my vehicle. The rest of the specs were done. I would have preferred a discount since i still need to fix the camber on my vehicle somewhere else.

I went in to get black rims for my RAV 4. Never having done this, I was intimidated by the idea of it, especially when I was getting them for a basic SUV. Everyone in the shop was so friendly and kind. They did an amazing job, and I love them!

Had a tire that could not maintain air pressure. Shop diagnosed the issue quickly. Solution was also quick, and not as expensive as I thought it would be. Highly recommended!
