I have been having this car for 2 years and I have been having the worst experience with them I have been out of pocket paying for repairs because if I send my car to their repair shop it will take them forever to fix I am a single mom dealing with a mom who has been diagnosed with breast cancer so it's been a struggle to pay for repairs and make payments on time right now I'm struggling to get to work and provide for my children without transportation I haven't been offered a loaner car like other car lots provide so I'm struggling to get to work you would think that since I have been a 2 year customer they would do more to help smh I hate I wasted my money with this company I'm just ready to surrender this car at this point it's causing me more stress than anything oh and when my car got stolen they offered me no help this place is horrible

My experience is horrible I have been getting this car repaired more times I purchased this car the same next three days at the mechanic shop. About five times now and still have not been fixed and I have paid for the same thing over and over again gasket motor mount my engine light stays on my gastric light stays on my car runs hot can I have complaining with the company several times pay $600$900 for one visit two have to be back in here today after 3 days I've never experienced this in my life a purchasing a car.

I literally hate these ppl or dealing with them nun done right or in an accurate time! Poor communication! Literally just want your money!for nothing! First car was trash second car ok but them trying to fix anything is pointless had lost 2 of my rims!ect. The whole team front to back is trash! If I could give a zero I would! I will also be contracting someone til I get better results This is horrible

If I take the time to write a review I either loved my experience or hated it. I got a new car from auto city, air didn’t work and due to work I was unable to take my car to get fix for a month straight. Today I was finally able to take off, I didn’t make an appointment I just drove up there. I spoke with Regina at the front desk, she told me that I could leave it for the weekend but nobody would be able to look at it until Monday or Tuesday, because they were booked for today which is a Friday, i couldn’t leave my car over the weekend, so i made a appointment for Monday to bring it back, feeling a lil disappointed, i saw this nice Hispanic guy in the parking lot, I stopped him and asked does he work here, he replied yes and I begin telling him my situation, he said he will go get this Hispanic lady to come talk to me, I didn’t catch her name. Young lady, very nice and pleasant with black headphones, long story short. She took my car and pulled it around, less than 2 hours my AC is working. I was a lil worried about all the bad reviews but my experience very was great.

Don’t take your car here for any type of service. They will keep your car for longer than they say it takes to fix it and they will not communicate with you unless you hound them. They will not reimburse you for any transportation that you have to find in order to take care of your daily errands, or to get to work. They also will not let you take your car till your parts come in. Nothing was done to my car the 1st 2 days they had it and expected to keep it for longer without calling to tell me what was going on. It doesn’t take a week to get a blendor actuator, nor does it take that long to fix it. I used to work for Autozone I know there is more than one place to find parts for a vehicle. You can also go to pick up the part so you’re not making your customers wait weeks instead of days to fix their car.

Auto City is a joke they had to fix my car two times and on the third time they got I got them to tow my car cuz my speedometer wasn't working and they said it was working and they charged me $192 for the toe but now my car is working don't ever take your car. Then they drove 172 Mi out my car cuz I like to do test drives instead of figure out what's the problem on your car

This is absolutely the worst dealership and service center I have ever dealt with. They literally will have your car for days, give you the run around on your service, and very inconvenient to you and your daily life. I can guarantee if I was behind on payments WHICH I AM NOT these people would be blowing my phone up however it’s been 72 hours and I can’t even get a diagnosis on my car. Also they apparently don’t work on weekends according to Regina which is insane for a service center to be closed on Saturdays. I cannot wait until I am able to trade this vehicle and be done doing business with this company. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!

Had a 9am appointment to get my door latch fixed... They didn't pull my car to the back until 10.15am had it back there for 10mins the mechanic drove my car somewhere changed my radio to Spanish music and pumping my A/C at full blast then they charged me $65 talking about that's how much they charge an hr for labor fees... So the point of me waiting until 10:15 is so they could say they had my car for over an hr

I agree it's horrible I've only had this car a year an its been in the shop 5 times this time they had my car 2 weeks an couldn't correct the problem.I had to get codes ran on the car myself in order to knw the problem.Were is the master machine.I wouldn't recommend anyone to that service center or Auto City # pist

Lily was awesome she took care of me. They were quick went for my 15 dollar oil change, and nothing about my visit was bad. Thanks guys keep up the great work. Current: My vehicle is paid off, and they still take care of me. Great customer service!! Whole new system makes it a great experience!! Keep it up guys.

bought a car from them it's still under warranty. Wants me to get a diagnosis before I bring it the light is on indicating it may be something wrong with the tire. I live in Euless, they want to me to dirve to Dallas for car reqpirs. bought the car in Arlington but they only can servie te car in Dallas. If it's major that they ahve to keep the car to repair they don'tt have a loaner car for you to dirve while they repair your car. They say it will be a few days before they can look at it and ten add more days as to when they can fix it. YOu have no transprotation all this time. They want you to pay for repairs and your car payment ntu they offer no accommodations for your inconvience. You have to get a ride to do what you need to do if they keep your car you have to find a ride home, to work and to take ccare of what you do on a regular basis. Tell me what's wrong with this company?
