Arlington Car Care is now the only place I will take my car. My car experienced damage from another unnamed quick oil change place that was discovered when I took my vehicle to Arlington Car Care for its next oil change. This damage was close to $800 & Arlington Car Care encouraged me to call the unnamed quick oil change business & tell them about the discovered damage as well as the cost. I did just that & Arlington Car Care was there every step of the way. From saving the damaged piece to show the business if they asked to taking phone calls from the claims department of the unnamed quick oil change place. I got fully reimbursed for the damages & am so so grateful to Arlington Car Care for going truly above and beyond. I will never take my car anywhere else! Thank you!!

I cannot say enough good things about the honest and straightforward services at Arlington. Despite having moved to the Northwest corner, I always go to Miller Arlington for my mechanic needs. They have saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars over the years with their advice. One time my steering wheel was shuddering after a heavy snow. I wanted to bring the car in and they advised me to check inside the tires instead and dislodge any ice chunks. Lo and behold, I did so and the car worked fine again. Another time I had gone to my local dealership because it was closer, but $800 they were not able to fix the problem. I took it to Arlington car care and they were not only able to fix the problem, but advised me on a better mechanic in the area if I was not able to bring my car to them! I literally just call them for their honest advice or recommendations at times. I will never go anywhere else for mechanic services.

I've been going to these guys for years, always have had honest and great service. Edit: I've been coming to this shop for about 6 years now. The staff are fantastic and mostly the same which is a great sign. They've made some recent upgrades to their pay/quote system that I think are very customer friendly. Beside that, they do great work and are honest. I highly recommend.

My daughter was in town for an appointment when she had trouble with our older vehicle. Given that it was after 3pm on a Friday, and she had a 2 hour drive home, I was hesitant to have her drive without a mechanic checking the car. I received a recommendation from another auto center to call Michael at Arlington Car Care. He gladly agreed to squeeze her in. He charged her $6 to inspect the car and add a quart of oil. When i called back to offer more payment for his services, he refused. He literally saved the day for me and my daughter! Thank you so much! Good to know there are still great people out there!

I've taken my vehicles here for over a year and each time I feel well taken care of. Miller's is honest, trustworthy and quick. There have been a couple of times now that I've had car tire emergencies on a Saturday morning, and they did everything they could to get me in and get my tire fixed that day.

The best shop in town to get your car worked on. They are honest and the estimates given on the price or accurate. I've never had the end price jump up by big numbers when picking up my car. Proof of how good of a shop it is can be seen by the amount of cars parked on their lot everyday waiting to be worked on. This has been the only mechanic myself or my family living in town uses. I 100% recommend getting your car serviced here.

Had to get brakes done on my mom's car and my usual repair place was closed! They recommended Arlington Car Care and I couldn't be happier with the experience! They did a great job at a reasonable price! Would definitely use them again if I'm in the same situation in the future!

This place put $700 back into my pocket. Germain Honda quoted us $800 to replace one headlight on my Honda Pilot. Arlington Car Care charged me $92 for quick service, a headlight, complimentary windshield wiper blades and topping off all of my fluids. The service was friendly and fair. I will never go anywhere else.

Although I walked in without a prior appointment, i was able to get set up for service that same day. I had one of my TPMS sensors replaced and programed in a very reasonable amount of time. The price was affordable and lower than many other shops I had previously contacted. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Thanks 😊

I have been using Arlington Car Care since having moved to Columbus. They have been excellent. They have given me honest quotes and repaired my brakes for far less money than other shops quoted. I recently went into a Hyundai dealership for a recall on my vehicle and they gave me an estimate of $1,600 of things that were wrong with my vehicle. When I took my car into Arlington Car Care I knew what actually needed to be done and they were right on the ball. They gave me an honest quote for my tires and a new alternator belt and it was a fraction of the cost Hyundai was trying to get out of me. These are the best people around, highly recommended, top notch service!

Really friendly folks here. I got exhaust work done at reasonable prices. They suggested other things that could use some work, but were not pushy like other shops and chains can be. Would definitely go back.
