First time customer! I was referred to Arbutus Body Shop by another local business owner, and I'm very glad I took his advice. From the moment I walked in Richard and his staff took care of everything. I wasn't using insurance, and they completed the job UNDER the original quote and on time. Highly recommend and this will be my goto body shop if the need arises.

This is the third time I have used their services. The first two times were very good. This time not so much. Between the incredibly rude receptionist who clearly should not be the first person you see when you walk onto any business. Really a bad look for the company She was not only rude to me onthe phone but also in person. Now let's get to my car. Both my niece and I had our vehicles side swiped. Both of us took our vehicles there. Mine was completed a little later than promised. I had to extend my rental. Not too big a deal. The major problem was the aftermarket side mirror. It doesn't match the other, is smaller and vibrates. It can't be adjusted to my comfort. My adjuster has requested a factory one be installed. We'll see how long that takes. Overall, I am very disappointed and should I need another repair, it won't be there. Erie might want to rethink it's approved claims partners

Just picked up my vehicle after being repaired by the guys/girls at Arbutus Auto Body. They did a fantastic job. The color match is perfect, at least to my eyes, everything was done on the time schedule they provided when I dropped it off, and as an added bonus my car was washed and vacuumed, which may have been more difficult than the repair itself😃. Thanks for the excellent service. Dave.

The work done on my car was good The communication n the lady who works the front desk are a whole different story! Her attitude n the way she talks to the customers are unacceptable! I went in today to finally get the work done on the car today n seen her attitude towards another customer on the phone ! Very unprofessional n nasty!!! On the other hand Donnie was amazing !!! I will never go there again!!! Mind you I paid out of pocket did not go thru insurance!!

This shop has now worked on two cars for me. From that i know that this shop has unmatched attention to detail. In the latest repair they found a lot of damage to my car that was not captured by the adjuster. I waited a little bit to get in at this shop but it made an invaluable impact to my insurance case. I ended up not having the second vehicle repaired but both times the service i recieved was unmatched by any local chain. Look no further. Thank you arbutus body shop!

I got a quote from multiple places for a concern. This place was 50% cheaper, took a fraction of the time the other places would have taken, and was just absolutely one of the nicest environments I’ve ever been in. I recently moved to Baltimore, but this place is going to be where I get everything I can done.

Did a great job repairing a door dent from a recent accident. Because they are a preferred partner with State Farm the claims process was really easy. Returned my car cleaner than I dropped it off. Overall, really good experience.

Arbutus Auto Body did such a great job on my Toyota. Looks like the accident never happened! They fixed the passenger side doors and repainted where the damage was. I was happy to have my car back and happy the way it looks! Thank you Arbutus Auto Body! I will use you for sure for my next issue, if ever one arises. The process was smooth.

Butch and the team at Arbutus Auto Body are just fantastic. We had to get some work done before a wedding so out-of-towners could borrow the car. They were competent and quick; later I came back with a minor bumper problem and Butch had me sorted and had on my way that day. The guys are honest here and do great work. I will be returning to Arbutus auto body!

Rich and his team are great to work with! They're professional, fast, and fair. I've used them myself for my personal vehicles, but as an automotive repair shop that doesn't do body work, I've also sent many of my clients who all have amazing things to say. They are great at walking you through options especially on older cars where insurance might not cover everything. If the wait is long, remember it's because they're awesome at what they do and in high demand. It's worth the wait!

We have had to use Arbutus auto body twice this past year. We needed a minor repair done to the wheel well. On Monday, my husband went in to get a quote. They were able to repair it on Wednesday, and by Wednesday afternoon, our van was repaired. Because of their prompt and quick work (as well as an excellent job done), we were able to go to my husband's uncle's funeral on Thursday. If we need a vehicle repaired again, Arbutus Auto body will be our first choice.

It has taken almost 2 months to get my car back. Very poor communication with the customer. God forbid if you are an elderly lady! Never use them again!

This is the ONLY place I will ever go for work to my car! Their prices are extremely fair and the work is excellent!! Richard, (the owner) is very accommodating and really cares about his customers!! Took my vehicle here to get a dent fixed on my driver door. From the first interaction, to the last, staff was friendly, easy communication and great experience. After a week in the shop, my vehicle was finished and was shocked to pick it up all clean. They went above and beyond to clean the interior and exterior, from roof to the wheels. Highly recommend this shop.
