Have to say my first visit here was a very pleasant surprise! Super friendly staff, accurate estimate of my wait time, text with videos of the inspection and findings, and quick estimate and turnaround. Highly recommend!!

This is my third visit to Art of maintenance. They did an excellent job tuning up my van for a cross country trip. They’ve been very communicative and helpful and understanding how to keep my car well-maintained. I’ll keep going back for sure.

Highly recommend! They were able to fix a problem that other local shops could not. They took extra time to make sure I understood the issue and communicated well about what they were going to do to fix it.

They did a good job on repair but they also use Koalafi as a payment plan and I would read the entire payment plan before following through. Its incredibly predatory and will put you in the hole over double what the actual repair was worth. Do you research and dont be mislead like I was.. I would go back to this place if they didnt do business with KOALAFI

I used to take my Mazda way out to the dealership because I was naive about how much they overcharged and pushed parts on you. I'm so glad to have found this place, much closer to home. The service was fast, efficient, and I loved the way I received an emailed diagnosis with videos from the mechanic. They did not try to upsell me parts my car didn't need. I ended up walking out knowing I'll be back for all my car's needs. Thank you guys!

If you don't take your car here, it's because you don't know how to plan ahead for your future. It's always the same whenever I come here! I live in the neighborhood and these folks are really really good at their job and they take it very seriously I'm really lucky to have these folks in my neighborhood!

This was the worst place I have ever been. From horrible customer service to to overcharging and to top it off got my car back with missing parts!!! Was charged $1200 for a $20 part, that I can live with but to return my car with a check engine light I didn't have before. Also my engine cover was missing and my front valance panel that attaches to my front bumper also missing. I was told I came there missing them. Until I showed up in person and got my engine cover which was by the dumpster. Never got my other part. I forgot to mention my MAF sensor was unplug, also I'm not sure what the other sensor was to coming off my manifold? Regardless it was unplug and my vacuum line was pulled off!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I'm still being ghosted for my other part they lost it was like pulling teeth to get anything squared away and I'm still missing parts!!! There response I'm just burnt!!! This isn't about the money and the overcharging by no means, but when I take my car in to get fixed I expect to no get it returned in worse shape than before!!! I honestly can barely put into words how bad of an experience and bad I was treated. Anyways DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!!! Post + 59

Bobby went above and beyond to help me get my wheel sensor fixed, what dodge was trying to charge me got cut in thirds because of his help. I appreciate this shop a lot and will definitely go back when necessary, and will definitely spread the good word for this business!

I brought my 06 Acura TSX in to get my transmission checked for a potential leak. They gave my transmission and car a complete and thorough look over. Thankfully, my transmission was fine, but they did find other things that needed to be taken care of. They sent photos of each thing and when they were done gave me a call and talked me through everything they suggested to be done. Robert is who helped me and he was fantastic. He was very transparent and patient with me and answered any questions I had and made sure I understood the answers as well. They also gave me a Lyft to and from work, which was awesome. They were able to do everything necessary within the day. It was within 24 hours between calling them and getting my car back all fixed up. I was shocked and super happy to be able to get my car in and back so quickly. They texted me a few days later making sure my car was driving smoothly and it is. You can tell they take pride in their work and stand behind the work that they do. Definitely recommend them!

I was traveling through Portland and my truck suddenly wouldn’t start and they got me in right before closing and tested my charging system and put a new battery in for me. They were very kind to do that because it was almost closing time. if I lived in Portland, they would become my mechanics for sure. Thank you for your kindness.

To sum it up. I can buy after market parts at discounted prices at the local auto parts stores as well. My thoughts are if I pay art of maintenance to repair my vehicle they would use OEM parts for the price they charge. Basically dealership prices. Not the same art of maintenance from over 25 years ago for sure. I advise all to stick with the dealerships for quality guaranteed work. (Suspicious). Not enough time to confirm!!!!

Cannot recommend enough. I came to Art of Maintenance after having my battery wrongly placed at Valvoline. They dropped what they were doing to help me immediately. The mechanics were personable and explained to me precisely what had been done incorrectly. They had my car operating in perfect condition within five minutes. So incredibly grateful.

First, this is my neighborhood shop and I'm grateful I'm close by. I really appreciate their usage of technology to review and approve work. I conveniently scheduled an inspection and maintenance online. The front office is *very* clean and comfortable, the team I met with was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were thorough on their evaluation of my 10+ year old car, being clear what could wait and what needed to be dealt with immediately. They were able to get the parts (under warranty for 5 yrs/50k miles) and do the work same day. They provided a ride home while my car was being worked on and it was very easy to make arrangements to pick up the car after hours. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the warranty. I will be back when it's time to address the next round of upkeep.

I typically do most of my own work but I didn't have the tools to do some AC service. I called and they were able to get me in the next day. Very friendly, very helpful, reasonably priced, and they even helped me with a bit of advice on the job I was completing. I will definitely go back for any other work I'm not doing myself.

Took my truck here prior to moving. I was hauling a heavy trailer 700 miles. I told them this info, and asked them to check fluid levels prior to the big trip. The check engine light had also turned on the day before. They found a screw in the back right tire and recommended I fix it. They attributed the engine light to a gas leak. Payed them to fix the tire and the leak, as well as some other work and alignment. When I came to pick up my car, they recommended I get a new full set of tires... to replace the tire I just paid them to fix. I declined. I immediately noticed the truck was pulling to the right when I left, but didn't say anything because I had a lot to do before moving. On my long haul, the engine ran out of oil and I had to pull over and put in 2 quarts. Otherwise ran fine. I've been moved for around 3 weeks, and the tire they 'fixed' currently appears to be low, and this morning the check engine light has come back on. There might be honest explanations for this stuff, but the one thing that still sits wrong with me was the recommendation to replace tires they had just recommended I pay them to fix. On top of that, almost every problem I had prior to taking it in has returned in just a few weeks.

Very friendly and professional service. Love the online portal to review the results of the inspection (with photos), and clear explanation of options and costs. Not the cheapest place in town, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.
