I am from out of town. Called several places to see if anyone of them could work on my ram promaster. I received several excuses, from not sure to maybe to yes but we're busy. I called Asian and could tell they were a honest and customer friendly shop. I was told to bring it in and we can fix it. It was diagnosed quickly.I had a quote within hours and it was repaired by the next day. I am a mechanic and very impressed with their honesty and excellant service. The vehicles today are very complex and diagnosing them is sometimes difficult. I reccomend highly Aisian imports for all of your repairs. You can be assured you will get great service.

This was my first time at Asian Imports in Summerlin and the experience was pleasant, efficient, and fast. I left with a new car battery within a few hours of calling them. There was a lot of corrosion on my old battery. They cleaned up the corrosion and installed a new battery while I waited. The estimate they gave me on my initial call was the same as the final cost. I'll be going back for regular maintenance on my Subaru.

Half the price Lexus dealership wanted to charge for my seal replacement. Job finished as estimated at time of appointment. Still wrapping my head around labor cost for a $60 part, but very pleased with service and professionalism Asian Imports provided. Definitely would recommend to my friends and family.

Price was high, service was sub par. Communication was good. Financing was nonexistent and they will not work with you or negotiate anything. Didn’t even fix all my issue so I won’t be back and don’t recommend anyone else goes there.

Asian Imports is awesome! Jim was so helpful and kind and made this whole process of getting my car fixed very stress free. The dealer originally had told me I needed a lot more work done but Asian Imports was able to fix my problem in a much simpler and cheaper way and helped me avoid replacing parts the dealer wanted to replace when they didn’t need to. Definitely would bring all my future needs here!

I really trust the integrity and professionalism exhibited at Asian Motors. I had a minor repair needed on the undercarriage plastic engine shield which they did an an intermittent squeal which despite driving and stopping for a half hour they couldn’t recreate. They did their best and I haven’t heard it either since I took it in. Their charge was lower than quoted as they couldn’t find a problem. They are outstanding. Update 9/20/24: I brought my 2017 Lexus LS460 in for its 50,000 mile service and as always the service was excellent. Asian Motors has never disappointed me. Their prices are very fair and their expertise/performance outstanding. They even checked the tire pressure in the spare tire.

The team absolutely goes above and beyond every time I go have work done on my vehicle. Prompt service at the front desk, quick repairs, and fair prices for parts and labor. Also not to be overlooked are how well their staff treats their customers. I’ve witnessed them help elderly customers orchestrate rides home, and saint-like patience while explaining the work order breakdown to guys like me.

We are new to the Summerlin/LV area. Arriving here, we had an issue with our Infiniti SUV. Being new and finding Asian Imports, we were VERY satisfied/impressed with their business/seevice. It quick, honest, and VERY professional. In dealing with Carol on the phone, and face/face her customer service was second to none!!! I would recommend this Company without hesitation to anyone who needs car servicing in the LV area!!

I brought my son’s Acura TSX to Asian Imports because they specialize in Honda vehicles. They were able to tell me exactly what the problem was and they were honest about the cost. They gave me a print out of all the systems good and bad. They didn’t try to get me to do the repairs, actually did the opposite. And I truly appreciated the honesty. A lot of what I was told, I already knew to be true. They didn’t try to add any extras. They are on the expensive side, however they are honest and do qualify work.

Overall feeling is overpriced 160$$$$ Just to run the diagnostic I end up paying $600 total and now the check engine light is off. Wow!
