These reviews have to be written by friends and family. Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Communication is subpar at best. Had my car for over a week. Wouldn’t answer the phone. Went to get my car on a whim. Keys were just sitting on the counter. Not protected at all. Put water in instead of coolant. Do not go here!

Fantastic service from an extremely knowledgeable garage. Highly recommend to anyone on the west side. They work quickly, and even gave me a lift back home while my car was being worked on. An excellent local business worthy of community support.

I had an issue with my back brake lights. No one can seem to figure out the problem and Mr. Mike fixed my problem and gave me great advice to keep my car up. I appreciate him so much. This is a great place to go get your car fixed with all your needs 😎

Very nice people! I know nothing about cars and they took the time to educate me on what was going on with my car. I can tell they genuinely want to help you. When I brought it in, I couldn’t afford to do everything they recommended that day and they were very understanding of my budget. :)

I am new to Atlanta and it is amazing to know that I can count on this place for my mechanical needs. The people are nice and they fixed my car for a nice affordable price. It took no time at all and I have a bucket of bolts. My care drives soooooo much better❤️❤️❤️this is definitely my go too for now on.

This place literally saved our lives! We were passing by atlanta and we heard noises in our wheels then the brakes went off. We came over to check them and they gave it a test drive and diagnosed the problem and fixed it from the root in a very short period of time. We were panicking and they comforted us and were extremely helpful and friendly. We are honestly grateful for them!

My very first time going to urban garage and my experience was excellent. Michael told us to come on in to have our car looked over because the maintenance required light would not turn off. Go figure, all they had to do was reset the sensor after the oil change and new battery, done elsewhere, smh. Michael took great care of us, eased our concerns and quoted us brakes, without trying to rip us off. The other place told us we needed brakes and rotors. We now have a new mechanic as I am so very happy with the service received. He is fair and won’t up charge you. Thank you Michael!!!!!!!!

Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and all around good energy! AND they have cool space chairs to sit and wait. Got my oil changed quickly and gave me good advice on buying a used vehicle.

Michael and his team was not able to accommodate me, they MESSED UP MY CAR ! I took my car to them for an oil leak all of sudden my car had multiple problems , they charged me 3k to fix my car a VOLKSWAGEN. He did not know how to fix the car , after he tore up my break line , vacuum pump and a few other things he calls and tell me the car needs to be towed to VOLKSWAGEN..after they had my car for 2weeks ! Would never go back to them again

Michael does a GREAT job every time I come in. Always a great attitude, will happily ride around in the car with me to listen to a noise it’s making, listens and always takes the time to explain what’s going on and his recommendation. Today I went to pick up my car and he actually refunded me a good portion of my payment because they ended up realizing I didn’t need one of the services on the invoice. Could have very easily just kept the money, as I had already paid. That’s the kind of honesty that makes me feel like I would never want to take my car anywhere else. Fauna at the front desk also does an amazing job - always calls when my car is ready and has a good energy, and makes me laugh. Honestly everybody that I’ve interacted with here is nice and respectful. Cant recommend ATL Urban Garage enough!

The people here are highly knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Had air conditioning and O2 sensors fixed for my 2013 Porsche Panamera S. Top service, highly recommend for any fixes associated with a car!

After spending over 1800 when i got my car back it was ransacked with a few expensive things missing . including my barber bag with over 500 worth of equipment missing that was in my trunk even all the change in my arm rest gone! ...I called back and was told they they'll look at the cameras and that tell all customers not to leave anything in there car (WHICH I WAS NEVER TOLD) that’s it not a discount or nothing basically spent 1800 just to have over 600 worth of things stolen from me

I had a problem with my motor oil. They took care of it right away and took the opportunity to check other aspects of the car, for free. Later on, I had this starter problem : they dealt with it super quick and didn't overcharge me one cent. Mike, the owner, is friendly and very patient : he explains every repair and tries to make you leave with a smile on ! Strongly recommend !!

My car went in for a water pump leak. They kept giving me dates for when it would be ready, then would not call me to let me know that it wouldn’t be available for pick up. I was always the one to have to call on pickup day only to find out it will be longer. After about a month I am told the tech who was working on it got fired and they needed to wait to hire a tech with the right credentials, I spent the next five months after that being very patient and grateful that my husband and I had another car to share. After six months I call to find out they decided (without first consulting with me) to change my engine because of a mishap on their end when replacing the water pump. I got my car back after over seven months of it being in the shop, only 10 days before I was supposed to leave the state, leaving me no time to sell it. I got the car back only to be told by someone else that they failed to put the coolant reservoir on it, meaning the car would overheat after driving for only 20 minutes- possibly blowing out the new engine they just put in. The owner wanted to make things right, I can tell that and I understand and have sympathy for the fact that he works probably 80 hours a week but my assumption is poor hiring practices, and overall business practices rooted in working fast to save the most money we’re at play here. The front desk lady is a sweetie who empathized with me and exercises the most patience there.
