My battery died while parallel parked a couple blocks away from the shop. They came down to jump my car and brought it back to the shop. While they were pretty busy they fit me into their schedule and did the work the same day. They were friendly and able to communicate text. Would recommend!

I had been doing business with them for years. Over charged me for cheap parts and labor. I trusted them, not loyal to long term customers at all. I will never do business again with them.

My first time at A&P and they were so thorough in their assessment of my car. I had taken my car to the dealership prior who said I would need a $2k repair. A&P took the time to really assess the issue ultimately finding that was actually unnecessary. In another repair, they were able to save me a ton of money by really pinpointing the problem. And their prices are fair. These guys are some of the rare trustworthy mechanics. Thank you A&P.

I have used Agusta and Paulina service and auto repair since I moved to Chicago seven years ago. They are a lovely family owned group and have always been able to address my needs big and small, professionally, quickly and cost effectively. For example, when my entire navigation panel, camera, phone radio etc broke, they were able to source a used and refurbished newer navigation system at a fraction of the cost of what a dealer had quoted. And I can’t even count how many times they have come to my rescue with battery issues during these crazy winters - often times coming to my home to get it started. They also stock high quality and warrantied. batteries. I feel so lucky to have them in my neighborhood.

The was amazing! James was a huge help! My car broke down while visiting Chicago. Jamed made it a priority to get it fixed and me back on the road in no time.
