So I actually looked this place up and because I live beside them decided I would give it a shot. My wife and I originally took her vehicle up there to get a tire fixed and they told us about the option of getting it patched for what seem to be a very fair price by doing so when my vehicle a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk needed brakes I immediately thought of them because of our first time dealing with them . They charged me $1100 to get four rotors and four pads put on my jeep which come to find out is about $300 more than the average place charges, including Meineke, Firestone, and Ken Towery. As soon as I left, the brakes started squeaking and I called them to ask if they could take a look at it. I spoke with Brandon who told me they were open till two and to be up there no later than 130 when I arrived at 1:20, the doors were locked and both him and the other guy working were across the street at a bar, enjoying drinks. This is during company hours when they should have been in the garage, tending to their jobs in the needs of people in their community instead, they decided to leave early and have a drink while working. They claimed that they simply stepped over there to grab a bite to eat, but I have a video of the guy admitting that he stepped over there and was drinking beer when he seen me pull up. I will post this video as well as the video of me showing the time on the clock and attempting to open the doors very unprofessional like and I feel like that I was given the wrong advice Because when you are under the influence, you cannot possibly give the right judgment I was told that my break for squeaking because of some mechanical issue inside the electronic brake system, which come to find out was a lie because my right axle is actually what is squeaking not sure why the problem was not found the first time or the second time or the third time I was there it took them four attempts before they were able to reach a conclusion. One man was very rude to my wife and without saying that she lied to me pretty much said she was lying about what she was telling me which I do not believe whatsoever. They then told me they would give me the incredible deal of charging me $600 to do the axle and that’s including me buying it from Mopar for nearly $400 myself All the reviews that I have seen about how this shop has went downhill are true they will never see my business again, and I do not wish them the best and I will make sure that I post reviews at least once a week as long as they are there

I have been coming here for many years and received lots of help and some knowledge! I am very happy with the tires on my car that you decided would work for me! Much smoother ride and made me feel safer! Things I really hate to do are car maintenance! I appreciate your reassurance that your Mom raised you right! Very pleased with the service. I thought it would be a simple patch of a tire that had a nail in it. However there was more damage to the tire that prevented this Since I just live right down the street, Brandon actually brought the tire to my house to show me. He also took a lot of time to look at different options for a new tire and we reviewed together to determine which tire to order. Once the tires arrived it was a quick process

I am very happy with the service. We were able to drop off after hours and even pick up after hours. The ability to approve or decline estimates on my phone was great. Technicians were honest and thorough and car was serviced quickly.
