I only and always take my car to Ashland Tire & Auto. The service and professional support is beyond exceptional each and every time. This past weekend was no exception. I had a flat tire. Jose answered the phone and said we are closing in 30 minutes- bring it in. In less than 15 minutes, the nail was removed and the puncture was repaired - AT NO CHARGE, since I purchased the tires here. I almost cried I was so relieved and shocked by the courtesy and kindness. Thank you for being outstanding in every way!

Twice now my car has had a tire leak due to a nail and twice now the guys here couldn't have been more quick, efficient, and helpful in getting it patched. It's now become my go to place for oil changes and anything else. Highly recommended

We've been coming here for ~10 years and STILL get surprised with how great they are. Today was yet another positive experience here. They recently replaced two tires, one of which had a slow leak which we assumed was an installation issue. Lo and behold, it had a nail in the tire I didn't see. Fixed it in 10 minutes, no charge, on our way. Great customer service, fast, friendly. A+

This is our go to mechanic. Everything from oil changes, belts, bearings, tires, etc. I recently needed a new battery and they took me the same day, it was done within 30 minutes, and the battery price was about 17% below MSRP.

Came in here for a wheel alignment after getting new tires and wheels, and my steering ended up being even more misaligned.

Best garage in Chicago. Super fair prices and they go out of their way to help you out. Was immediately told a part I went in to replace was under warranty and to hit the dealership. Saved me $600 at least. Oil change price is the lowest I’ve encountered. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Just went here for the first time and had great service. Car had a flat tire and the sensor was busted. Took it in, in the morning, and was in and out in 20 min. Very friendly, trustworthy and reasonable crew.

These guys are amazing! I had a flat on my German car and thought I would be pushed in replacing at least one, most likely 2 tires, due to this all wheel requirements. They patched up my tire and sent me on my way for less than 30 bucks and within an hour despite them being really busy. I'm always coming back to these guys for any tire issues.

This place was recommended to me by Rockwell Auto Clinic and they did a great job. My tire was losing air pressure when I brought it into Ashland Tire & Auto. They diagnosed and fixed the issue (it turned out to be a nail) in less than 20 minutes after I walked in and charged a super reasonable price. Definitely recommend their services!

They replaced my turbo charger in my buick encore, and did it for a reasonable cost. I definitely recommend this auto shop. I've lived in Chicago for 2 years now, and have been to 3 other repair shops. Ashland Tire was recommended by several Chicagoans on the neighborhood app, so I went there, based on their recommendations. I will definitely use Ashland Tire & Auto for future repairs. They were also very efficient.

I highly recommend Ashland Tire and Auto. We traveled to Chicago from Kansas to visit my Son. Upon arriving in Chicago we heard very loud noise from the left front wheel well area. My Son recommended we take it to Ashland Tire & Auto repair first thing Saturday morning. Upon arriving at the shop they told me they were booked until Wednesday. I asked if it was possible to at least look at to see if it was safe to travel back to Kansas on Monday. I received a phone call 2 hours later telling me that it was fixed and ready to pick up. They explained the noise and even fixed it at no cost (Bolts on Brake calipers one fell off and the other was loose). They wanted to make sure we made it back to Kansas safely. I cannot say enough about my experience. The best customer service I've ever received.

My first visit at Ashland Tire and Auto was a great one. I came for a second opinion on some issues my Jeep Commander was having. They gave the Jeep a once over, documented things they noticed, and essentially saved me a huge chunk of money on things that another shop told me that I needed. I’m over the moon happy and they have earned a customer for life!! Thank you guys! You’re all awesome!!!!

Super helpful and wonderful customer service. My car was not doing well recently and they checked it out, gave me the bad news, answered all my questions, and didn't charge me for any of it. They also kindly let me leave my car in their garage for a few days until someone offered to take my car. Over the last few years, they've also been great with doing other maintenance and kindly explaining everything. I definitely recommend them to others!

I don't know anything about cars and trust Ashland Tire & Auto to give me the facts. Although I'd been coming here in the 2000s, I'd been going somewhere closer to my office the last few years. After a bit of drama at the other place, I decided to have a second opinion with the Ashland folks and OMG I'm so glad I did. The mistake the other place made could have had really bad consequences and I won't be making the mistake of leaving Ashland Tire & Auto again. Thanks, guys!

Ken and his team are wonderful. I needed a run flat tire after a puncture and they ordered one for me that same afternoon. After the tow truck dropped us at the shop, the crew hopped to work and replaced the tire within minutes. Great experience!

Tire had recurring low pressure. Took it in, they fixed it in 15 minutes - had a nail they patched. It’s been a week and I haven’t had to fill up the tire again! Cost $35. Very quick and helpful.

Very frustrated and disappointed by this auto shop. They did a full inspection of my car and it had various problems (tires, struts, etc.), nothing on the inspection said I needed a new battery or alternator. I agreed to all of the work being done, and while it was in the shop they claimed that the battery kept dying. Although I didn’t think I needed a new battery, I agreed for them to add it on anyways. All in all, the car was “fixed” 3 grand later and I picked it up. It ran well for 2 days, until all of the sudden the car died and I was in the middle of nowhere Wisconsin. I had it towed back to the shop (because they said they would fix the problem) only to have the quote me another $1k for a new alternator AND the cost of labor. It was so ridiculous, and they wouldn't even acknowledge the fact that they had just spent 3 days working on my car. It was just a “coincidence” the alternator gave out days after they were messing with the battery. (The alternator was totally fine on the inspection). Anyways, I would highly recommend staying away from this shop unless you want to get scammed.

Why should you buy your tires here? I had a slow leak in a tire and they fixed it at no charge and even took care of a small unrelated issue while they were fixing the tire. Good service still exists!
