An exceptional, old-school, longstanding auto repair shop run by a mild-mannered father and son duo, both of whom, in turns, did a truly excellent job diagnosing and doing a temp-repair job on my driver side door lock mechanism that wasn’t functioning properly. I’d gone to another shop earlier, who described a lengthy, pricy process of replacing the entire latch mechanism, and who quoted a price for the part TRIPLE what I could find quickly online. I had a hunch that place was full of bull, and super glad I stopped by Arbor Garage. No only did they find a solid temporary fix, but they researched and then loaded me up with info for a single $7 part that will solve the issue for good in the future. I highly recommend this place!

Came to the shop because of the good reviews I have seen. Kevin was really helpful in explaining the problem and giving me a couple of options that he could fix it. And in the end, it helps improve the problem a lot better while saving me a lot. Great and honest people to work with. Definitely recommend.

This is one of the few remaining "old school" mechanics in Omaha. Arbor Garage is regarded as fair & honest & the work is competently done. Being a local small business, you know who worked on your vehicle & there is a person to stand behind it. Importantly, owner Kevin is a kind human being. I'm disabled & the guys at Arbor Garage got my finished vehicle back to my home (rather than waiting for me to scramble to find a ride back to the shop because it was already an unplanned repair). Things like that may seem like small details, but to people like me - it "saves spoons" aka tremendous amounts of energy on tasks that don't outwardly seem like they would. Overall, Arbor Garage is operated by an experienced mechanic who knows what he's doing & will convey & perform that for you fairly. I appreciate the willingness to collaborate & coordinate to help a person like me in addition to doing the repairs on the car. I definitely recommend Arbor Garage.
