Though going to the mechanic is usually a terrible experience, Ivan the owner makes this a simple and mostly painless process (we still have to pay the bills. Haha). He is very thorough and walks you through all the issues and reasons for them. My family has been going here for years, and we will continue to go here. It's so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, and we have.

Ivan and his crew at Arizona Exclusive Car Repair are true, honest professionals. We were new in the area and needed an oil change in our Ram Truck. We were recommended to Ivan by a friend who had been using him for over 25 years, the respect and honesty we experienced were unparalleled as far as mechanic services were concerned. At no additional charge he did a full inspection and showed us that additional work would soon be needed on breaks, rotors and engine fan. He was right. We booked in for that work and have been very pleased with the performance of a 2017 vehicle, it runs like new. His prices are fair and much more affordable than the dealership. We also had a problem with the lights on our motorcycle trailer. He took it in and fully inspected it at no charge. We have found our go to guy for all our repair needs.

If giving zero stars were an option, that is what I would give them. They did not listen to my complaint, they assumed that I didn't know what I was talking about, and their misdiagnosis cost me about $2,300. The employee at the front desk was arrogant and dishonest, and refused to listen to my description of the problem. He said that the car was test driven before attempting repair, which was obviously untrue. Won't be back.

Very fairly priced and honest work. Really nice and easy to understand online progress and service write up. Transparent pricing, honest work. Ivan and his team serviced my vehicle expediently with updates and call backs as to when and what services are done to the vehicle. Absolutely great customer service would get service again here.

Highly recommend Arizona Exclusive Car Repair! My vehicle was broken into with significant damage to the ignition. I called and Ivan answered right away, and got my van right in. I love Ivan. This cat place is legit! I had an issue with my catalytic converter. Instead of scheduling an appointment, Ivan told me to just bring it down, and he resolved it in minutes. Super nice, dude. I'm in awe.
