We have come to this shop for every car accident we've been in. During COVID they were amazing with coordinating with me for repairs since I had COVID. 2 Hit and Run car accidents they made my SUV look perfect and I'm going back for the rear-end collision. Love this place

I am a longtime customer and unfortunately we've had a few accidents and have been repeat customers for many years now. From collision repair on my truck to collision repair on two of my wife's cars, their quality of work and service is exceptional. They work with the insurance company and I didn't have to do a thing which made it an even better and stress free experience. I recently bought a used truck for my son that needed a good bit of paint and body work and it looks brand new now. I could not be more pleased each and every time I do business here.

Horrible service worst place I ever been to didnt even clean the car out well lied about it unprofessional car been sitting here for a month wouldn’t recommend it at all would give 0 stars if I could on top of that they damaged my spare tire and wind wipers no longer working please go somewhere else and also stole the piece of my windshield wiper because my windshield wipers was working perfectly fine until after I picked up my car took my car to get check by the dealer shop and they told me they must of stole it off because they don’t even sale the piece that they had on my windshield wiper do not go to this place worst place I experienced

I can't say enough about Brandon and his team!!! My 2021 Kia Sorento came in with what appeared to be minimal damage but needed more work than expected. Brandon was very helpful in assisting me throughout the entire process. Brandon went above and beyond to answer any questions that I may have had and steer me in the right direction with getting things taken care of with my vehicle. Brandon's kindness and customer service is unmatched! I will definitely recommend A.R.T. Inc. to anyone and everyone I know!!!

I just brought my car to A.R.T. for a free estimate on repairing a scratch on my car door (my grandson accidentally hit it with a brick 🙄). The young man who helped me was so positive and upbeat. He took a look and assured me it wouldn’t rust then went inside and grabbed a little machine and used it to put the clear coat back over the scratch. It looks good as new! And he didn’t charge me anything! He saved me having to spend $600 to repaint the door. I highly recommend them for any paint repairs. You can be sure they will give you a fair price and save you money if they can. 😊

Can't say enough great things about Brandon and his team. Not only were they thorough and efficient, they were great at communicating every step of the way. Having my brand new car and having to put it in for repairs was so disheartening but these guys absolutely treated me like I was family. I felt very comfortable coming here as a 25 year old woman. I didn't feel that they weren't listening to my concerns or were trying to oversell me. I recently moved to The Baton Rouge area and would highly recommend them, and this is coming from someone on a student budget, working at a coffee shop and as a waitress. I had been aggressively saving for months to pay out of pocket to replace my bumper, and they did the job very fast. No longer did I have to replace my bumper with tape! They ordered the parts over the weekend, and I came here after work on a Tuesday afternoon, and got out before dinner time. All my friends and family thought I traded my car in, it looked so nice! When I saw it, I was very happy and just wanted the moment to last.

I just want to say you can trust these guys completely. There was a problem things happen. But they were genuinely concerned and made it perfect. So many businesses are done with the customer after they get paid but that is not the case here. Drop off your car without worries.

A.R.T. Body Shop is the best! I used touch-up paint myself on a Mercedes that I just purchased (don’t ever do that lol) and needless to say it was a disaster. I definitely was not prepared to spend thousands of dollars to repaint my new car, so I called these guys and they had me bring my car by on the same day to check out my DIY paint job. They were able to remove the bad touch-up paint job from the rock chip on my door in about 30 seconds and gave me a very reasonable quote to repaint my hood. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’m so excited!

Absolutely thrilled with their work on my truck! Dealt with State Farm for me basically. Drop off was smooth. Great communication. Fantastic work. 😁 They replaced my whole passenger bed side and front bumper working with insurance. And also let me add on some color matching on my own dime. Paint is perfect match. 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing. They have done work on two of my vehicles and both times they went well beyond what I was expecting. The employees here should be the subject of corporate instruction manuals on appropriate treatment of customers. They are always anxious to help when you call. Every time I talked to them they look for a reason to say yes where other companies are just looking to make money and send you on your way. My experience with them is well beyond what any other repair shop (indeed most companies) would go in terms of assisting. If my mother/grandmother needed to have a vehicle repaired this is where I would send them. Hell, if the Pope needed his car fixed I would suggest he visit here.

I bought my 2013 Scion FR-S about 3 and a half weeks ago. It had the most rock chips I have ever seen on the bumper. I brought it in on a Tuesday and picked it up the following Friday! The paint matches perfect and brought my car back to life. Brandon’s customer service is some of the best in the Baton Rouge area.
