A MUST-STOP SHOP FOR ALL CAR REPAIRS AND QUESTIONS!! Hello, my name is Tobias Major and I recently had honor of having my car repaired by the amazing people over at Auburn Auto Services. After being turned down 3 times & Misdiagnosed once by another the Auto Repair location; the owner of (Auburn Auto Services) named Namm welcomed me with a smile and compromised prices with me which is not normal when it comes to Auto Repair. He spoke to me like a real human being and gave me insight on my vehicle and allowed me to come back and spectate the repair & answered all my questions. Customer service like that doesn't come by too often...He is a honest good man with morals so trust him with my vehicle as well as my partners vehicle. I have to give a very special shout out to the Assistant Service Manager named Trevor Sims. He is a very kind, and friendly spoken man who knows about his cars!! If you want a great job ask for him! I give this establishment a 5/5 because quite frankly...THEY DESERVE IT! Try for yourself you WILL NOT be disappointed.

I went to a dealer and was told I needed major engine work and they wanted me to authorize a $2100 charge for labor alone. I refused and took it to Auburn Auto Services because I had gone there before, and I trusted them. Once again they came through! Come to find out that it was not my engine, it was my spark plugs and coil! To think that a dealer would rip a customer off like that is just sad. I highly recommend Auburn Auto Services. They know what they are doing, they are honest and have fair pricing. Thank you AAS for taking great care of me!

Thank you guys for the awesome service and SAVING me a bunch of money, especially around Christmas time. 2016 Ford focus with dual clutch had shifting issues and they resolved them and didn’t break the bank. Will definitely come back for all my future needs. Great communication and solid advice.

Absolutely outstanding service from Nam at Auburn Auto. Not only did he quickly diagnose the issue with my car, but he also took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood what needed to be fixed and why. The repair was completed faster than expected, and the price was incredibly reasonable. What really impressed me was Nam's honesty and transparency as he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. My car has never run better, and I will definitely be returning for any future repairs. Highly recommend Nam and Auburn Auto Services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled mechanic! 5 stars all the way!

I got my truck towed in because I found antifreeze all over the ground underneath it. I also had a strong smell of antifreeze when I turned on the heater. Not only did they let me get it towed there at closing they waited for it to arrive a few minutes after they closed. The next morning they diagnosed the issues. They contacted my extended warranty company and did what needed to be done to get it covered. They sent me pics and let me know what to expect etc. They were so knowledgeable and super nice. They made sure to take it for a test drive to make sure everything was good. Not only did they save me the time, hassle and stress of having to contact the insurance Company they dealt with them every step of the way. Above and beyond is what comes to mind when I think about my experience with them. I will never go back to the dealership again. I will be a loyal customer as long as they are in business. I don’t do 5 stars often but I gotta say they deserve every one of them.

I had constant issues with my 2019 Chevy Equinox, when it would shut off, when idling. Yesterday, I was referred by Superior Tires, to go to Auburn Auto, for great work and fair prices. I stopped by yesterday and met the Service Manager, Nam Truong, who assessed that I needed a starter. Just by communicating with him, I had positive vibes that this was the ideal place to come for auto repairs & especially after being highly recommended. I told Nam that I hadn't been driving as a Ride share driver, for awhile, for fear that my vehicle would stop with passengers. He said, "Yeah, and can you imagine that when you're driving that your car stops and won't engage and crank up and you'll be stranded and have to call a tow truck? You don't want that to happen. And because of the holidays they would normally be closed today, which is Wednesday - thru Friday. Do you know what Nam did? He asked if I could come in tomorrow morning at 8:00 (Wed) and that he would help me out because he wanted to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Wow, that is a blessing indeed and I happily said yes! I was so thrilled that he would accommodate me!🤗 He quoted me a great price for labor and suggested the best starter for me. I was so happy and felt blessed. Murphy's law went into effect this morning. I could not locate my keys for over half an hour. I called Nam to inform him. He was quite understanding & patient. After my son found them for me, I started the Equinox and nothing. The started did not engage. I sat continuously trying, and no luck. It happened as Nam said - it would not start, with many attempts. I called Auburn Auto again, emailed Nam to keep him up to date. Both he and an employee, Tri, were very nice and understanding. I then called for a tow truck to get to Auburn Auto, which wasn't that far. While I sat & waited, I kept trying & praying my car would start. Miraculously🙏, it did after many attempts! I canceled Allstate for the tow reservation, started driving and called Nam. I was so happy to be here - the place was warm, coffee was available and the seats were comfy. There was an arcade machine and I had fun. The employees are super nice, addressed my concerns, and Tri even showed me photos of my old starter when it was removed, to show me that one bolt was missing threads and and was welded (soldered) on. Yet, it could not have been seen with the naked eye, until the starter was removed - its placement. So if you're looking for a great place and great employees, who are very friendly and very knowledgeable, then come on over to Auto Auburn on Auburn Boulevard! They are also Lifesavers, as I just overheard a female customer tell Nam 🎯 Agreed!👌 Trust me, you too will be greatly satisfied. Great prices and great services! This is now my Auto-go-to place! I'm a customer for life!💯❤️

This group of guys are wonderful and most honest people around sacramento!!!’ I was worry when I ran over a tire with rim and mess up my axel. They managed to get the part quick and fix my truck with in a few days. I don’t think I can get this kind of service from the dealership. Best service and price in town. Hey AAS, you guys Rock!!!! Hats off to Auburn Auto Service. The sensor for my E brake on my 2019 Subaru was acting weird and all kinds of lights were flashing on my dashboard. Looks like Christmas lights 😂. I was referred by a friend to call Auburn Auto Services. Called and spoke to Nam and he told me to bring the car in this morning. The shop was busy, but he was able to take me in and the service was quick. After the fix, they explained what happened what they did to fix it in details . You cannot find a more honest auto shop than Auburn. You can tell that Auburn Auto runs the business with respect for the employees and care for their customers. Oh yes, one of the cleanest bathrooms I ve seen for an auto shop. I would definitely recommend Auburn auto as a go to shop for your auto repair needs.

