These guys took great care of me and my car! I was blown away by their reasonable prices, willingness to discuss options and explain issues, and flexible scheduling. Their customer service was outstanding and I felt totally safe with all of the techs and staff I met. I won't go anywhere else now!

Came here to get a quote on fixing my right lower control arm because of an minor accident on the tollway. I was quoted nearly $1,100 for the repair and 8 hours of labor so my friend and I left (Keep in mind, I'm not a car fanatic or enthusiast, I can easily be taken advantage of) My online friend who is a car fanatic said it shouldn't take $1,100 to fix, Austin's is definitely overcharging you. I went to another autoshop and they quoted me only $400 for the repair. It makes me wonder how many people they've tried to take advantage of. Do better.

Had a very, very positive experience at Austin Automotive Specialists and it's become my new go-to shop for repairs and maintenance. It's extremely easy to schedule an appointment and repairs are nearly always done same day (and they'll try their best to wrap-it-up fast it takes longer or if it's hard to get the part). All their repairs are backed-up with pictures and justifications for the repairs. Thank you, AAS!

services were great. took about an hr for diagnostics. and then only a few hours for the repair itself. so quick, friendly, and went above and beyond. they probabaly don’t always do this, but even offered me a ride home which i’m so grateful for because the whole ordeal was unplanned. thanks!

I would like to thank Austin Automotive Specialist over at 8405 Research Blvd. The regional manager, Clay reached out to me concerning my 2015 dodge ram ,they did a re-diagnostic of my engine and found the culprit to my engine failure ,the guys there gave me a couple of options to get my truck repaired, the coolest thing they did not charge me another diagnose fee. Thank you Clay and your team. For The Great service performance.

I recently brought my car in for a regular service and maintenance. It was very easy to schedule online. I received updates and reminders via text along the way which is always helpful. I arrived as scheduled and everything went extremely smooth. I was even able to knock out a little bit of work in their waiting area with free wifi and a table to work at. I had to return my car a few weeks later because of a small leak. It was addressed, reviewed with me, and taken care of at no charge. Top notch service and Forrest was on top of things from start to finish. Thanks Team. I'll be back!

Second time I’ve brought my vehicle in, first time was for new breaks and second they figured out I needed a new transmission. Both times have been great, the staff are super transparent ,friendly and communicate very well. I will always bring my vehicle here anytime I need servicing.
