DON'T Go To This Shop! The Owner is a Theif and steals car parts (Inside and Out) and exchanges them with old parts! His paint jobs are Horrible! Do Not bother with him. He's a Compulsive Liar! He's been ripping off Customers for years and the Customers don't even realize it! Don't throw your money away on this Narcissist!

I took a chance and stopped by to ask about getting an oil leak fixed on my car. I had tried other recommendations and either was getting over priced or the run around of when work can be done. I stopped by here to see what they’d say and I am so happy I did. They are very busy but I am very happy with the work done. I spoke with Mario most of the time and he was very professional and helpful. The owner was there too making sure everyone was on top of their duties which was good to see cause they had tons of work. I’ll be going back when I need anything fixed on my car. Took my car at 8 am when they opened and got back by end of day.

Originally, I had 4 stars on this place because he was working on my vehicle. 19 months he had it. $2000 was given to him. However, after the phone call today, he told me that I needed to change my review because it pissed him off and that if I didn't change it that I should just pick up my piece of **** and go because he's not going to work on it anymore. I went to him Aug 2022. Over 1 year of waiting. Dec 2023, he told me he had lied to me about it being done because he couldn't find the parts. I helped order the parts he was missing so he could continue the work. They had primed it to be painted also. I was always told 2 weeks. I have the screenshots to prove that, too. I am not happy that they didn't finish what little left needed to be done. I am very upset that he talked to me that way and called my belongings unruly words. I also found out they are not BBB certified. The 1 person I can be kind to is Quincey. He told me that he wished I didn't have to take it because he was almost done with it. Quincey was very friendly and understood what was going on. They do fine work on smaller jobs. If I knew that this was going to be difficult or if they had told me it was going to be difficult, then I would have left a better review for honesty upfront and found someone else. It is not my priority to tell someone if they can or can not do the job. I know that they will probably leave a comment or attempt to call me to complain. However, this is my experience and my right to put this honest review.

I took my car to Armando to fix that Walmart had mess up he fixed it right away and gave me a a guaranteed. I would not take my car no other place. He stands on his work. Thank you, Armando

Took my vehicle to get repaired with an insurance claim. They had my car for 2 weeks sitting outside. They did the job in 8 hours, used the same parts, and spray painted my car. Avoid this shop, they’ll keep the insurance check and do a patch job. I will be reaching out to the BBB.

Took my wife charger after her friend hit a sign awhile ago and they fixed it in about a week and price was decent and I took my new Elantra for my rear bumper recently after I accidentally backed up into someone and they fixed my bumper and paint in about 3 days and the price was decent for the time that they did it out of pocket. I’m sure if I would’ve done a insurance claim and gave them all the time they needed I know my car would’ve been in good hands. Props to these guys

So far so good! We'll get my car back in 15 days, we had the bumper fixed and full paint job it is going from grey to pearl white. So I'll post it again. But very friendly people the owner Armando was very nice and great prices!!

This company took ALL the insurance money of an elderly lady who needed her car completely repaired after her car was hit at her residence. This company came off very trustworthy and took every cent of her insurance money. They pocketed over 1k of money that didn’t belong to them. This information needs to be known to the public that this body shop are a BUNCH OF CROOKS!!! DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Word of mouth will go around on how you people do business…. Nope!!! It’s definitely you guys and this elderly lady is making it known you guys are crooks!!! She is spreading your name around. Be careful how you treat people….

I am here working remotely and I went through a car wash that ripped off part of my window trim. I was just driving down Dyer and decided to turn in to Armando's body shop. The owner immediately addressed me and told me to come back the next day that he would fixed it. I brought my car back and the owner took car of the repair himself. I had bumped into something backing up and cracked my tail light and needed some work on my bumper also. He quoted me a good price and I came back to have it done. When I returned to pick it up I was not satisfied with an area on my bumper. I brought it back the next day as the assistant told me to and spoke with the owner Armando. He was upset because he takes pride in his work. I returned hours later that day and the owner said he was going to do it. I was 100% pleased when I saw my car. Like his car states 100% guaranteed,.". The owner is a man of his words. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone.

On 10/18/2022 I took my Chevy Avalanche to Armando's Body Shop on Dyer St. The vehicle was in dire need of paint and bumper repair. Armando said he would paint the total truck and repair the front bumper which was faded and cracked and unattached at different points. In my opinion the price was reasonable and I turned the truck over the his shop, On 10/28/2022 the truck was ready The work was professionally done, and made the truck look brand new. I am very satisfied with the work this shop did, and totally recommend this shop.

The attitude on an employee, leaves this place in the unprofessional level, don't go bother them when they're eating, halfway job done on my son's vehicle, only the outside was done, the inside was never touched, ( under the hood ), only thing they did,was to place a bracket, and a plastic tie, to hold up some parts

Work is given a 5 yrs warranty. But takes over 1 month to complete. Also, you need to keep complaining if you need your car done within the 4 weeks despite being told it will only take 2 weeks.
