ARC is without a doubt the best place in Rochester, NY to call for services needed. When I was told it would be days from other companies at a ridiculous price. ARC was there to tell me it would be same day! At a much better price than everyone else. I will only use them for now on when we are in NY. Thank you ARC!!!!

Was in Rochester when my RAM 3500 Laramie hit me with the dreaded High Engine Temperature notification. I must have called every Dodge dealership and diesel shop in the area. These guys were the only ones who could get me in that day and took care of me. HATS OFF to ARC Accurate Repair Center.

Awesome awesome awesome place to bring your truck to repair, my truck has been shaking for years and brought it to at least 10 different shops to figure it out the problem, over $15000 spent in repairs and still shaking till I brought it to these guys even with a load to deliver couple hours that evening, unannounced or made an appointment, they figured out the problem, Fixed the problem and was able to make my drop with 1.5 hrs to spare. they run their own trucking so they cost was fair co they understand. My truck doesn’t shake no more. Thanks to the manager ( Brad) and the 2 mechanics that jumped on this repair.

Great Service, fast and professional. My husband was able to repair his truck there, and the same day it was ready to keep working. He is very satisfied with the outcome, their prices are affordable and you can pay through a link that they send you to your phone. We highly recommend this place!!

ARC is truly a customer comes first repair shop. Prices are fair for the Heavy Duty market in this Area. They have not disappointed me at all on getting our trucks back on time or even earlier of what they said would be done. For a new shop they act like they have been in the business for 30 years. I needed an ELD and camera installed in my truck. The woman who answered the phone was immediately friendly and accommodating. They got me in on short notice and got me taken care of. They even went above and beyond to find a wire that I didn’t have. Really nice facility and trucker lounge as well. Very good experience.

Where do I begin… as a foreigner myself I respect these hard working individuals. They are smart, hard working and don’t stop until they fix your issues related to your truck/trailer. I brought in my truck they finished the work by the next day, they went above and beyond. They are professional keep their word and are fair when it comes to pricing. Stay away from the regionals the freightliners, peterbilts, there all scammers, big corp gotta rip you off. This truck repair shop is the only shop where I will be going to ever. I mean it. Hope is wonderful at getting back to you keeping you updated. The owner dimitri had been a trucker himself he knows how this shi go n it’s tough when you can’t spin your wheels cause you ain’t making money. For all truck and trailer needs, come here to ARC Accurate Truck and Trailer repair! The best in the business. Seriously! NYS, DOT inspections, LCX Fan drive repair, Air Valve Repair, 4 brakes and chambers, mid marker light, the extra I’ve noticed they fixed my heat, they tightened up my steering wheel, my door panels.
