From being calmly greeted by the front desk, to the well-informed and detailed conversation with the service advisor, and even first-hand words with the shop foreman/technician who serviced my vehicle, every level of contact with Aspen Auto Clinic was handled in a kind and professional manner. Brad, Nate and the team at Aspen Auto Clinic are the real deal! They recently got me back on the road when my power steering failed during a snowstorm. They stayed late to make sure I could get back on the roads before weather conditions were too bad to drive in. They were great at communicating every step of the way and gave frequent updates on the status of the repairs. They even provide very detailed notes and photos of what the technicians find during their inspections which is a game changer in terms of both transparency and educating the driver on the process to repair the vehicle. It would be a nice touch to take this system a step further and provide photos of the new parts after they were replaced or repaired to see the completed work. They give accurate pricing estimates with taxes and fees included so you're not surprised by the final bill. I felt the prices were fair given they use quality parts that come with a warranty. I was able to take advantage of a promo they were running and took 10% off the repair saving me hundreds of dollars. No one wants to have their car in the shop, but anytime I find myself in need of a fix, I'll be using Aspen.

Aspen auto clinic is the only place I’ll take my care to be fix. All maintenance is guaranteed and the have great vip programs. The team has great customer service and they communicate about your car. They car about your vehicle and want to make sure you have a great experience! Highly recommend!

I have been with Aspen for years and am always pleasantly surprised with the improvement to their customer service and care. Most recently, Michael & Aspen assisted in inspecting a new vehicle before my purchase. The team went above and beyond to ensure that I was making an informed and educated decision. In addition, I was able to take care of all of my new-car-needs in their one-stop-shop. If you're looking for a mechanic who cares more about just the mechanisms of service, look to Aspen Auto Care. I'm a super busy teacher and single mom- I feel taken care of by Aspen and would trust my friends and family to their care.

These guys are terrific! I can't say enough about how positive an experience I had doing multiple 100k mile services on my 2015 Subaru Outback 3.6r. I think Aspen just made a lifetime friend. Please don't believe Y***'s low rating, because they only post negative reviews for free, unless the business in question pays hundreds of dollars per month for positive reviews to "surface". Sounds like extortion to me. You'll be very pleased with Mike, Brad and Michael at the Mark Dabling location, believe me.

I would highly recommend Aspen Auto Clinic. I was very happy with the service I received. They are professional, courteous and honest. Brad was thorough and fixed the issues and didn’t make claims that my car needed other things. They saved me tons of money compared to the estimate I received right before I decided to try Aspen Auto.

So, I get an outrageous estimate for repairs, which caused the insurance company to total my vehicle. Then, I got a second estimate and it was way less than what Aspen said. However, it was too late because the total decision was already made. This is not the first time we’ve received an over inflated estimate. Not happy about this, either.

With a job-move that has me driving from CSprings to NM frequently, Aspen Auto is my go-to to keep my truck safe and maintained -- they've been more than responsive when I need some maintenance or a fix on my tight to/from driving schedule! 2004 Sprinter Van It's great to find a local shop that is competent to work on Sprinters. They did a great job replacing the rack & pinion and addressing some maintenance issues got me back on the road very quickly! Check them out!!
