Great folks here. Very friendly staff. They worked on my 93 Silverado and fixed a number of issues after discovering them in a diagnostic. Things I couldn’t have done by myself. They sent pictures of the issues and were happy to explain the severity. I’d go back to them for additional work when needed.

I had a very frustrating experience with Arthur's Automotive and cannot recommend their services. I brought my 2011 Toyota in because it wouldn’t start without a jump, and ended up paying over $2,000 for their repairs. After keeping my car for three weeks, they replaced the engine control module among other parts and gave me back a car with several new electrical issues. The initial diagnosis was really unclear. They replaced the battery (which made sense) but then recommended replacing the engine control module. I sought a second opinion from other mechanics, and all of them told me that, for a well-maintained Toyota with only 115K miles, that was unheard of. Arthur’s sent me pictures of a Subaru in the shop, reported odd mileage to Carfax, and couldn’t explain why it took so long to perform diagnostics. Attention to detail is lacking. After two weeks, I got my car back, only for it to not start again just two days later I found that they left one of the battery terminals totally loose! After tightening the connector, I had to get it towed back to Arthur's, where it stayed for another week. When I finally got it back the second time, it was clear that my car hadn’t been properly repaired. The brake lights, airbags and cruise control did not work, the clock reset every time I started the car, and the door lock sensors no longer functioned. To top it off, a fuse underneath the engine was found missing. Frustrated, I took my car to another shop, and they fixed everything—in just two days on Thanksgiving week, and even provided me with a loaner car. The difference in both the speed of the repair and the quality of service was night-and-day. TLDR: Arthur's Automotive kept my car for weeks, recommended unnecessary and expensive repairs, and returned it with a host of new issues, some of which posed serious safety concerns. Everyone there is polite and pleasant--but that's not what I'm paying for. The poor communication and subpar work make it impossible for me to recommend this shop. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I had seen the sign for “Arthur’s automotive, the last honest mechanic.” I currently go to a mechanic further from where I live. My car started making a horrible sound, and I was closest Athurs, so I stopped to get their free check up. It turned out to be a branch stuck under my car, further than I could see from the front or back. I had been up on Mt Tabor. The mechanic was able to pull that off and determine that was all it was. I will return. I needed new wiper blades, and they didn’t have the size for my car, so they ordered them and I went the next day and had them installed. I was very pleased with Sydney and the other automotive technicians who helped me. Thank you for letting me post this recommendation for great service.

We had both rear wheel bearings replaced on our 2017 Forester. Arthurs did a great job and the car was ready much sooner than expected. I've had 3 experiences with them so far on different cars and each one has been excellent. Even got a ride home for free.

They immediately recognized what the rattling, whistling noise was from inside the car and replaced the blower motor. Quiet as a mouse!

This was my first time and it won't be the last time I take my car to Arthur's Automotive! Jeka walked me through the process...the Technicians made the necessary repairs and I am extremely satisfied with everything. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and they made sure I got a Lyft home while my car was in their capable care. From now on Arthur's is my repair shop of choice! Thank you everybody for all you do. To say I'm a happy customer is an understatement!

I got good servce. they did an inspection to give me a idea of what else needed to be done on the car for later, and we're very helpful about future needs. Great friendly staff too. I'm glad I went there and will continue to go.

Arthur’s Automotive was great. They were able to get me in & fix my problem on the day I called. Jeka was particularly kind in taking the time to get me multiple estimates also explaining each one. She even offered to help me out with a ride when I was trying to navigate the logistics of getting my car fixed. Each person I encountered was positive & professional. I will definitely use them for my future repairs as well as recommend them to friends.

Excellent, friendly service. Repairs and cost done as identified on estimate and within time frame. Great to have Lyft service to and from. That was new service this time, was done by Arthur’s before and it was also always great. Customer for at least 3 yrs now.

I felt very safe with Arthur Automotive. I am a widow. My husband had done the work on my cars over the years. I had an electrical issue and was very nervous. First they ordered a lift for me so I didn't have to worry about getting home. They told me up front the diagnostic cost.they texted me pictures of the problems. And a quote. They prioritized letting me know what was urgent and what could wait if I wasn't ready to fix. They got me a lift back to pick up my car. The rates I feel were fare and the work well done. I will be using their services moving forward.

Please don’t bring your car here. They missed diagnosed an oil leak and charged me $185 for diagnostics and $2,200 for parts and labor. Then I went back because the leak was still there and they said it was another leak and wanted an additional $2,000. Worst experience ever!!!

EDIT: We ended up going to Gary's Auto Repair down the street who ended up charging us 1/3 of what arthur's wanted to charge us. Arthur's wanted to charge us 2 grand to fix the issue. How dare they come to my review and try to besmirch my name and my legitimate review they were clearly trying to work us over. Shame on you. Will never go here again. Problem after problem. Kept our truck way too long, wouldn't communicate, rushes to fix things at the last minute before they close and then they don't fix the issue properly. This last time was the straw. Husband brought truck in for a belt fix. They fixed the belt but it made a horrible squeaking noise. At first they told my husband "oh thats normal." Its not normal. Husband took it back, and now its apparently being caused by a different problem EVEN THOUGH IT NEVER MADE THAT SOUND BEFORE THEY TOUCHED IT. They refused to fix the "new" problem without more money. Scoundrels. Buyer beware.

"The Last Honest Mechanic" Is way over priced! Almost $400 to replace the driver side door handle, way too much! I did find a door handle for $12! Scored!!!!!!

Arthur’s showed their integrity, knowledge, and excellence when they repaired my car. It was a repair at that should I shouldn’t I time in the life of the car and they politely answered my questions and helped me to consider what would be best to do. Using their advice and some homework, I was able to reach a good decision. The prices felt fair, and the work was excellent. There was a malfunction with the water pump replacement, and they replaced it immediately with no hassle at all. They gave a discount to this veteran and I appreciate that they do that. I just moved here and I am grateful to have a local mechanic that I can trust.

Wife and I bring both cars here after we got the run around from our other mechanic. They are organized, communicate well, friendly, and thorough. I pay a little more, but man its nice to have peace of mind.
