I called looking to schedule to have my car inspected. Mike told me I could come over immediately. He is honestly the nicest guy! They had my car in and out within 25 minutes. The price was lower than I had been quoted at other shops. 10/10 recommend. I will definitely be back for car repairs in the future!

I got top notch service and attention from Mike who discovered my issue was not as bad as other mechanics had made it out to be. This was the 3rd mechanic with no answers to my issue other than my transmission is bad, it's going to be 5K for a new one. I paid a service fee after the service and was on my way with my car driving perfectly again where others were quoting me 5k for a new transmission. Couldn't be more satisfied and as a bonus they're very responsive via email with responses coming back the same day usually. Highly recommended and I won't go anywhere else.

Mike is awesome couple days ago My car got engine Oil leaking problem. I went to Don’s auto repair shop and Don recommended me to authorized auto service so I stop by to the shop and I met Mike I told him what was the problem with my car and he told me that he is goin to vacation after couple days and his shop is busy. But he let me left the car to him to checked where Exactly the oil leaking and then I went to work after he checked and called me said he could get it done by the day but things happened he didn’t have the right part and have to order it. And the next day noontime he called me again said my car is ready to pick up. I was happy that he really do his best to fixed my car. I’m really appreciated it to Mike I had very good experience with him highly recommended to everyone

I've been using Authorized since I moved to a Philly for the past 3 years and picked them solely based on reviews and because walking by I saw a big mix of vehicle types being worked on which I thought was a good sign. They are the only shop in the area (of seemingly countless mechanics) I've found that doesn't have a problem working on a 90s Audi. I've brought Mike and the team some fairly obscure and/or old cars yet it never fazes Mike nor his dad. They are both true gents. I started bringing my car here just getting jobs done that I didn't want/couldn't do myself. They are so honest and fair, I find myself using them more and more all the time. Mike will explain everything to you along the way regardless of your car knowledge and he really calls around for the best deals on parts on your behalf so you know you're just not going to get ripped off.

Mike and his team are the BEST!! My car needed a new engine and I was so stressed about the process, finding a trustworthy mechanic, and the price tag. Mike was recommended to me and now no one else will ever touch my car! He made the process of getting my car a new engine so much easier. He explained everything and made sure I knew all my options. I took my personal vehicle in to take a look at some challenges I was having (I have an older car). Mike was beyond nice and pleasant, he took the time to listen to my needs, made sure I understood what was needed and gave me a plan for what items I need to be aware of and timing of when to get other work done eventually. HIGHLY recommend Mike! I also took my small business vehicles to him as well!

I had gotten inspection and oil change. Never ever again will I go back. Something simple as an oil change they couldn't do it and they stripped the nuts and bolt. They told me to take it to a dealer to get it change. If they didn't have proper tools why even try to attempt.

Mike and Gerry are the most honest and great mechanics. In this day and age you will not find a nicer mechanics anywhere. Their work is excellent and very fair priced. I have been going there for over 5 years now and the work is always done right the first time. I will be back again soon as I have 5 vehicles that always need to be maintained and repaired. Old time school owners who know how to treat people right. Thanks again Mike & Gerry for another job well done on my SUV this time.

I got a charger repaired here and the engine was not right. The vehicle still had a knock in it They do not know what they're doing. don't take ur vehicle here. I don't know how they ever got the name authorized they are not authorized. A business that been around since 1929 should have more than 7 reviews.Alot of bad reviews not posting
