They are amazing in every aspect. I received my car better than when I bought it. Customer service was beyond exceptional. Very caring and understanding staff. Also quick service. I turned in my car on Monday and had it by Friday. The quality of service was wonderful from the work they did and the customer service they provided. I highly recommend them. I don't usually write reviews however Arrow Collison earned a great review with me. Thank you for everything.

Excellent experience. Chantel was awesome to work with and the quality of the work performed was exceptional. Not only would I use Arrow Collision again in a heartbeat, I would strongly recommend them to anyone I know who's in need of a body shop. My car had $13k worth of hail damage from when I lived in Boulder, CO and after reading so many body shop reviews I was dreading taking it in. When I found Arrow Collision, one thing that surprised me was that they only had positive reviews and anyone whose ever looked for a body shop will understand how rare that is. Well, now I know why. Arrow Collision is a 10 out of 10!!!

Just picked up my car, and it looks amazing. They went above and beyond. After the 3rd party that did the run repair was unable to match the rim color they got insurance to cover a new rim. Car looks and feels brand new again.

If I could give a negative, I would!! I had used them before, without incident, but the last experience was off the charts horrible!! I was rear ended and DROVE my car there. The desk person went through the usual check in paperwork and it turned out that we had mutual friends. She suggested a lawyer which I hired that day. It took 2 weeks before the lawyer told me the person that hit me had NO INSURANCE and there was nothing they could do to help and ended our contract. I was in constant contact with the collision place who told me not to worry about it. I could have taken my car from there at any time had I known they were charging me $165 a day. When the estimate process finally started, it took 2 additional weeks to do it. Between computers not working and them not getting to my car, it was determined that the car was going to be totaled. I decided to get my car back and have someone else do the work with a salvage title. They would not give me my car back unless I paid them the $4665 in storage fees!!! Furious, I coughed up the cash and got my car. They gave me my car back with no brake lights, no bumper, no trunk, no signal lights, no license plate and refused to give me my parts. I had to drive it in that condition. They would not pay to tow it. The person at the desk used racial insults ( my girlfriend is black ) and I had to return the next day with the police to get my license plate and car parts… To summarize, I paid them $4665 to get my car back, in an UN-drivable condition after I had driven it there a month before… worst experience and even worse people

I'm blown away by the expert craftsmanship delivered by Arrow Collision. I've been over to their shop many times and I have seen their meticulous process of collision repair up close. I'm probably going to need some bodywork done on my Forerunner from a hit and run. They have prompt, friendly customer service and I trust these guys to fix my car quickly and correctly. They are one of the only body shops in all of Las Vegas, that I would let work on my vehicle. I highly recommend Arrow Collision to anyone who needs a good body shop in town. They're the best!

I brought in my car today. It was in a bad accident. Chantel was the woman running the office. What a sweet lady! She was just so helpful with everything. It's not every day you get into a wreck that costs you your car. So the fact that she was so helpful, detail-oriented, and explained everything to me so well went a long way. She even called the car rental place for me to get picked up. Loved this experience!!!

From top to bottom, the entire staff is professional and provides a high-level of customer service! This is the third car that I brought them and each and every one of them has come back absolutely perfect.! The amount of pride and integrity they take in their work is incredible! Had 2017 ford fusion brought there. (Michael Crowe) is my name .never in my life will I ever trust another mechanic. They fixed my bumper and buffed out a couple scratches. But the problem was my check engine light was on. They told me they would fix it and when I got my car back all they did was turn it off. when I told them you guys didn’t fix the problem, they told me the insurance didn’t cover it. I told him I could pay out-of-pocket and they said they would get back to me and they never did. They will fix your car bare minimum. If you’re not going to do the whole job, at least tell someone that you couldn’t fix the problem you originally said you would fix. Put a bad taste in my mouth and if they were the last shop in Las Vegas, I would probably just take the bus

Brought my car here after some light scratches on the bumper, with some light paint transfer. Chantal and the crew cleaned and buffed the scratches out right then and there and had me on my way in minutes. Awesome shop, friendly staff, quick and high quality work. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I had gotten rear ended and the insurance claim allowed me to pick any shop I wanted. I headed here (google maps) and found a nearby body shop with good ratings, which ended up being Arrow Collision. This was the best choice I could have ever chosen! Mike was able to get a supplemental quote from the insurance to cover all of the damage that wasn’t visible which was great as I feel confident my car is completely back to normal! Although it did take a while because there were parts needed that were back-ordered, Mike called me every week to keep me updated on the status of their potential arrival. He even called me when they came in because he was so excited! As was i!! It wasn’t much longer until my car was as good as new, and they even went above and beyond and washed/detailed my entire car. I couldn’t have felt more in good hands with my car being at this shop and I will definitely go to them again if anything happens to my car!

Joe and Macgyver(tech) was awesome. Very helpful with the smallest of issues. They helped me a bout 5 years ago with a repair from an accident and was great. I didn’t even hesitate to go anywhere else when I needed help with auto body panel this time. Good Business ethics. 🤙🏽
