I can’t recommend this shop enough. I had an oil leak that another local shop just couldn’t seem to fix, so I decided to try out Auto Car Care Center. They really went above expectations to fix my car. They were transparent about everything that was wrong and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. They even let me drive the car around a few days to make sure the problem was fixed before paying, which really impressed me. And the price they charged was more than fair for the level of service I got. Definitely taking any car I have back to them in the future.

Amazing service, fair pricing, and honest owner! Needed my brakes and oil changed. Jeff called to let us know that my rear brake pads looked good and didn’t need changing; anyone else would’ve tried to up-charge me. Will definitely use this place again and recommend to anyone!

Dropped my truck off here after an oil change place tried to upsell me on several items and I wanted a second opinion. The fact that these guys were honest with me goes a long way and when this repair IS necessary I won’t be going anywhere else!

I have never left a review for an auto shop, but this place deserves the mention. I first came to auto car care at the start of 2024, when my dealership gave me an estimate of $3,000 for a repair. I randomly google auto shops and this place popped up. I brought it to them and they repaired my car for *considerably* less… and they did a great job- no issues since. I’ve brought my car back multiple times and I’ve been very happy with the service since! These guys do a great job and for a truly unbeatable price. Jeff runs the shop and he’s a super nice guy.

I have taken 4 different vehicles to have work done. Every time the have been fixed correctly and if they find other things they will call and let you know before they order parts or do any work. Mechanics are very through. I highly recommend these guys.

My daughter’s car broke down while I was 350 miles away. I asked a friend for a mechanic recommendation and he said this shop was GOOD and HONEST. I had the car towed to the shop. Jeff and his guys diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly. The work was done fast and done well. I will definitely be using this shop again. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

My daughter just moved to Fort Worth in January upon graduation from college to start her career. Her air conditioning went out on her car and I had no idea where to send her, so I looked up this location and I’m sure glad I did. From start to finish Jeff and his staff were very helpful and professional. I live a few hundred miles away but once I spoke to them and knew she was in good hands. Had my new Honda come in for a headlight replacement. Upon completion a few days later upon washing my car I noticed 7 brackets and a few bolts placed on the vent next to the windshield wipers. Which sums up they did NOT secure my bumper correctly, did not replace all bolts and brackets like they were supposed to. I’m glad I noticed it before my bumper fell off. Completely unacceptable service and could have been a disaster if it would have ripped off going freeway speeds.

I have been using this shop for over 10 years and can say these are some of the most honest, caring, and genuine mechanics in the business. Jeff is an outstanding person and runs an honest shop. His mechanics know what they are doing and will do whatever they can to make the repairs affordable. I assure you won't find a better mechanic in the DFW area. I have referred countless people over the years and have received nothing but positive feedback. Their shop is always full of cars, and that tells you enough about the kind of business they run. Try them once and you will never go anywhere else!

This is the first auto-shop I’ve been to where they didn’t try and scam me. I was able to get my engine problem fixed at no cost as they honored my warranty. I didn’t get any hassle or nonsense in getting my car fixed. These guys do honest and great work and I would definitely go back.
