Marcos is terrible for business. Went to buy some wheels and tires they had advertised at $2,000 I get there after driving 2 hours and he tries to up charge to $2,500 for absolutely no reason. Terrible business.

This place consistently knocks it out of the park for me. I've been patronizing this shop long before the name change. It's the same friendly people working there. They are very efficient and save me my most valuable asset - my time. For the NC state inspection, I am usually in and out within 30 minutes! Granted, I purposely schedule this in the middle of the month and week. Even so, they do a great job of getting me in and out quickly.

I called for your price on the exact tire I wanted and you had the tire at the lowest price I had found so far. Not only that you got me in that same day at 1pm! My truck was up on the rack by 1:05 and you completed by 2 ! It can’t get any better than that! You exceeded my expectations across the board!

I have been a LONG time customer at Assurance. I do all my oil changes, inspections, tire replacements, and general maintenance with Assurance. Total honesty and excellent customer service. Shout out to the mechanics who are super dedicated and do the hard work keeping my Jeep safe and rolling! These people will take good care of you. Stop looking! Call Assurance. Awesome team! We live over an hour away from my daughter’s school and she got in car to find she had very little tire pressure. She googled and found Assurance Tire, drove there to find she had a nail in her tire. Ryan was very nice & concerned. He took care of her as he would his own. As a mom I appreciate his kindness and willingness to help. We will definitely be back and refer anyone else in the area to them. We give Ryan 10 stars!

I LOVE this service company. Twice now I have had an "emergency" - tire issues and this week - the WORST week of things happening at work and my battery about died. I limped into the facility at 7:20 in the morning - they open at 7:30 but Ryan, the manager that day, opened EARLY AND...can you imagine that - unlocking the place 10" EARLY? He welcomed me in at 7:20 and though I had NO APPOINTMENT he listened and assured me he would get it taken care of ASAP....AND HE DID. They were great to work with. And I was on my way within an hour and made it to my morning meeting literally ON TIME in spite of the car problem. They are an independently-owned facility by one of the original employees there and they CARE and treat you well. I can't thank them enough and recommend them HIGHLY. Deb Bailey

I recently had to replace my window motor at the service center and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The customer service was excellent, with quick and easy appointment scheduling. The staff was kind and caring, making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The service center proved to be a solid provider of service when I was in need. The features and benefits of the service were clearly explained to me. Overall, I highly recommend this service center for any car repairs or maintenance needs. Marie Vass

I have never in my life experienced better customer service than this week at Assurance Tire. The service manager, Matthew and his entire team are STELLAR! I have been going here for many years, and my car needed the 100K service and a few other things, including a brake check. Matthew gave me the shop truck as a loaner since my car was going to be there most of the day & it turned out the work was a bit more extensive and they needed my car longer. I was able to keep the loaner overnight and the next day Matthew REALLY went above and beyond with discounts and a free service for my “inconvenience” which wasn’t an inconvenience at all thanks to the loaner! Thank you to Matthew and all the crew at Assurance Tire, you have blown me away with the care and effort you took to keep this customer happy!

They responded to this review with they don’t have me in their database as a customer even though I’ve been there multiple times, which should highlight how much they lie. Each visit was sketchy and they will scam and overcharge you to get more money. The first two times I fell for it but by the third I wised up and haven’t been back.

We've been coming to this service center for 10 years. Always excellent service and reasonable prices. We live in Fuquay-Varina now, and we still come here. I recently had a holiday emergency and had to go somewhere local to home. Needless to say, it was not a job done well. I called Assurance, not wanting to go back to the same place that botched the job. They got me right in and resolved my issue. Thank you all for all you do!

I read some comments that weren't so great. And I read more that was great. I would like to say I been coming here for 3 years and had great service with having my car fixed here. Michelle and Matthew have always been very respectful and professional with me. I have not had any problems with any services. I hope my services continue to go well in the future.

This is not the same company that has these good reviews. Be warned they will likely try to scam you even for something as simple as a state inspection. Trying to upcharge you. I will never return here again! Hope the upcharge attempt was worth losing my future business. Enjoy! Responding to owners comment. My vehicle is properly maintained as I am a mechanic. I do not need you clowns to tell how to maintain my car. You were not there nor do you even know what this is pertaining to. I am merely warning others of a scam.

Emergency stop on our way back from Mountains and had a “bumping” tire. Employee, Ryan came out in the street (as we couldn’t fit in their parking lot with ton truck & LQ horse trailer) confirmed it had broken belts and on verge of popping, helped us change it in a flash, no questions and would not accept payment, so we tipped him well! Got us back on our way home to the Coast!!

