I definitely don’t recommend this company and service, I called Mr. Art to come to see my car, first thing he was late and he changed the hr 10 minutes before, which he made me lost my day at work, by the time he was suppose to be at my place I called him and he said he was 10 minutes away and he showed up 45 minutes later, He is full of lies and the worst thing is that he has a very bad attitude with no manners, at the end he didn’t want to do the job because I didn’t want to pay the mobile service after he made me lost my day at work. We agreed on the phone that he was going to do the job which he was going to charge 650 dollars just for labor part. Even with that agreement he told me with a wrong way go get someone else.

Art saved the day! I got in a fender bender in San Antonio (I live in Dallas). The car was drivable except the bumper was rubbing tires. I was leaving the next day so Art squeezed me into his very busy day. He came out and fixed the bumper enough so I could drive. He charged a fair price and was so professional and friendly. Please call him for all your automotive needs. He is the BEST

Art was professional, thorough, prompt, and reasonable. He came to the University Hospital, drove me to my car, fixed my car, and drove me back to the hospital entrance in less than 30 minutes. He charged $70, including his parking fee, which I thought was more than fair. I am so grateful to him for helping me out in my time of need. Art is awesome.

Called to have them check to see the problem. Knew it was my starter in two seconds didn't need to scan fixed it quick .. came to me which was a lot of stress taking off . Polite had that work ethic that most don't have now a days.. I'm a Laborer myself I know I hard worker when I see one

From the moment Art picked up the phone, nothing but professional. He came out that same day personally to my place to look at my car and knew exactly what to do. The following day my car was fixed on a Saturday no less. Extremely reasonable prices and service. I will do business with him for many years for all my car needs. I recommend him to everyone and I hope those who read this believe that he is the real deal. Thank you, Art, no more bus riding for me. Helped me 6 months later with some spark plug and engine coil replacement. Fair price and great service and again on a Saturday. Keep up the great Art work you are awesome.

Failed to show up for an appointment and when they finally contacted me to say they were coming they ask for a $45 fee that wasn't disclosed in the first call, definitely unreliable

Not sure what is up with the negative reviews. Art has always been reliable, trust worthy, and on point every time I needed him. Prices are always fair too. I've used him over the past couple years and he will continue to be my go-to mobile mechanic.

Waited 2 days the first time & got charged $65 for a blown fuse. That lasted only 2 days & called him again & waited another 3 days for him to show. Then he went straight for a new starter without running a test for anything else , like a short in the starter relay, & tried to get to me for way more than a new starter from Auto Zone which he said he was going to buy it??? Sent him on his way…. Do not advise you call this fella‼️‼️‼️

I live in Ohio, my son has my car down there. He was having car issues and Art’s went out to replace an alternator that we thought was the problem. When he got there found it was a fuse issue on battery. Fixed the issue and didn’t lie about anything and we didn’t need an alternator. Very honest and my son will only be using this company from now on! Thanks so much for the honesty.....

We were having issues with our battery after the winter storm that rolled through Texas. We had replaced the battery on our own, but it wouldn't hold a charge and we feared the worst with the alternator. They quoted us a steep price because the part was on the expensive side. When they came out to look, they found that the bolts weren't holding right on the battery, tightened them, and made sure our battery was working fine. Lo and behold, that was the only issue. They charged us strictly for the fee to come out and to reshelve the part, and all in all, it was hundreds of dollars cheaper than if they had just replaced the alternator and called it a day. Amazing, professional and incredibly helpful. Will use again.

Terrible service. Showed up 3 hrs later than expected. States on the phone it’s a $45 service charge that goes toward repair. Once he was out here , he decides that the $45 doesn’t go toward the repair. When I tried to speak to him about the charge he went OFF!! Check the pics for his professionalism.

Art showed up and I explained to him exactly what I had been doing in trying to solve my fuel issue- and rebuilding my throttle-body. He found that I hadn't tightened the screws enough and it was throwing gas. We got that sorted and she started right up, without having to buy/shop/find any other parts- whew! Once she was running, he realized all of the blowback from bad rings was cutting the o2 to the engine. But that's fine, she does run better now, and knowing exactly what's up is well worth the price. I'll take care of her, and run her into the ground, sell her to a scrap yard and move to Puerto Rico! Thanks Art- 100% recommended. Tell him Andrew sent you. :)

Art has been my mechanic for almost 10 years! He has always been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the needs of my vehicles. He replaced the brakes on my car yesterday and he exceeded my expectations yet again. He takes his job seriously and I highly recommend him to anyone. And the best part is... he will come to you! At home, office, wherever!

