I've been going to Arrow now for over a year for my tires. Competitive prices and locally owned. Strong customer service. This recent visit while rotating my tires, the team had a minor mishap with my splash guard / slid plate. Arrow immediately let me know and got me a replacement piece for free in a few days. Honest ethics is what I value!

A very nice service advisor! However, I took my car in for overheating issues and they told me my cylinder head was cracked and that was my cause of overheating. They did not visually inspect my cylinder heads and told me it'd be better to just get a new car rather than fix it. It was my thermostat. it was a $100 repair that I did myself at home. I also took it in for a diagnostic for my check engine light about a year prior and all they did was disconnect my battery and didn't diagnose anything. I came back because they didn't charge me for that but it still would've been nice if they had actually fixed the problem. It seems like you'd have better luck getting your car diagnosed and fixed at a Jiffy Lube than a real mechanic shop.

I went to the shop after recommendations off the nextdoor app. I took my car in for noise. They found the problem fixed the issue. It wasn't as bad as I was expecting. I thought it was my timing chain but they said it was okay. However afterwards my check engine light was on, and my car was not shifting right. I didn't leave the parking lot. I went back in. The technician forgot to plug a electrical connector back in. They fixed it no problems. I took my son's car here for an AC recharge. They found the leaks and made repairs. 2 month after my son's AC stopped working... It is a new system so I don't know what the deal is. They do the work without even asking if you would like to proceed. They don't tell you how much it's going to be they just do the work and give you a bill.

Worst place ever! Charged me 52.00 for an oil change and tried telling me my air compressor was going and. Said they would fix it for 650. When I said no and went to pick up my car after 9 hours, there were parts on my windshield never put back on the car. Beware of scammers! When asked if I could get a receipt of what was done with the oil change, I simply got a receipt for 52.00….never outlining what was done or recommended!

I'll give them an f last week. I took my car to replace a camshaft sensor. Now since I got it back. My power windows do not open or close. In my opinion, worst mechanic shop ever.

Cost was a bit more than I expected. Got an oil change for $93 plus new tires. They charged $49 for weights and balancing. Mike seemed honest and didn't up sale which I appreciated. The work done seems great so far. Unfortunately, the interior of my vehicle now smells like oil and cigarette smoke. I'm guessing they left the windows down and/or doors open while they worked on it for some reason. Luckily the odor is starting to away.

I took my parents truck down to the mechanic shop because they are almost 70 years old running around with no air conditioner so I thought I would be nice daughter and help them get their air conditioner running and the mechanic said that a part needed to be replaced for the air conditioner so I let him replace it and I paid him almost $900, I bring it home and it works fine for about 2 days and so I take it back and he does something to it again and I go pick the truck back up for the second time and the air conditioner works good for about 2 weeks and it stops working so I take it back for the third time and he puts a dye inside the air conditioner system to see if there is any leaks and I bring the truck back home once again and 3 days later I took it back so they can see if there is any leaks and he says there is a leak in the air conditioner hose somewhere and wants to charge me another additional $300.... Something is not right to begin with because I already paid him $900 almost... I honestly got ripped off and I am on SSDI. It's not fair.... I just feel like it should have been taken care of the first time when I gave him $900 almost... I am not rich but I am going to be forced to have to call a customer Lawyer 😞

So great to have a fair, accommodating mechanic locally. Doug up front actively communicates and talks straight. Never a problem with the work, and I'm confident if an issue popped up Arrow would make good on it.

The owner Doug he's friendly very helpful and knowledgeable and because of that his staff is the same way never had a complaint, or felt uncomfortable with the service, you have a question he's our guy.

These Guys in this shop are fantastic! Prices are fair, and service is excellent! Catastrophic failure of water pump, they were able to repair it within an afternoon.
