⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently took my Honda Accord Sport to Armitage Auto Repair and Body Shop to get my headlight replaced and my bumper refurbished after some significant damage. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team did an incredible job, applying the paint with such precision and care, leaving the finish flawless. My car looks brand new! Sad to leave such a poor review. I used Armitage Auto twice over the last year and sadly was disappointed. After replacing my brakes and calipers, I had to take my car in to a different shop to have a dent in the caliper fixed that was causing the new brake pad to rub. I had a steering shaft issue fixed (pricey) and started having issues again a few months later. Took it in hoping that it would be under warranty and they quoted me another $800 to fix the problem, stating that this time it was a different part of the steering shaft. I declined the service and took my car somewhere else where they were able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem for less than half of that price. Haven’t had any issues with my car since. Sadly I felt a little taken advantage of here, and would not recommend to a friend.

I recently had my Mazda CX-5 repaired after one of the quarter panels was damaged by a downed tree limb as the result of a storm. Working with Armitage Auto Repair and Body Shop was seamless from start to finish. I had gathered three estimates from body shops in the area, and Armitage Auto gave me the best rate by far! They also completed the work in half the time that was estimated by the other body shops. I will absolutely be using Armitage Auto Repair and Body Shop for all of my vehicle needs moving forward!

Honest, genuine, kind-hearted people here at Armitage Auto Repair and Body Shop. My husband and I got into an accident days before needing to make a cross-country drive. We searched all the “big” auto shops, but each place felt cold and impersonal (in addition to the fact that we couldn’t drop off our car for two weeks on average at these places). Immediately, calling Melena at Armitage Auto was different. From the first time we spoke to her and her staff, everyone was warm, knowledgeable, and willing to help. The team here not only repaired our car with expert craft (in a matter of days!!), but they continually remained communicative as we called with various questions and concerns. I highly recommend this business if you’re concerned about getting lied to or scammed, or if you’re just looking for good people to fix your car.

Unbelievable experts, they were able to figure out my oil leak issue immediately and they fixed it at a very reasonable price- I had talked to other shops who had no clue and were proposing expensive repairs.

Armitage Auto did a fantastic job with my car this weekend. The price was extremely fair and they made the process as easy as could be. I was not able to pick up my car at the end of the day, so they even rushed the job to finish within ~2 hours that day. I’ll be returning for Armitage Auto for any work on my car in the future.

This is the second time going to them to do someone hitting me. Last time they even drove my car home to me because I had just had foot surgery & was unable to drive since it was my right foot that was in a cast. I love how they are very helpful & get the job done quickly.

Armitage auto repair did a great job repairing basically one of my cars entire exterior, they repaired years of damage that had piled up. I didn’t want to try and use my insurance. The shop worked with me on the overall cost to meet my budget and they completed it on-time and the appearance is perfect. Plus they cleaned the interior.

Didn't want to fix my car? Also tried to get me to buy a whole new set of wheels for almost twice the price of the same set sold elsewhere. They said their alignment machine was broken, but they couldn't tell me when it would be fixed to bring my car back and they clearly do body work and had other cars they'd be doing an alignment for so... all around weird experience.

Very prompt service and smooth coordination with my car insurance provider meant that our repairs happened sooner than anticipated—and the repairs are so well done that the car looks like new. Amazing customer service and quality repair work at fair and honest prices. A gem in the neighborhood.

Thank you so much! I am a driver and had so many accidents, tried so many auto service place , Levent’s (Leo’s) place and service is the best. The team is very knowledgeable and kind. They give you updates every time! They are also so on time to return your car! About the price , this is the only place that I got reasonable price. Check my other reviews out on google. I had work with couple places but the outcome was losing my time and effort! ARMITAGE Auto service will give the best service. That is why I gave my both cars to them! They have one of the unique seat at their office lol. It’s airplane seats!

This was the best experience I've had at an auto repair shop. The pricing was great and the quality of the work was impressive. I came in for some paint work and when I came to pick up my car, I forgot which side the damage was on because they did such a great job. They were super quick and very responsive with communication updates. Will be going back here for any future auto repairs.

DO NOT COME HERE!! My recent encounter with this auto repair shop has left me deeply dissatisfied, exposing a series of troubling incidents that demand attention. Initially drawn by their proximity and a previous $50 oil change, my satisfaction plummeted when handed a $72 bill. I kindly asked if the prices have gone up and she said no and that she’s never even seen us in our system. Like I’ve never been there when I have. Adding to the dismay was the thinly veiled diss about our 2003 Mitsubishi Gallant, saying she thought it may have been towed in from an accident. This unprofessional commentary, coupled with remarks about my parking habits saying we “parked the wrong way”, revealed a lack of courtesy and customer service. They aren’t the police and need not worry about my safe and non-disruptive parking, it only contributed to the unprofessional atmosphere. The fact that my parking was safe and had no impact on business makes these remarks entirely unwarranted Lady then openly complains about only making $20 on oil changes, explicitly stating they would now only make $18, due to a 2 dollar discount since I said something… how kind To add insult to injury, the oil itself was overpriced. In light of these unsettling experiences, I'll be actively exploring more trustworthy and customer-friendly alternatives for my future automotive needs. oh and if you’re looking for something quick, I gave them my keys at 10 am and got it back at 5, that’s after letting them know I’d be there the following morning (they don’t take reservations) I walk in at 10am and bro tells me that I’m late. How am I late if you don’t take any appointments? He goes alright I’m busy so I’ll have it done by the end of the day 😭 it was 10am fam. End of the day is crazy Not to mention they put in 3000 miles for recommended oil change, this ain’t the 1900s bro we been past that. If u made it all the way here its the lady with the crunchy blonde ramen chicken hair proceeded with caution ⚠️ 💀

This place is the best! They fixed/replaced my catalytic converter that was rudely stolen by Bucktown thieves. Price was great, it only took 2 days, and they washed and vaccumed my car as well. Wish I'd known about this place sooner. Awesome people. Thank you!
