What I love about this place is that they offer a full service ranging from $59-$79 and they do the outside and the inside and its unlimited visits. I definitely recommend it. Not many places in Sacramento offer this. And if you get the $60 service income twice a month it’s like $30 a visit and they also clean the inside. What else can you ask for?

An employee in this location, Sam, is not a qualified manager as he claims he is. ARDEN HILLS CAR WASH is the worst car wash in Sacramento, I do NOT recommend anyone come here, worst experience and worst communication I've ever had with a shop. SAM, claiming he was the manager, did not want to help and even kicked us off the property even though I had paid already. DO NOT COME TO THIS CAR WASH. I do not understand how the owners of Arden Hills CAR WASH hire rude and unqualified people like Sam.

I came to this location, i showed the person in charge my voucher from Way with the Diamond Full Service purchased on the app. The person in charge told me to come back the next day since I came too late for the service. I come back the next day a lot earlier with the voucher ready. I was helped by a different man named “SAM”, he was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me. He waved me off and told me to kick rocks. I told him that the man from yesterday told me to come back and he kept saying “i’m not sure what you want me to do about that”. I asked him to check who worked the day before so I can show him who told me to come the next day, he refused to do so and kept waving me off, so rude. This man “SAM” was one of the most arrogant and rude people i’ve ever met and will never come back to this location. Insanely rude, not helpful, a straight up jerk and thought he could take advantage of us because we didn’t speak english very well. SAM IS A TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE.

Roy and the crew did a great job with my oil change and car wash. Everyone was super considerate of my time and incredibly friendly. The price was very reasonable for full synthetic.

Dude bragged about being the store manager, argued with me, accused me of being a rude racist and was a complete ahole. Just lost a customer for life. Unbelievable.

Great Day for a car wash! I pulled over for a quick wash, and Elijah was super helpful explaining all the packages and getting my car lined up. I wanted to do a one time deal just to see how well, my car turned out and boy was I impressed. The outside was spic and span and the inside was extra clean. My tires even look wiped down. I was beyond happy with the results and will be back. Two thumbs up.👍🏼 👍🏼

I highly recommend this car wash. I have a subscription and I can get my car washed as many times as I want on a very reasonable fee. Also, you can get in and out in a very short turnaround. Ask for Isaiah and sign up for a subscription if you want to save money.

Great service! Super friendly and affordable! They did an oil change, an exterior wash, and an interior clean. I have a large, very furry doggo and they did it with a smile! Frank was awesome and the rest of the crew very kind and friendly! I just happened to be in the area today, but will go out of my way for a return visit in the future!

It was out of my way, but I was not happy with the car wash that I usually go to. This one is new, and they also offer oil changes. I didn't try that, just the wash. But I was happy with the price and service. It's in the Arden Mall area, so I'm sure I'll use it again.

Stopped by for the first time today, just got my compact cargo van back from the shop, so I couldn't get a wash on the new paint, but wanted the inside cleaned up-- the back of the van was super dusty and I pointed out pockets in the floor that were really needing cleaned. The guy who checked me in assured me they'd get wiped out. It was SO CLEAN in the front seats (the only seats are the driver and passenger seat, the back is just an metal box) and the windshield was so clear, I didn't even think to look in the back despite it only taking about 15 minutes. Welp I got home and the back hadn't been touched, like at ALL, I had to do the entire thing. I called after I was done and Sam picked up the phone (not sure if Sam was the same guy who checked me in) and I mentioned what happened and he just said he'd let his guys know to do a better job. Didn't offer any other solutions. Super disappointing. I coulda spent 10 bucks or less to do the front seats myself, and I paid 20 for the whole van....feels like i got ripped off. If a manager could refund me, that would feel like a solution. At least for half. But I don't think I'd bring my van back after this visit. I have before and after pics of what didn't get cleaned and then after I cleaned it.
