They do what they say. The car works perfectly. I use them whenever I need them, which isn’t often. Very transparent about what and why needs to be done. Love these guys! As a woman alone, it’s nice to have an auto shop and mechanics I can trust to do the job and charge what’s appropriate.

They did fix the problem but after my problem was fix my check engine lights come on and they claimed to not to mess with my sensor but my tail light is out and when I took it to a different shop they said they had mess up one of my sensor

Brought in my truck with a water pump leak, last day of work before extended 4th of July weekend holiday. Even though the shop was very busy, they were very attentive, and managed to solve my issue and repair the problem at a competitive and reasonable cost, on a same day. Everyone was very polite, and ready to help. They are definitely my mechanics of choice.

Ogi and his crew are the best. Diagnosed quickly and repaired in a timely manner when they received the parts. 22 year old Dodge Ram runs great, all trouble lights gone and what I thought was a transmission problem which could have cost over a thousand dollars was not the problem. They know what they are doing and are honest and back up what they say.

I recently had a serious problem with the fuel gauge on my daughter's older model Ford Expedition. Took it to Ogi and he diagnosed and fixed the problem in a day. This was my first visit to Auto 1 and was very satisfied with the work and the customer service.

I went in for an oil change and had a great conversation with the new manager. He was friendly, fast, and transparent with how they do business now. I hadn't before, but I definitely recommend this shop for anyone who is looking for a quick and friendly oil change service. The new management has made some significant improvements!

I've recently trusted auto one for some simple routine, maintenance items oil changed Tire issues every time I come in several high-end automobiles are being serviced I inquired what are they in for? I found out they have many skills and abilities, servicing many foreign cars issues brake Systems major AC issues I am having them look into a hydraulic clutch issue on my one ton pick up truck recently remodeled the whole waiting room .
