Absolute scam artists who will charge your mother $200 for an oil change if you let them and then not even change the oil. This garage is the definition of the scams you're told to avoid when seeking help for a vehicle. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

After getting in a car accident Tatiana got me a tow truck after hours and a safe ride home. My Tacoma was taken care of by Kevin and the rest of the mechanics. They communicated with me through the whole process. Definitely recommend them for your auto needs!

I don't know what happened to this place but 0/10 I would not recommend at this point. I had an issue with the battery in my truck, had to have it towed to Aspen, and they worked on it for about 2 days. The short of it was the battery when dead, when it was jumped it was jumped backwards, which caused a lot of electrical issues, etc. They worked on the truck for 2 days and charged me almost $800. When I picked the truck up they told me the "replaced a main fuse and the truck is SAFE TO DRIVE". When I started the truck there were still both maintenance lights on, my CD player/deck didn't work, and my tire pressure gauges still didn't work. I went back in and spoke with the front desk person, who was busy texting away at their phone, and asked him if they still thought it to drive. He said yes. I asked if he would drive it on a 900+ mile road trip with these lights still on. He said yes. I even came in the next morning AGAIN, before leaving on the the road trip, to ask if they still think it was ok to drive. They said yes. Sadly, they were wrong. We somewhat fine for awhile but went in to "limp mode" after some time. Up until that time we figured out we had no heat, in the Rocky Mountains in Oct, and they didn't even take the time to check all the fuses when they charged $400 just to do the "inspection". After the truck broke down, and having it towed, it looks like all they did was replace one 15A fuse, the TCIS fuse (I think). Either way, I paid $800 for them to not fix my truck, and honestly made the whole situation worse as I would have paid any amount of money just to have the truck working and to be safe on the road trip. No one cared at this place, which is sad because it didn't always used to be that way. Maybe they thought I was from out of town so they could screw me? I'm not sure but either way it stinks and I hope they can correct the issue and stop ripping people off. Mechanics already have a bad rap as it is, it sucks that this place is adding to the sentiment.

Tatiana’s service on my Toyota Tundra was fantastic! She was super professional and communicated through the whole process. She even assured I got my truck back in time so I could be at work the next day! Definitely recommend her and her team!

The lady in the office was great. Without her saying something there is no telling how many foul words the gentleman at the front counter could say. My paperwork misspelled my last name. Not a happy camper.

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. I had to have my car towed to them on a Saturday and after talking with them on Monday, it was completely repaired and ready by Tuesday. They truly do excellent work, my car runs perfect. I was impressed so definitely deserving of 5 stars.

When my car died I had it towed to Aspen Auto to have it repaired. I have been to the Tutt location and always had a great experience, so I had high hopes for this place too. Before I even arrived I spoke with Tatiana (sp?) and she immediately took all my anxiety and tossed it out the window by reassuring me that they would take care of it. Her team did a great job finding all sorts of safety recalled parts and determined that a recalled part was the cause. She armed me with all the info I needed to have the dealership fix me up. Unfortunately I can’t give Hyundai five stars, and after 6 or so weeks of fighting a losing battle I decided to have my car repaired by Tatiana and her team. Right from the start she was informative and thorough and quite patient with me and my 20 questions about everything. They did a great job documenting each step (with pics!) and together we made a plan to keep my new engine running at its best! If you ever need any kind of work from oil changes to engine replacement, go talk to Tatiana at Aspen Auto Clinic, tell her Ray sent you and bring her a snickers (we all know she deserves it!)

Great experience! They were able to get my car in quickly when I realized that my brakes were in bad shape. They communicated with me every step of the way, let me know what was going on, when they expected to be able to complete the work, and how much it would cost. Wonderful service all around. I have been coming to this location for service on my vehicle for 9 years. Today was a horrible experience. I was not greeted upon walking in the propped open door. I had to wait for 5 minutes or so before being acknowledged. The female employee was busy with other duties. I was not spoken to until a tech walked in office and let the front office employee know I was there. I scheduled an oil changed for am via the company's website. I stated I had an appointment at 7:30am for an oil change. She continues to ask me if I want additional service and that there was only one tech and telling me about the wait time. I informed her that I only wanted an oil changed and I had an appointment that I scheduled on the company's website on 7/11and would be waiting for my vehicle. Are you not able to see what appointments are scheduled for the day? Every other person that walked into the business was greeted. This experience was extremely disappointing to me!! I was told that my documents for today's visit would be emailed to me by the female employee, yet I have not received them. Do not send them now. Hopefully my next experience will be better when or if I return to the is establishment.

Taking my car to Aspen Auto Clinic (Union) was a great choice. I brought my personal car for servicing as well as a potential new vehicle purchase for a pre-purchase inspection. I was pleased with the thoroughness of both inspections and would definitely go back to Aspen Auto Clinic in the future. Tatiana was very kind and patient with me and walked through all the inspection results.

The people are Aspen Auto are terrific. They’re detailed in their diagnostics and they include pictures of everything they see that needs attention. They tell you what things needs immediate attention and what things too can be put off but to watch out for. We’re had our battery swapped out after serious corrosion and they got us in right away for a one day turn around. They sent out coupons in the mail and we forgot to bring it when we paid. We called after hours when we realized our error and they still answered the phone AND honored the coupon over the phone with a refund, which was a major sigh of relief for our family as repairs are very expensive. Thank you Aspen Auto SO MUCH! you’ve consistently earned our trust and business as long as we live in this area.

