20 years and now two generations. I’ve been bringing cars here and now my daughter’s as well. This is the best service shop around. Honest. Affordable. Willing to take the extra time to do solid work. Phyllis and the guys are absolutely fantastic.

Let me tell you about this place, it's a mom and pop type service center. They are fantastic! Anytime I have a service repair of any type this place can get it done in one day without any extra add-ons. one day my radiator , water pump and serpintine belt blew up all at once it's 4pm, I called and told Phyllis what the problem was had the truck towed to them. The next evening I had my Vehicle back and on the road again.

The most awesome reasonable, honest, upright, affordable, upstanding repair shop in Louisville. My son took his truck to a local Ford dealership on Preston Hwy for an oil leak, The so called technician "shot gunned the issue" he was gonna replace every oil seal on the motor Est $3700.00 so we took it to Audubon Service Center where they only had to replace the valve covers and gaskets and some other minor work, cost $1000.00 a savings of $2700.00... Thanks Phillis your the best.

Wonderful experience for myself and my Bellarmine student. With dad being in Ashland and daughter needing brake pads and rotors (sent me pics of pads and rotors) Audubon took care of her. With an honest approach, great job and fair price. Thanks for making me feel at ease from 180 miles away. Couldn't recommend them enough and my daughter will be going back with any automobile issues she has come up moving forward.

I've been going to Audubon Service Center to have work done on my various vehicles since 2002 and I absolutely love these good people. Most recently I had my radiator and water pump go out on my "antique" 1991 Toyota Camry DX and Paul and Phyllis took excellent care of both my vehicle and myself -- Phyllis gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off and even stopped at Speedway so I could pick up some snacks, and Paul came and picked me up after the work was done later that day! That's more than just service -- that's being just awesome, and that's why I love the good folks at Audubon Service Center.

Super friendly staff, Phyllis and Paul know what they're doing and take care of you like family! No hoodwinking or trying to sell you unnecessary services. They're looking out for your best interest and your wallet. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs even a basic oil change. Bring by a couple McDs sweet teas to show your thanks! 😁

They no longer sell gas. Great repair shop. If they can't fix it they will tell you who can. Very honest reasonably priced. Hardest working guys around.
