I’ve lived in the Alief for over 30+ years and actually just down the street from ARC Auto Repair. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve pass ARC. Always busy. Fast forward, my car was in need of some mechanical work and didn’t know where to get my car repaired at. I looked at the reviews and liked the reviews and like I said they are always busy. Call and went in person to talk to Teddy. I was very impressed with his honesty about cost and what the car needed. My car was fixed in the time frame he indicated. No hidden fees when it came time to pay and told what other work my car needed. Which we knew. Teddy was honest nor did he try to sell me something else my car did not need. Teddy has my earned my respect and future business. I would not hesitate to recommend ARC Automotive to anyone. If I could rate ARC with 10 stars I’d do it. Thank you Teddy for fixing my car!

Teddy is a stand up man. He took the time to explain and educate his customers and broke down the what and why, which is something you don't see alot of these days. I fully trust teddy with my car and my family's car. Don't hesitate to call ARC today

I was having a lot of problems with sounds coming from underneath my car, brake issues, and the car shacking when I drive. Teddy fixed my car and It is like driving a brand new car. All the problems are gone and I am very happy with how the car drives now. My nephew and sister both recommended him to me and I am glad I listened. He did a great job and the price was very reasonable. ARC is my new auto mechanic shop!!!!

ARC is the best. Teddy has become like family to us over time. He is trustworthy and sometimes suggest ways you can save money on the job he is doing for your vehicle. His work is true and good. He is the only mechanic my family goes to bc of his honesty, hard work, and good heart.

The owner is a great mechanic and has great team of mechanics. They do a thorough job of fixing your, hence the reason it takes them a bit longer to get the work done. They are very honest in what they do.

Amazing top quality work. We have been skeptical from being ripped-off on every bad experience we've had from other auto repair businesses in the past. This is the real deal here! So glad we found this place. Initially, we wanted something more local as we live on the other side of town, but we would rather make the long drive to save ourselves in the long run. The reviews do not lie. Great, honest work from the master mechanic, Teddy. He keeps our three family cars running in perfect shape.

A friend has been telling me to go to Teddy for years. I used to take my car somewhere else (for convenience) and am SO glad I made the switch. Everything in all these excellent reviews is true. Honest, fair, quality work for a lower than average price. I just picked up 'my baby', a 2007 Corolla and it's like having a new car! Highly recommend!!!

Honest and excellent mechanic. I’ve tried other under the counter mechanics and had to bring my truck back here to Teddy to have him fix their sub par work. I have a 2002 silverado that he has helped me keep running for the last ten years!

Honest, competent mechanics. A rarity indeed. The prices here are below dealer prices but otherwise competitive. Teddy Chen is knowledgeable, loves cars (both fixing them and repairing them), and he is successful enough to not have to be anything other than honest and straightforward with you. He will try to save you money and he will talk you out of any crazy ideas to spend money. You ultimately save money by having the work done right and only the work you need done. Go once and you will not go anywhere else. Appointment recommended.

My family has been going here for years. Teddy is always nice and honest and will never mislead you. He'll take the time to explain everything to you. I even hear that some people drive down from Dallas just to get their cars serviced with him.

The absolute best mechanic and owner that WILL NOT give you bull. He tells you what's exactly wrong and will do a very thorough job. Most definitely worth the money!!