I moved down to Co Springs a couple years back and have needed a decent mechanic. When my car started acting up in a way that exceeded my (very) limited abilities to resolve, I brought it to these guys. They were kind, understanding, and did a detailed inspection explaining everything that needed done, and the urgency of it. Based on the age and cost of the vehicle, I was able to determine it just wasn't worth fixing, but I was very impressed with the service. I will be returning in the future. Very satisfied.

Tatiana was great communicating and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. In my research pricing is fair and they often have coupons they send via text. Highly recommend

6/3/24: Had my car assessed for a trip soon, all good! I’ve been a customer for 8-9 years, the service was awesome as always. 3 Stars: I’m giving a 3 Star instead of my usual 5 Star due to the new chairs. I hardly ever wait for my car but today was a short service appt so I did. The gray chairs are nice looking but not comfortable at all and the side table is missing on which to place drinks, etc. Another customer waiting for his car complained about the chairs too, he said it now looks like a prison waiting room! I was thinking Drs office. The previous cushy chairs and side table were perfect, please bring those back!! /// Past 5 Star Review: Last week I got 4 new tires at Aspen Auto. My car rides much more smoothly now. Nate and the crew there are so kind and helpful. I'm so glad that they know me and my car needs going on 5 years now! Thank you, Aspen Auto for taking such great care of me/my car! Older 5 Star review: I've been a customer of Aspen Auto Clinic for 4 years. They are awesome. They have gone the extra mile again to make me and my old car (I call it my old dog) happy by filling tires with air when I brought it in with low tire questions and checking out the entire car when it was having starting problems recently. All at no cost because there was nothing wrong. Wow. I didn't expect that, I was prepared to pay some service charge if nothing was found of course. But nope! They are amazing and I know that I can relax and be assured that my car will be in good hands always. Also, I'm always so appreciative of their courtesy (no fee) in-house shuttle service to and from my home when my car has to stay in the shop for a long time. That is very helpful. The drivers are kind and great drivers and yes, I always tip the driver. That means so much. You all rock, Aspen!

Blown away with the amazing customer service! Took my vehicle in for them to find an intermittent problem with my engine and they found and fixed it. I couldn’t be happier with Christian and his exceptional customer service. Thorough, kind, and honest. Not enough space here to describe how top notch Aspen Auto Clinic is. I asked for a list of things they check for a certain inspection. Christian stuttered and refused to answer my question and asked me to go somewhere else. A company that refuses to be transparent should be looked at throughly.

I been very impressed with the honesty and thoroughness of the Union location. My truck had some very complex engine issues and they were very straight with me and took the time to really explain my options. The his type of honesty and integrity is incredible and worth every dime. Highly recommend!

Wow I got SOO ripped off here. Went in for an oil change but got the air filter replaced at the same time. Cost went from 53.20 to 127.25. was charged 30.00 for labor to replace an air filter I could have done. Then charged for shop supplies. I asked for tires to be aired and it was said they were fine. Hugh I'm still driving with the alarm on tires being low. I'm 66, disabled and low income and this was the happy holidays wish to me! Oh the desk guy is a real sweet talker so BEWARE. Can't get my money back but now I have to go somewhere else to see if oil change was even done because nothing else was done, and could have been included in labor charge to air my tires.30.00 for labor I've never been charged anywhere before. I'm not from here but I have found so many of theses repair shops that rip off women.

Excellent customer care! After getting our oil changed, my daughter dropped me off to pick up my car. The manager noticed that my daughters car 🚗 had its right brake light out & fixed it for free on the spot. Super nice!

I own an Land Rover Lr3. I took it here for diagnostics for my air suspension. They were super polite and super fast. I was almost impressed. They called with updates and asked permission to replace a battery because I was told they couldn’t do the diagnosing with a bad battery. At this point in my recounting, you must know it’s all downhill from here. The battery replacement was about $350 and the diagnostics were over $400. Needless to say that I was upset. It gets worse. They wanted to charge me over $6000 to replace the front 2 air suspension parts and the compressor. I didn’t get charged for the battery, and I declined the work. They didn’t replace the battery and the price of the work was out of the question. I picked up my vehicle and drove directly to Land Rover. Diagnostics there was only $209. The work that need to be done didn’t exceed $1500. The battery replacement would have been a little over $200 but I can do that myself. So I called Aspen to find out why the huge price difference. I was told “it’s because of the quality of work and the warranty .” I definitely wasn’t born yesterday. How are you able to justify charging more than the dealer for ANYTHING? I was told same equipment same programs same everything. Different prices. I’m steering clear of Aspen.

Oh my goodness…the customer service at Aspen is like it used to be. I was honestly shocked at how friendly, polite and helpful they were both on the phone when I scheduled and in person when I dropped the car off. Professional and knowledgeable, do yourself a favor and use them as your go to for all your auto needs. Plus…they’re local!!! Highly recommend “the bald guy” lol. Give him a raise, Aspen! He’s getting you return and unsold business!!!

So grateful for Aspen Auto Clinic. Brought my Ford Sport Trac in for HVAC problems at 7:00 am. They diagnosed and resolved the issue promptly and kept me informed of the progress throughout the day. Reasonably priced and excellent customer service! Highly recommend Ivan, Christian and the techs for their great work. Keep it up guys!

These crooks quoted me one price for an oil change, my wife a second price and charged us a third higher price. Then looking over their rates on all the "problems" they identified were well over market rates. And I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy they will screw you out of way more money then you actually need to spend.
