Don’t trust these mechanics for repeat business. Every time you spend thousands of dollars, all of a sudden they tell you that you need to come back for more work. So I purposely took a brand new repaired vehicle there to test them out, they lied and said they replaced a part and the part had been previously replaced before I arrived. They are professional scammers!

Asian auto is an honest shop. We were stranded in Houston after a soccer game heading back to San Antonio. Asian auto was able to replace our alternator and get us back on the road two hours later. They stayed late on a Saturday and were so hospitable and helpful. I price checked how much they charged me and my mechanic said I was not only lucky to have found them, but to have found an honest shop. Thanks again guys!

I googled this place and based on the reviews, I decided I would take my Honda to get some leaks fixed. I am so glad I happened to find this place. They have EXCELLENT customer service. Mr. Can was very honest with what needed to be done on my car and went over and beyond for the labor and pricing. I would recommend this place to anyone!! You won't be disappointed.

avoid this shop at all costs! First of all, the guy is European and knows nothing about Asian cars. The owner is blatantly racist against Black and minority people. Today, I found the shop on Google and decided to drive there, despite my car having some minor issues. When I arrived, the shop was open, but no one was around, so I decided to wait. While I was waiting, someone pulled up next to my car and immediately started yelling at me, assuming I was there to steal something simply because I am Black or a minority. This reflects his deeply ingrained mindset—hostile and prejudiced—jumping to conclusions without any justification. Without me saying a single word, he jumped out of his car and began accusing me of various things. Initially, I had no idea who he was, so I asked if this was an Asian repair shop, but he continued his aggressive, hostile, and condescending behavior. His attitude was completely unprovoked and unjustified, and it was clear that his actions were rooted in deep-seated racism and bias. It was as if he couldn't fathom the idea that a Black person or someone from a minority background could be there for legitimate reasons. Feeling deeply disrespected and unwelcome, I decided to leave. I don't need to subject myself to that kind of garbage. It's shocking and disheartening to encounter such blatant racism and hostility, especially in a professional setting where one should expect a basic level of respect and courtesy. This owner's behavior was not only unprofessional but also morally reprehensible. No one should have to endure such treatment, and I strongly advise against using this shop. It's not just about poor customer service; it's about an environment steeped in racial prejudice and hostility. There are plenty of other repair shops where you will be treated with the respect and dignity you deserve, regardless of your race or background. Supporting businesses that uphold such discriminatory attitudes only perpetuates these harmful behaviors. In conclusion, avoid this shop at all costs. The owner's racist and aggressive behavior makes it clear that this is not a place where minorities or anyone seeking fair and respectful treatment should go. Spend your money where you will be valued and respected as a customer and as a person.

Update: These guys are awesome. I came in for an oil change, they noticed my car wasn't blowing cold air. I just thought it blew cool air bc of the hot temperature in Houston. They informed me of the issue, what needed to be done and told me the cost. I was ok with it. They added the freon and now I'm driving around Houston with cold air. Other places I went to, never said anything about the cool air. I will continue to come here:-) Always nice and professional. They do a great job. I always recommend them for car repairs.

I WILL NEVER BRING MY BMW BACK HERE,TRYING TO SAVE A FEE BUCKS,NOW IM HAVE TO SPEND MORE,WHEN I DROPPED MY CAR OFF IT WAS FINE,NO DAMAGES,NOW MY ARM REST IS MESSED UP N THE GUY WHO WORKED ON IT SAID HE DIDNT DO IT,AND THE OWNER THINK IM LYING.PLEASE TAKE PICS OF YOUR CAR BEFOFE YOU LEAVE IT THEM.

Had to drive for a driving test at the dps but i didnt have my front license plate installed on my front bumper and i didnt have my tools with me So i went there and kindle asked them to put my license plate up, surprisingly owner insist charging me for $20… it was literally just screwing it to my bumper, i get that they are running a business but $20 for a license plate install? :) Im a technician too and i have never charge someone for something so simple.

Been to Asia Auto Care on and off for over a decade. These guys always try to help you save money and give you a great deal. Mr. Can and Lem are a great duo as managers and mechanics and always have good vibes with them. They deal with a lot of stress (I've seen the customers) yet they always try their best to be cheerful and professional. Keep up the great work guys!

I called and spoke w/ Ken in regards to needing a water pump repaired .. he was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. hung up in my face and all .. i wouldn’t EVER waste my time going here due to sorry customer service.

I have been taking my vehicle here for almost a decade! Speak to Mr. Ken and he will tell you straight forward what is wrong with your vehicle from most important to least important along with the price range and can repair your car in a professional and timely manner with great customer service! I recommend any and everyone in Houston and outside of Houston that is looking for honest repaire work to go here!

I paid over 1600 and these people said they took care of whatever was causing my check engine light and now my car is not allowing coolant to circulate to the engine. Now they want me to spend 180 to try another solution. I feel they don't know about Cadillacs and wanted to experiment on my car. I'll never use them again. Apparently they know foreign cars not domestic.

On 3/26/22 I visited Asia Auto care and asked if they would be able to diagnose my 2007 Chevy Malibu's air conditioner. They said they could. They told me that I needed to replace the A/C hoses. They told me it would be $600 with labor and adding Freon. I agreed and they did the work. They showed me how well it worked and I was happy. A few weeks later I noticed that it wasn't working as well. Because of my own situation, I was not able to take it back. End of May, I stored my car in my garage for two weeks. Upon my return, it was apparent that the air conditioner did not cool at all. I was able to take my car to a different shop. They stated that my hoses need to be changed again. So that could only mean that the hoses Asia Auto Care installed were only valid for 3 months or they never changed them. I'm waiting for this new shop to tell me if it appears that the hoses were changed or not.

Towed my Mazda Miata there, and after much struggle getting it off the tow in front of them, they told me that they couldn't fix it. They never looked at it or asked me what was wrong with it. I had to get another tow and haul it elsewhere.

Very thankful to the team at Asia Autocare for working so thoroughly and diligently on my 2016 Nissan. I had a serious electrical issue that was difficult to troubleshoot but ultimately Asia Autocare took care of it!