I pulled in with my truck and trailer needing air in 2 of my tires. 1 valve stem needed an extension so, the guys grabbed one and filled my tires in 5 minutes. Went back in to see what I owed and the Manager said "No worries, have a great day" You don't find this kind of service very often these days. I will go back for tires in the future. Thanks guys!

I've purchase two sets of tires from Assurance Tire one set for a Toyota 4Runner as well as tires for a Lexus. I drop by again today to have a tire mounted that I had purchased previously. I can't say enough in regards to how professional courteous and prompt they are. In today's world it's extremely hard and getting harder everyday to find any business that puts the customer's experience as well as customer service first but for me that is exactly what my experience has been every time I've done business with Assurance Tires. Thanks to all of you and also thanks for maintaining such a high standard in customer service as well as workmanship.

10/3/23 Professional staff, great service. CEI Digital utilizes Atlantic Tire as our primary service provider for our vehicle fleet. Michele and Matthew are great to work with. Not only preventive maintenance scheduling, but if we need last minute emergency service they always work us in. Michele does a great job communicating with us. 5 Star Service. 10/20/23 Atlantic Tire Team is first rate!!! On 10/19 I reached out to Michelle for one of our fleet vehicles being towed into their Marvino Ln location with a flat tire and they were able to order a special tire and get it installed in no time. Earlier in the week we had another vehicle brought in without appointment for emergency brake service, and they were able to work us into their already busy schedule. Buyer beware (especially females)! Let me start by saying I have performed regular basic maintenance (such as oil changes) on my vehicles (over 10) over the past 30 years. My wife took her 2015 Kia Sorento over to this shop to see if there was something that could be done about engine oil burning and oil loss (something I knew to be true). Prior to taking the vehicle to the shop I filled the oil to the maximum limit (and checked it twice just to be sure). The shop is only about 3 mi. from our house. She receives a call saying that she needs her brakes replaced and an oil change because the oil is low!! I called Assurance and spoke with Matthew who became very defensive and, frankly, rude when I advised him that I had just filled the oil completely two days earlier. There is absolutely NO way the oil could have been low!! He argued with me and told me that my window sticker stated I was 1,000 miles past due, which is ironic because I do the oil changes and don't put stickers in my windows (it was a sticker reminder for a tire rotation). Matthew said I needed to come pick up my vehicle because they would not service it and basically hung up on me. Another employee called my wife a short time later to tell her that they did an oil change and would not charge her. Too late...trust lost. I think it says something about integrity on their website...

I work on all my vehicles (for over 40 years), so when it comes to auto repair shops, I'm the worst kind of customer if a shop doesn't measure up. These guys have a highly skilled team and efficient program in place and, where I'm unable to find time to do the repairs myself, this is my go to shop. I'd trust them to work on anything I drive. Top notch shop. I was also delighted to see that, after the Assurance Tire and Service sign went up, that the same talented team from the Atlantic Tire store were all still intact. Shop is full of first rate ASME certified techs with expertise on all things automotive, and Mathew and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. My go to place. Recent visit to have them work on my trucks AC system. Was in and out in a little over an hour, and the AC works like new. Same kind of great service when I buy tires, alignments, brakes, suspension work, etc... Great job guys. I prefer shops like yours, vs the chain/big box shops, and look forward to the next service event ! Highly recommended !!!

Trusted service. Brought both of my vehicles here for several years, for routine servie and minor repairs. Always friendly, honest, prompt, and quality service. Very clean and well maintained shop. This staff has great attention to detail. Definitely a hidden gem in our corner of Raleigh. Don't tell everyone, they may become too popular!

I have been a customer of Atlantic for several years now, and they have always done a good job at a fair price. I began going to Atlantic when I noticed that my previous tire shop kept doing poor alignment jobs on my vehicles. So, I switched to Atlantic and have always been pleased with their work. Steven is also very easy to work with.

Had a problem with the tire pressure display on my Toyota Camry for more than 2 years. Toyota wanted a huge amount of money just to diagnose (not even fix) the problem. I brought it to Atlantic Tire on Marvino Lane and worked with Matt and Steven...2 VERY confident and knowledgeable guys who got this 2-year-old problem fixed for me in less than an hour. Needed 4 new tire pressure sensors. While the price was just a bit high, their service and friendly demeanor and willingness to fix this no matter what it took made it worth the money. Highly recommend this place! A+++++
