Going to a mechanic alone as a women is always scary but when I tell you I’m never going anywhere else again I truly mean it! From the hospitality, customer service, friendliness and pricing I could not complain about none of it. They have a great staff and environment, I love this place!

Worst place I ever visited. Only looking for how the way to charge you more. How you can change the repair amount twice after you made all the diagnosing. Told you we made a free diagnosing and then charge you for 3 minutes diagnosing they did.

Had an excellent experience here when I was in a pinch. The dealer stated they would need my car for two weeks to complete the job and their team got me in, and completed it cleanly in hours. Definitely switching my applicable services for my fleet over to these guys. Fast, trustworthy, and great communication are hard to come by and I finally found it.

Joe is the owner and Lee,the master technician got your back. I went to the Mercedes dealership and they would not help me fix a minor issue with my undercarriage, Joe and Lee...Did it for FREE....God bless you. UPDATE: Service was fantastic, Mac is professional and knowledgeable and the pricing was explained up front. This place does excellent work and I'm glad I went back. They gave me options on what needed to be done right away vs what could wait a bit and I really appreciated that. They fixed the problem and gave good advice on future maintenance plans. OLD POST: Deleted an earlier 2 star rating that I left after a price increase. Owner responded and explained the increase. I checked other shops and the pricing here is on par with the competition so I removed my review. It was a big increase but certainly within reason considering rising costs and it was well below the dealership. Going to give the shop another try, been a customer for 10 years and the new ownership has made some great improvements.

Absolutely the best mechanics I've ever met. I encountered an unfortunate turn of events with my chevy cruze and they literally rescued my car and brung her back to life. They were very informative and kept me in the loop the entire time. I actually tried to see if there were better deals around and they truly had the best price around. They also offered me a 3 year warranty which proves they really care. If 5 star service and quality is what you're in need of definitely give them a try.

Fixed my passenger door lock quickly efficiently within a few hours along with oil change tire alignment love these guys Joe and Li are amazing. Also, I needed another key for my Toyota and my father actually needed a key for his escalated and they got it done within the hour both cars no questions just great customer service and man that’s refreshing

I was having trouble with my A/C. They were able to troubleshoot, explain my problem, give me options and do the work within a two hour period. The staff was friendly and the price was reasonable.

I love this place. It was my first time using them and I had to get my car towed after someone attempted to steal it. The steering column and window was all busted up and I called and spoke with Mack. He was so friendly, professional and kept me informed every step of the way. They completed my work quickly and I am very pleased.

Kevin was very friendly and offered me a free inspection. The inspection included photos and details about the exact work that needed to be complete. The pricing was fair and I will be back to have the work completed with confidence. My license plate light was out and he had it fixed for free! Nice clean environment, as a woman getting car work done, I trust this place
