I have my Cadillac oil change and I requested to check what else need to be done because the last time I was at Cadillac dealership they are giving me a long list stuff that is need to be done. But this place Asian imports tells me that my car is in good shape nothing needs to be done except oil change. So far my experience is excellent. I will recommend this place in southwest valley (Jones blvd and maule ave).

Been twice now. Both times I was treated with a friendly professional attitude. Both times they did a thorough inspection of my car and contacted me quickly with all issues found. Every item included an estimate for the fix and the option to address it or not. Both times the work was done on time at the agreed price and the price was fair. Communication throughout was solid both times. Think I found my new mechanic. Thanks guys job well done!

Took my car for routine service and to check on my alarm system that wasn’t working. The alarm repair was out of my price range on original visit so didn’t get it fixed….a week later my car was stolen!…coincidence?? Idk.

Asian imports is an awesome place my son was stranded in Las Vegas from New Jersey and these guys bailed him out quickly and fairly got him back on the road I highly recommend them super cool guys to deal with thank you guys for all your help

I’ve taken 2 cars here and had a variety of repairs. Overall have had good service. Recent experience not so good though. They recommended power steering pump to be replaced - after it was replaced noise was worse. I let them know and they replaced pump again. And whine/noise is still louder than it originally was. I’m more upset they didn’t check noise after first replacement and even second replacement. I would have expected them to check and make sure problem was addressed. Very friendly people there but I won’t be going back to this place. Wasted my money for a repair that didn’t fix problem and they were not proactive in checking to see if repair fixed problem.

This is a shop you can actually depend on to give you the same great service and great repairs and great prices, every time. I have used all three of their locations and never been disappointed. I really like that they can text me all of the information I need as far as any services or repairs, with pictures. I like being able to take my time look at it and then decide what I want done and what I don’t. Then I just sign it, and it’s a click away from getting back to the shop and my car being Serviced and repaired per my authorization. Absolutely phenomenal.

Erwin at Asian Imports saved me when I was about to melt in the Nevada heat. The Subaru dealership said they needed 5 days to get the condenser needed to repair my Subaru's air conditioning. Five days in the middle of summer! Erwin called around and found a condenser, had it delivered, and installed it all in one day, for less than the dealership would have charged! Thank you, Asian Imports!

Excellent customer service. Our family usually use the Henderson location, but were referred to this location to get in sooner. The team was informative and honest. The invoices and photos were professional and actually understandable. Would recommend to any owner of an Asian import vehicle!

I brought in a 740i BMW with air conditioning failed. They charged me $500 to put freon in it it's lasted 2 weeks. I brought it back there which they made me wait three days to get it back in I had no air conditioning and 120° weather and then they kept it for 2 days and then they told me they can't fix it they don't have the right computer it's in the dash they don't know what's going on all that should have been told me a month ago when I could have gotten this done properly and they charged me over $500 when they were doing that they supposedly uncovered something else that they charged me $2,500 on mostly labor and I'm not sure if the same things are going to have to be taken apart to fix this air conditioning to whatever they did should have been done when the air conditioning's done because it's going to be all apart it was a total far $3,000 and I got a broken car and it's cost me over a month of dealing with them total joke

I’m went to Asian Imports because any appointment I could make with my dealer was far out on the calendar. I went in for an estimate, which I thought would be folded into the cost of the repair if I had them do it. Not the case. They just waive the fee for the estimate—$160 in my case. When I complained that was unclear when the work for the estimate was started, he said he’d still waive the fee and and do something else for me in addition, which came to $40 off the labor. In the end, the repair was right around the same price as the dealership. I consider myself lucky. Their office air was out and it was really hot, especially for older customers. I hope they get a fan for the office as a standby. I’m very happy so far with the work that was done.

My breaks were squeaking bad .So i went into the Asian Imports Plus on Maule Ave in the southwest since its close to my house and give them shot. I dealt with Edwin he was cool checked out my car Gave me a fair price to replace the rotors and break pads..car working just fine now... will give them my business from now on since I'm never happy after getting jerked around at United Nissan dealership... bonus they are close to my house I can walk there to pick up my car...

My son has gone to Asian imports in the past but I went in for an oil change recently since not under Toyota warranty anymore. I will begin using Asian imports in the future. They were able to adjust my wheel light which kept going on and off. I would fill the air maybe every 2 months and was previously told by tire places it was probably the sensor chip in the wheel. It’s working perfect now. But the best part of Asian imports is Irwin and his staff. He’s very personable, relaxed and customer oriented, always pleasant to talk to and definitely someone i can trust. I really feel the mechanics and Irwin are all trustworthy and that’s what’s really important. Someone you can trust to work on your car , for maintenance, small or major issues and they work on it honestly, efficiently and with reasonable prices. Thank you Asian Imports and Irwin!