Initially, I visited Angelo's in Rancho Cordova, where I was informed about the necessity of a new engine and presented with a labor bill amounting to $3500 in addition to the coverage provided by my warranty (my warranty covers labor which I learned later). However, upon consulting the Auburn Auto Service establishment, it was revealed that the engine replacement was unnecessary, and the cost was significantly reduced to around $600. My car runs perfect!!! Throughout this experience, my confidence remained unshaken as I entered and exited the establishment. The staff at Auburn Auto Service exhibited friendliness, expertise, and cost-efficiency, even demonstrating the replaced parts. In sum, this automotive service center is one that can be relied upon without reservation

They really did me a solid by really checking my car to get to the root of the problem. I had already paid and the problem kept happening. So turns out the electrical wires were burnt bad they had to do a lot of work they could of charged extra for to fix the problem kept the car for 3 months but that's how bad the damage was. Can't thank them enough

Working with Nam and the rest of the team was an incredible experience. Nam went the extra mile and got me my radio code when CDJR wanted to charge $275. Easy to work with, we communicated back and forth and I got a quote at a very reasonable price. I'll be bringing my other vehicles in as needed because I feel I finally got a mechanic I can trust. Not only did they complete the work at a very reasonable pace, but they cleaned the work area so that if more oil leaked I would be able to see it. They took pride in their work, took pride in their communications and I would totally be back here again. Thanks Nam!

Absolutely amazing people, I bought my car off caravana and it unfortunately had some problems and so we took in in to the shop and Nam helped us and knew the problem instantly plus fixed a ton of other stuff on the car! I wish I would have found this place when I first started driving, but better late than never. It’s honestly hard to believe that any business runs with such integrity, especially an auto shop, and especially nowadays. Nam and Tri have been so patient, honest, and kind to me after buying a car with several issues. They both take the time to explain things to me and make sure I understand without judgement. This is the first time I’ve ever taken a car to a mechanic and didn’t feel like I was being talked down to or taken advantage of. They are incredibly diligent with the work they do as well as two of the most genuine people I’ve ever met. On several occasions they have gone out of their way to help me with car issues and insure safety for myself and my daughter, and it is apparent that they treat all customers the same way. I have not interacted with the other staff here but from what I understand they work together as fiends and family, and the energy overall is welcoming. Part of me wants to gate keep this place but they fully deserve praise for how wonderful they are. I highly recommend Auburn Auto Services to anyone and I’m so thankful for all of their help.

I bought off an old car from my friend for my daughter to practice driving. She had an accident when practicing with my previous car, so I wanted to upgrade this car for her. This used car had some problems (weak engine, buring oil, etc.) as my friend did told me. I brought it to Auburn Auto Services to get it fixed. I told Nam I wanted him to make the car last at least 7 years so my daughter could use it to drive herself to high school and college. I felt that Nam was very trustworthy upon my first impression of him, so I let him work on my car for weeks to repair and replace anything necessary. I was so happy when driving my car from his shop back to my hometown, Oroville. The car is different: its noise has disappeared, it runs smoother and faster, and its engine is much stronger than it was when I drove to his shop. Several days after fixing my car, Nam called me to check if the car was running well, and he reminded me of the warranties that his shop can cover. He told me the oil can last for thousands of miles, which means that I do not have to worry about changing the oil for a couple of years when my daughter only takes 5 minutes to drive from home to her high school :-) My daughter feels comfortable and confident when practicing with the car now. Thank you so much, Nam! The price is very reasonable. I highly recommend Nam and have mentioned his services to all of my friends and coworkers.

I cannot express how satisfied I am with Auburn Auto Services . I recently took my Hyundai Tucson to them for transmission issues and a few other concerns . The very next day early I received a call from them validating all of my concerns. In addition, I was immediately told that the last person working on my car, or someone else from the dealer put the wrong transmission fluid in the car. I was told that the Transmission needed to be replaced And they would not Service the car without a completely new transmission. I had this information within 24 hours of me leaving my car with them. In addition, they also substantiated all of my claims and concerns about other issues with the car today I picked the car up two weeks to the day that I left my car with him it dries like A brand new car they made sure that I got a brand new factory transmission not refurbished not remanufactured, but brand new. Their customer service is outstanding. The workmanship is outstanding. This is by far my automotive repair shop, and I highly recommend them to any and everybody every concern that I had about my car was addressed and repaired To my absolute satisfaction, my now go to automotive repair shop

They were able to fix my truck within a day despite the short notice they were given, and offer high quality service for a low price. Better than a good bit of mechanics back in Texas.
