Ok this review is a couple of months overdue. I came in with a damaged passenger side mirror (I backed out of my garage too fast and too far towards the side). Originally I thought I’d need to replace the whole thing, but they were able to reattach the broken parts, which saved me loads of money. And I will have to say, after 2 months of driving, it’s still in tact! They were honest, fast, and professional the whole time. Reasonable price as well. They also washed and detailed my car. I want them to repaint my car at some point (which I got reasonable quotes) but I need to figure out the funds. Thanks everyone!

Exceptional service! My car's bumper got a total makeover, and now it looks like it just rolled out of a showroom. The team there provided top-notch service, and the price was just right. Plus, they worked very fast! Couldn't be happier

I try to support small businesses, especially minority owned businesses in East Austin. So I was excited to FINALLY get to experience a business I drove past for years! First of all….it’s not the bigger yellow building that actually looks like a mechanic shop. Rather, it’s the smaller green building next door. Now……. It turned me off that Brian agreed to a diagnostic fee of $150 only to recant and charge $175. Red flag, but I still pushed forward hoping for a good experience. When we arrived, and all this Brian was concerned with was….in my best Cuba Gooding Jr. Voice…SHOW ME THE MONEY!!! I was a little frustrated by this, but wanted to move past it, STILL believing…wanting to give the guy an opportunity to clean it up. Not saying one word about his “findings” until payment was rendered, this well dressed man walked us out to our vehicle that was parked on a tarp. He did not quote any real diagnostic data…produced no printout…gave nothing concrete. In fact, he began smooth talking my other half, initially minimizing his addressing of me in his conversation. Since he originally dealt with her, I chalked it up to business familiarity, and let him speak. After hearing how he listened, and claimed poor maintenance habits as the likely culprit, and gave us solution of swapping the engine, I became very intrigued. Why would he make such a bold statement? Chiming in, I challenged his solution, wanting to see his logic in coming to such a conclusion. Understandably one could perform work on one part of the engine, and another part goes out. I get it. Yet, that was a nuclear option, and there was no reason to launch such a notion without further reasoning other than something else COULD go wrong after lifter replacement…which was his other “diagnosis”. It was when he spoke on the engine replacements and having 3 to 6 month warranties that I no longer felt confident in giving him the opportunity to oversee any actual work on our vehicle. We actually had another vehicle we were bringing in, after that one was completed, to get work done on. Overall, my experience has been one of disappointment….but success none the less. For I got to finally interact with an East Austin business and know what they were about. I originally wasn’t going to leave a review. It was Brian’s constant and unwanted interactions with my significant other that inspired this review. I hope Brian and his team is as good as those 5 star reviews say. I would say, don’t every treat your customers like a street deal in progress when attempting to receive payment (especially when your services were not fully rendered). I conclude with a line from an Isley Brothers song….” Trying to slick a can of oil, who you think ya foolin?” Lol Peace and blessings be unto the reader.

I was very pleased with the work that was done to my car. It was the the communication throughout the whole process. I received pictures, updates and was giving two affordable options. I was excited.

This is probably the worst place I have ever went to have my car checked he charged me $175 to do a diagnostic test when I came back to get my car would not even tell me what was wrong with my car until he got his money and then he told me it was the lifters my motor was messed up and I needed a new motor did not give me a receipt at that time where I paid him nor did he give me a diagnostic report I had to beg him to get one finally got one a week later I do not recommend this place everything he told me was a lie please beware if you go to him!! He is still harassing me with text messages and told me my actions have consequences I take that as a threat of some sort As a business owner you should not get that upset over a review

Brian truly understands customer service and treated us like we were the only customer he had. He told us up front that he works for us and not the insurance company. Every detail was taken care of and he even arranged our rental car!

Great price, super friendly customer service. Honest and quick service. I was initially skeptical about the location and condition of his shop. After talking with Brian he explained that he is a new business trying grow and afford a better space. I was happy to support. A hard working fellow like Brian.

ATX Auto Collision Repair and Paint Workshop went above and beyond with fixing my car. I rear-ended a vehicle and the front of my car was in bad shape when I brought it in. When I picked it up I almost didn’t recognize my car because both the inside and outside looked brand new. Bryan was very personable and communicative throughout the whole process and even took care of returning the rental car. He made what could have been a very stressful experience go smoother than I thought possible. I can’t recommend them enough and I’ll definitely be back for future car repair needs.

I have a 2010 Volkswagen Jetta that was pretty damaged I came to Bryan’s mechanic shop and he was very professional with paperwork and just with business in general he worked with me !! was very detailed and did an amazing job on my car he did a months work in 2 weeks I highly recommend this mechanic shop .

Brian was amazing. After our car was broken in to, he advocated for a better repair than what Progressive initially wanted to pay for, and in the end he delivered, after giving us frequent updates while doing so! Later I noticed he had cleaned off a lot of melted-on rubber (from excessive heat melting an accessory in the past), without even mentioning it to us, among a set of other welcome extras he threw in at no cost. The car even came back much cleaner than before. Couldn't be happier with the service
