Arturo’s is great! I went to them a few months ago because the wait time was significantly shorter than other places. Now I’ve taken my car to them a couple more times because they’re fast, friendly, and super fair on price. They did some serious work too—new rear main seal, fixed a big coolant leak and a transmission fluid leak, and replaced/greased my wheel bearings. Most recently, I swung by and they helped me remove a steering dampener that I couldn’t get out for the life of me. I picked it up a couple hours later and they didn’t charge me for it. Overall, really great people and you won’t beat the prices!

Awesome shop with a great owner. I feel incredibly lucky to have found Arturo's. I've brought my car in twice now for a variety of different things like breaks, suspension and basic maintenance (oil changes, spark plugs etc). Each time the shop has been transparent, communicative, fast- not to mention fair and reasonable prices. They will patiently answer your questions, show you what's wrong and tell you if a recommended repair can wait a bit. If you like shopping small and local- bring your car to Arturo.

Great service, very timely and excellent communication. Very trustworthy folks, who speak multiple languages for all residents of LoHi and Denver. Had all brakes and rotors done in the past, this time i got an oil change and other services that the dealership would have charged way more for. I will be going back as they are very close and do a great job for a great price.

This morning (6/6/2024) while driving down 38th, I ran over some sort of very heavy object and immediately heard a scraping sound. I immediately started shaking with anxiety as I needed to get to work for a very busy day. The universe was on my side, though! I was fortunate enough to see Arturo outside his shop. I pulled in and asked him if he could help me. Not only did he immediately get under my car, he took the damaged undercarriage off my car within minutes and AT NO CHARGE. He is my hero! I will definitely go back to his shop to have my cover replaced. People like Arturo are a rarity these days. Friendly, professional, and so generous. Thank you so much, Arturo!!

I loved the frequent and open communication while I was at work and they had my car. Sent me pictures of my filters instead of just telling me I needed to replace so I could see their condition. All services and quoted services were a reasonable price. I'll be returning for sure!

I brought my Nissan rogue in that had AWD, ABS, and general warning light errors. Arturo’s was able to fix it in timely fashion and recommended some other fixes as well: oil leak from cv axel seal transmission fluid flush as well! They have Great customer service, they communicated with me via text and sent me pictures and videos to have me approve of them to fix it. Got it all done and the car is working great! Highly recommend them!

I stumbled upon this shop after my car died suddenly in a parking lot. AAA couldn’t start my car so I had to urgently get it towed somewhere. Working with Arturos has been a massive relief especially as a young woman, demographic who infamously gets ripped off by shops. I have been back since and will make them my go to shop. They are efficient, transparent and fairly priced. They are easy to schedule with, help me understand what things are wrong and I overall cannot recommend them enough. The only interesting part is their parking so be aware that it is right after a bend and hugging the street. There is also street parking though which is nice :)

I wouldn't recommend using Arturo's Shop. I took my car in for new brakes last June. A few weeks later, the brakes started to squeak. I called them several times and while the were willing to try and service the vehicle again, I felt like the car should have been repaired correctly the first time. Last week, I took the vehicle in again with the same brake issue and they couldn't find anything wrong. I'm so confused why they can't stop my brakes from squeaking. The problem still persists today and I'm at a loss. I don't think they are skilled in auto repair.

Thought I was giving my business to a local and honest shop. Came in for brake pad replacement, was quoted a cost, and went and grabbed lunch. Upon returning from lunch to pick up my car, I found out they had replaced various other things in my car without my knowledge or permission. Claimed they tried to call me. I was literally down the street and had full cell service. They didn’t call. And you certainly don’t perform additional work without the customers permission. I won’t be back!