Art has some bad business ethics,first of all he can rarely make it on time or scheduled day. He collected a fee for coming and looking at the truck, and scheduled it for repairs for a Friday @ 12:30. On Friday, he texted that he had some sort of helper problem and would have to be there on Saturday @ 12:30, he came at 1pm on Saturday and forgot some jack he needed he left and returned at 2pm. He came to do a job for a clutch and flywheel for the truck with a helper . It rained for about 15 minutes, he stopped and then continued when the rain stopped. The parts were brand new, he was not able to use the flywheel it seemed to be some sort of manufacture defect, this may have been possible, I really don't know. We came to an agreement about the extra time and work because the flywheel and starter did not fit together, he first mentioned maybe buying a new starter, I asked wouldn't the problem still exist if it was the wrong size to start. He then explained that he could not wait to see if we could go get the part at a different place. We agreed on a price at the end and he would take the old flywheel to get resurfaced it would cost me a little more for him to take it . We agreed if this was done the price was going to go up. We agreed on the day and the amount it would cost. He took the old flywheel leaving the new one in the truck, and the dismantled driveshaft. He texted me the day he was to return with the resurfaced flywheel that he would need to charge double because his helper quit . I asked for the flywheel back , he returned with the flywheel but did not want to give it back, he then called 911 when I went to get the flywheel from where he was showing it to me, he became very upset that I wanted the flywheel. We were going to allow him to finish the job, but he did not seem to want that flywheel out of his vehicle. The police came and We got the flywheel, he took his jack stands, and good riddance. I do not know what he was up to , but I would think twice before using this mechanic. The parts were recommended by Art himself. Wow.. his responses should tell you what type of business man Art is.

I found Art on line. After speaking to him on the phone I knew he was reliable. He called to let me know he was on his way. Arrived on time, ready to fix my problems. He finished the work and left my driveway as clean as it was when arrived. Art is a great guy and knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone needing auto repair.

I found Art online. He was very knowledgeable. Went out of his way to come fix my car on a VERY HOT Sunday. Very professional and courteous. Did run 30 minutes late but texted me to let me know. Great communication. Diagnosed the problem right away and called around to find me the best price on parts. He even went to the auto parts store to pick the parts up for me. Priced VERY reasonably. Did a fantastic job and got me on my way. 5 stars are not enough. Telling all my friends about Art.

NEVER SHOWED UP!!! I set a appointment for Friday at 1 I waited till 2 never showed up or even called me to say he wouldn't be able to make it I called again the same day like 3 times no answer I finally let it go after my husband said stop calling he is not coming. You would think they would call you to a least reschedule. I won't be calling him again. I Never ONCE CANCEL WHY WOULD SOMEONE WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE WHO IS SO RUDE IN THE REVIEW RESPONSE!!!!! LAIR YOU DIDNT ANSWER YOUR PHONE NOT EVEN TO LET ME KNOW YOU WOULDN'T BE COMING !!!!!!!!!!!! IF I DIDNT HAVE MONEY TO FIX MY CAR I WOULDN'T HAVE CALLED YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!!! I PAID ABOUT 1200$ CASH AND IT DIDNT HURT MY POCKETS SO IT WAS YOUR LOSS NOT MINE!!!!!!!

This was the worst mechanic experience I've ever had. 4 appointments and he only made 1. He was unwilling to maintain any schedule. Changed price on me without any real explanation. Just an awful experience. Save your money and time. Edit to respond to poor attitude owner: Art, cmon man you're a grown man why act like a child? Learn how to keep a schedule, take constructive criticism and be an adult. How could someone possibly go 4 years without registration? Why lie about that? Yes we did have 4 appointments and you just never showed up. I did pay you for the 1 appointment you did make so obviously I have money for repair. Grow up Art. I really feel like you can learn from this and not be an awful businessman. I hope you find your way!
