If you need your alignment “eyeball” checked or tires dismounted and put on I highly recommend you get these services done here! When they could’ve charged me for an unnecessary alignment, they did not. Instead they saved me $ by not doing the alignment, they explained since the tires’ treading wasn’t worn more on the inner or outer tread strips then that means the car’s alignment’s fine. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!

Honestly, we all know how difficult it is to find a garage and a mechanic that we trust with our car. We live in our campervan and travel around the States. So it's even harder for me to trust someone with our car, our home. Ayhan and his team are friendly, open-hearted and very competent. And above all, they are honest people. You don't want a mechanic who tells you that he doesn't make mistakes. You want a mechanic who is honest with you. We were very, very happy with the work that Ayhan and his mechanics did and can recommend the garage to anyone. On top the price we got charged was really fair. I used to think this was the go to shop for tire installations. They were very particular about the quality of their work. However, after installing new tires on my daughters Tundra I will not return for future service. First thing that happened was several of the nanny lights were flashing when we picked the truck up. That was after the alignment. After many attempts to turn them off they still flash. Fast forward three months it was time to rotate the tires. The splined locking lug nuts (every one) were torqued down so tight that it took a 3/4" breaker bar and a cheater bar combined with my body weight of 240 pounds to break the lug nuts free. Unfortunately one of the lug nuts broke off far enough into the wheel that the lug had to be drilled out to get the wheel off. That is a recipe for disaster since they are aluminum wheels. They could have failed and at highway speed could have been catastrophic. You need ongoing education to your people to make sure they know what they are doing. Very dissatisfied customer!!
