AT Hybrid did great work on my 2012 Prius Plug In hybrid. They replaced my shocks and also installed a Prius OffRoad lift kit. Got car back same day. Recommended Big Tires nearby for an alignment and that was very smooth/affordable with the AT Hybrid referral. Good communication.

My car start showing several warning lights at a time. I called several shops and most of them wouldn’t touch my car because it was a hybrid. The places that would look at it wanted diagnostic fees between $200-$250 and the dealership wanted even more than that. I couldn’t imagine paying that type of money and then on top of that having to pay for whatever the repair cost is. After 3 weeks of trying to get my car fixed I called and spoke to Albert. He gave me the lowest price for a diagnostic. When I arrived he took my car right back to scan it. When he came back he had a quote with prices I could afford. He ordered the parts and my car was done that day! I am So happy to find this place and I will never take my car anywhere else . It’s really hard to find honest and reasonably priced shops. Thank you Albert and the whole team! I finally have my car back after 3 weeks of searching for a good place. If you have a Hybrid with any issues bring it here!

Came in with a dead hybrid battery and my Prius barely ran! Highly recommend, very reasonable prices and good service. Car is now running like new and i’m averaging 47mpg again! Could not recommend them more.

Incredibly customer service. Albert was super knowledgable. I called this him with a thousand questions after my Fiance’s car got the “check hybrid battery” notification and check engine light. He gave us every option and the pros and cons. Dealership quoted $4000 for the new battery and $400-1000 in labor. Albert at AT did it with labor included for $3850.

I have taken my 2 Prius's to this shop numerous times in past 4 years for both major and minor repairs. Their work quality is excellent and their fees are reasonable! They are very knowledgeable about hybrids.

I took my hybrid here after the dealer said it would be 27000 for just the parts to fix my car. These guys got it fixed for 1800 after fixing all the dealers damage. Take your cars here they seem to take pride in doing the best job possible

Looked at my car due to an hybrid wrench light kept coming on. Did 2 test drives along with checking the voltage of the battery. Confirmed everything was okay and didn't want me to pay the diagnostic fee and I kept asking I will since he did such an service. Will come back when I have an problem again with my hybrid system.

Professional and experienced over the phone and chose this outfit as they have a lot of experience. Had the car towed 2 hours south and once it got there the shop kept me informed all of the steps. They were able to complete the head gasket repair in 2 days. Car runs great and would recommend AT Hybrid.

George and Albert are genuine people that know their stuff when it comes to EV’s and hybrids. There are others that claim to be hybrid repair shops but in reality dont have the extent of knowledge and experience necessary to address some of the advanced issues that can arise from the complexities of these cars. My wife had a 2020 Model Y the Tesla wouldnt even touch because of the issues related to the HV pack. These guys not only diagnosed the issue, they addressed it and fixed it. TY guys!

Very happy with the customer service and work done on my 2007 Camry hybrid. I got a rebuilt hybrid battery for 1/5th the cost of a new one from Toyota. Albert was very communicative and transparent through the whole process. Never taking my hybrid anywhere else. 10/10 service
