This shop is expensive and not very knowledgeable. I came here out of desperation because my serpentine belt was shredding and this was the closest shop. I informed the shop that the belt is shredding prematurely. The belt was only 2 months old, which is a sign something is wrong. He said it could be the tensioner or pulley thats worn out, which is what I saw online as well. Later when the car was ready he said he didn’t see anything wrong with the pulleys or tensioner. He said he ran it for 15 minutes and didn’t see anything wrong, so all he did was change the belt which was $200. Thats kind of high, but I was desperate. I said hmmm ok, maybe the belt was just installed incorrectly the first time. Oh well. Not even 24 hours later the belt shredded and left me on the side of the road. Now I gotta pay $100 to be towed to another shop. The next shop looked at it and told me the tensioner assembly was worn out. Changed the part AND the belt for $310. Car is back up and running. So this shop took our money probably knowing the belt would fail again. Probably so I can come back and spend more money with them. It’s either they didn’t know what was wrong, which means they arnt knowledgeable, or they did know what was wrong and screwed me over. Positives they have a nice looking shop and the guy on the phone was friendly. But yeah I lost $200 from this shop.

Even though the job for my car could not be done I feel so grateful for how Louis handled my "case" as he is so honest and kind that I felt bad for not knowing about this place before, for sure not going anywhere else! This place is so trustworthy! Thank you!

Russ, Lewis and the techs are awesome...I had taken my vehicle to three other shops that couldn't diagnose the running issue I had and they were able to find the problem the same day and it was finally fixed the next day ...thank you for all your help !!!

100% recommend these folks for alignment work. I haven’t done anything else there, but I’ll go back for sure if I need some more work done. Great people.

I'm sure they do a good job, so I'm giving a 3 which may still be too high. This place advertised a free light check, yet quoted $125 when I showed up so I left. Bad business practice, but then so many mechanics do the same.

Discount tire broke three wheel studs off of my tire (apparently it's common on Subaru). Discount has a contract with Atlas so they replaced them for free of charge. While I was there I got an alignment for for 99 bucks. This place is a hidden gem. All in all I'm glad it happen, they found a couple of things wrong with my car and these guys quoted me a fair price. I will be returning.

Great service, I got my alignment done here and they finished so quickly, I think I only waited like 30 minutes. Russ and Louis were so helpful! First time I’ve been to a car shop where I felt at ease bc they said they would just take care of everything. He even switched one of my wheels bc he noticed the wearing was uneven and I didn’t even ask for that!

I’ve lived in the area for a long time and went to Atlas for an alignment after discount tire sent me there. Super friendly staff. Nice clean shop. Will def return for future work.

No complaints. Shop was very OCD clean. They have a car for pickup/drop off. Friendly staff. Replaced wheel bolt for lug nut that another, to remain anonymous, discount tire shop broke off. But again, not mentioning the discount tire shop that broke it. What’s important is these guys repaired it! Thanks Atlas Auto!
