I decided to try this place out as it had decent reviews and a colleague of mine had previously used them. After getting my car towed there, they completed their diagnosis and notified me that my car needed a new battery (auto zone said it just needed to be charged) and they wouldn’t be able to diagnose any further until it was replaced. I will give them credit here as they allowed me to take the old battery to replace it for a new one as it was still under warranty since I bought it earlier this year, however, once the battery was replaced, I received a final invoice through text message and no follow up call explaining anything further. I called to ensure further diagnosis was completed and Frank let me know that they checked and everything was in working order and my car was ready. I picked up my car yesterday and it seemed to drive fine, however, upon driving it today lo and behold my check engine light and a couple of other dashboard lights were back on and the gear shift issues I had described to them resumed. Honestly, I’m just disappointed in this experience. Frank was cordial but at times dismissive and I basically just paid this money for nothing. Now I have to find another mechanic who can actually diagnose the problem…Please just do your research and ensure you get second opinions.

I had a clutch go out on a very busy intersection at 4:30 on a Friday and called Atlanta Car Care. They were willing to stay open late a few minutes to receive the car. They fixed it for a very reasonable price and were easy to communicate with. We will go back to them and highly recommend them.

I’m pleased with my maintenance service at Atlanta Car Care for my Volvo. I did have a slight issue where I needed to bring it back for a quick adjustment, but, it was taken care of perfectly. I dealt with Patrick the owner, and found him to be honest and a person of integrity. He definitely cares about his customers, his reputation, and doing good work, which is why I recommend this garage.

buyer beware. they particularly prey on women. my daughter went in and got an oil change and she explained that a tire had a slow leak. they charged $130. the last oil change there was $90, so i assume the tire patch was $40? the tire was not fixed. when i asked about it, i was told that the tire was never requested to be fixed and that the oil change was $130. I called 7 other places and every place was just under $100 for an oil change, so congratulations, you're the highest priced in atlanta. The worst part of the whole thing is the smirk on his arrogant demeanor when over charging you. IF you go here, ask clearly what they will charge and what you will receive.

I really appreciate the service I received at Atlanta Car Care Auto Shop. My car is running better than ever and this horrible noise that was coming from my car every time I stopped is gone. Toyota service center didn't even do that for me. I still have many other repairs that are needed, and I will soon be headed right back to Atlanta Car Cate to have each and every one of them done. The customer service and attention to detail are perfect and they didn't price gouge me like I get every time I take my car back to the Toyota service center, I really appreciate that!!!!

Thanks Patrick and Andy for the great service Great deals here while everywhere else was expensive. Andy fix the tire pressure as well when I only came in for the oil change. I appreciate the help and guidance on the car. I’m glad this place is close by and 5/5 customer service!

Patrick and Frank are awesome! They are true standup guys! It's such a relief to have genuine, trustworthy mechanics around. They were very honest in all the diagnosis pertaining to my car no added issues, upselling, or scams for more money. Not to mention, customer service was very swift and they explain everything to you in a way for you to process an understanding. I'm sooo glad I stumbled upon this car service facility. They have gained a permanent customer in me! I highly recommend!
