Absolutely a shity experience, I dropped my car off at Aspen Auto Clinic for a routine inspection. After it was finished, they informed me my keys would be in lock box 2. I arrived on Saturday to pick it up, and the code they provided to access the box didn't work, causing me to not get my keys and returning my vehicle. I called all the numbers provided and not one single ounce of support. As a result, here is am still without my vheicle trying to figure out how I'm gonna get to my job and find a way to get to their shop on monday to get my keys. This experience is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. I strongly advise against using Aspen Auto Clinic due to their lack of support and terrible customer services

Very respectful Personnel and took excellent care of my car! They use Lyft if you need to leave your car. Use lots of pictures to show you what's going on with your car.

I just moved here and had a list from my hometown agency of things I was going to need to fix. Mainly flushes and eventually brakes. Their quotes came in way over the agency but because I won’t be home for a few months I had them do 2 things. When I went to pick it up they tried to charge me $400 more than the quote they had given me and then said they would charge me what was quoted- like they were doing me a favor! They also said they found a leak and it would cost $6000 for them to replace a $12 gasket because it would take 22 hours of labor. ( $272/hr?) Apparently the agency missed this? I just felt overall I was being overcharged. Most upscale shops wash the car too but they don’t even though a car wash is next door. Won’t be back, there are too many other places to choose from.

The friendly and personable staff are very detailed with their assessment and recommendations. The mechanics are very thorough with their inspections. I've trusted them with my vehicles for many years and they've always given me the best service with their craftsmanship and honesty. I'll keep going to them for future repairs.

Started by getting an inspection there and they were very helpful with figuring out what I should do with my car and when. They give dealership quality car service with mom and pop quality customer service. Justin makes it super easy for me every time I go in!

The guys at Aspen Auto Clinic are amazing to work with. They’re honest about the what’s going on with your vehicle and do everything to get the best possible outcome. I have used them a few times and it’s been the same great service both times. Highly recommend them!

I was charge $30 dollars labor for less than 10 minutes work. That is $180 an hour. Then they didn't put the parts back together right and I had to drive back to the facility to have it corrected.

They advertised a free AC diagnosis so I made the appointment. When I arrived the guys behind the desk continued their conversation until they were finished as I waited and waited. Only to be told that they will NOT run a diagnosis on my AC because aftermarket freon had been added and that would mess up their machine. They didn't even look at it! I took time off work and drove across town for the worst customer service ever and no help whatsoever!! Horrible

I encountered issues with my 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe Hybrid 6.0L 8Cyl FULL HYBRID EV-GAS (FHEV) LFA Naturally Aspirated vehicle. The trouble began a few months after another repair shop replaced the hybrid battery. The car would shut off randomly while I was driving, which was alarming. Despite visiting multiple repair shops and the Chevy dealership, the issue remained unresolved. Fortunately, I came across Aspen Auto Clinic, which provided an excellent service experience. They diagnosed the problem by pointing out a hybrid battery issue and gave me the diagnostic codes and paperwork to replace the faulty hybrid battery under warranty. This solved the problem entirely, and I couldn't be more pleased. What's more, Aspen Auto Clinic also did a fantastic job servicing my 2014 Ford F-150 Tonka Edition truck. They replaced the Front CV Axle Shaft Assembly and front diff spider gear using OEM parts. I also had them perform a brake job. I highly recommend Aspen Auto Clinic for its expertise and overall excellent service.

I've been going to Aspen Auto for all my auto needs for a few years. They have always been very honest and courteous. Last year I was there getting an oil change, wipers replaced and turn signal bulbs replaced. As my car sat in the parking area, another customer backed up and hit my car breaking a tail light cover. Not only did Justin replace the tail light for free, everything else they did that day including 3 future oil changes was also no charge. Thanks again Justin!

Aspen Auto Clinic is really the home of expert service! They not only figured out what was wrong with my vehicle but got it repaired in the blink of an eye! The guys were all very professional, and I wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I highly recommend this shop!

I had an oil change and after we picked up the vehicle my wife noticed a slight tear in the seat. It was after hours for the shop so we called the next day. I notified the service manager and he said he would like to see it so we stopped by and he was more than willing to repair the tear. He called an upholstery shop near by and we set up a quick visit to get an estimate. The owner of the upholstery shop made a comment that he didn’t think the mechanics were responsible for the tear and that the leather seat had vinyl around the outer part of the seats. He said he has seen several of these seats have the same type of tear because of normal wear and tear. I notified the service manager and he said he would be more the glad to repair the seat as he earlier stated even after I told him what the upholsterer said. We split the cost and he has my upmost respect and appreciation.

Just want to say that after many visits to Aspen Auto thru the years, that the young man behind the counter, that always takes care of me, Justin, is indeed an asset to Aspen Auto. He is always professional, knowledgable, as well as kind and courteous and is a pleasure to deal with even when my bill is a punch in the gut! I am probably older than his mother, but if he were my son, I would be extremely proud. Kudos to the person that hired him!!

I was quoted nearly $17,000 for gen diag, suspension work, intake manifold, and a few other odds and ends on my old F-150. Thinking this was outrageous, I priced out parts myself and found that they were less than $4,000 total for factory OEM parts. Giving Aspen the benefit of the doubt and rounding up to $5,000 total still meant that they were charging more for labor than parts by a huge margin (nearly $12,000!). When I pointed this out to one of the managers and asked why the labor cost was so substantial, he essentially flippantly told me that I could just do it myself and come back later when I inevitably messed something up. I brought the truck to the Ford dealer with Aspen's diagnostic notes and they quoted me $8,000 for the same work. I have a handful of friends who have brought vehicles here and have stories very similar to this. I constantly see Aspen Auto receiving awards for their work, but I have never personally met someone who had a positive experience here.

Came here to get a second opinion about an expensive service that I was told I needed at another shop. They were kind enough to take a look at it and let me know I did not in fact need to replace the parts I was told were broken. They saved me a ton of money and got a new customer for life. We had gone to a shop for many years until they were sold and the quality and service went down hill. Heard about Aspen and decided to try them out. Very impressed with the service from Justin at the front desk! We will be taking all our vehicles there from now on. Thanks guys!

This place is great. I have been taking my grand Cherokee in for routine maintenance. I recently purchased a new Ram and they have been great with informing me of potential future problems with the vehicle as well as recommendations from the manufacturer.
