Good service, but a little taken aback about the $80 price on just an oil change. Update: I checked prices around other places, and it turns out it's fairly consistant considering full synthetic required by my car. I change it to 5 stars.

Herman is the man!!! They went above and beyond. First class service. They weren't there to upsell you. They provided great input and wanted only what’s best for my situation. Couldn’t be more happier with the outcome. Added a leveling kit and KO2 tires for my 4Runner.

I went in for an oil change on 11/9/24. I had an change of plans, and needed to be done by 10:00 a.m. Nick, the front end person on Saturday, was amazing!! He was able to get all the parts needed, oil filter, engine and cabin filters, quick, and got them installed and had me out by 10:00 a.m. Tire Pros has been good to me. I recommend them to anyone!!

Skyler and Ceasar did a great job servicing my truck. I will continue to use this location for all my trucks maintenance, tires, etc. PLEASE NOTE: I DID NOT HAVE THE SAME POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AT THE CHANDLER LOCATION. APPARENTLY ALL LOCATIONS ARE FRANCHISED.

I was very relieved when I called and asked how much to patch my tire. They took the stress out of it and told me to just bring it on in, that they would take care of me. So I did and as I'm sitting here I feel like I am family to them. I will come here from now on. Thank you guys.

Went to get ac fixed and have an s class mercedes thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg but only cost 230$ and they were honest and didn't try to upset me on something it's not so much appreciated in today's economy

I've used Arizona Tire Pros twice. Once for a patch after picking up a screw, and again for a blowout after rolling over some thread stock, requiring tire replacement. Both times were walk in, and I was attended to right away. Excellent service, communication, and price. Highly recommend this business.

I will recommend this business to anyone needing any mechanical work done to their car. I've had a couple disappointing experiences elsewhere, and frequently hear from others who have had conflicts with repairs on their cars. You don't have to worry here, you will be treated fairly and with respect. I was referred to Tire Pros by Gilbert at the Shell Repaid Lube in the same complex (also excellent customer service there). My car was making an odd noise, and the young technician figured it out, sorry I forgot his name, but he did a great job. Scott the owner is a very kind, professional, and ethical human. You can tell that you can trust him when you speak with him. There was not any overselling here. Recommendations for in the future, but only took care of what was necessary, and that eased my concerns. Scott's son Evan was also very polite. And even the young man who gave me a lift home while they did the repair work was extremely kind and wise for his young years. I think his name was Hunter, and he mentioned that his dad also owns a Tire Pros in Payson. I just have to say, since it's Father's Day today, you dads did a great job with your boys...raised them to be intelligent, courteous, and thoughtful humans in a world that seems like its lacking that these days. Thank you for the service well done on my car, and for the best customer service ever! A++++ Oh, btw there is a woman employee there too - Kat - and she rocks too. :)

Tire Pros took my Jeep in right at my appointment time and completed the work efficiently. They balanced my 37 inch tires extremely well and I would recommend them for your tire needs.
